WAT FOO

Fist time in the store. It took a bit before anyone acknowledged us but as soon as we asked for help. They were more then willing to answer any and all our question. One of the things I did like about the employee is that if he didnt know about the fish he was willing to ask one of the other employees with more experience. I rather have him do that then feed me some garbage. Prices were pretty comparable to Petco but with a greater variety in fish. I like the fact that they open at 8am. A fish shop 8 miles up the way didnt open till 11am this saved me time from trying to find something else to do. After showing us the different variation of fish they had he let us look around and decide on which one suited us. When we were ready he gave us some recommendation on how to introduce the new fish to our aquarium. I would go back hoping for the same service. The layout of the store wasnt bad but they had a room to the left of the store that was dark and over crowded. This made it difficult to view their selection of tanks and accessories. If they were to organize and add a few lights to highlight some key items. I would give them 5 Stars.

I had some time to kill so started looking up some fish stores around the area and glad I decided to come to this one..has a good selection of fish that look healthy compared to other stores and a great variety of corals which was what I got..it took awhile to get somebody to help..and when I did, I chose two corals and didnt see the guy again lol which it was alrite cause I like taking my time looking.. I chose another one and kinda followed him to see where he would dissappear to jaj and realize this guy was working the register.. answering calls and helping customers in the store ..he apologize which I was koo with since Ive seen everything he was doing ..so anyways to the owner of the store hope u paying this guy good and if not ..give em a raise didnt catch a name but was wrk ing Fri apr 22 guy looked kinda young.there was another guy there ..didnt like hes vibe so didnt want his help..GOOD PLACE GREAT DEALS.. WONT REGRET IT..STOP BY..

I cant emphasize enough how pleased I am with my experience. I came in looking for antibiotics for my betta and was surprised by the fact they seemed concerned that I didnt waste money on something I might not need. They tested my water and recommended a medicated bath for my fish that worked like a charm! My little guy is back on his way to fighting shape! James was the guy I dealt with and he answered all my questions and was extremely friendly. Sometimes specialty shops can be filled with people who would rather make you feel dumb for asking certain questions, not Age of Aquariums. I will go back there for all my aquarium needs.

Great store with very knowledgable staff. As I started in the hobby I spent a lot more time asking questions then buying stuff. They never once seemed to mind spending time with me to discuss in detail, even when I left without buying anything. While other stores dont even notice your presence and have to go someone else to answer basic questions, Age of Aquariums staff are all thoroughly experienced and wanting to share their knowledge. All the livestock Ive bought there has been very healthy and havent had any issues.

I love this place! They truly care and treat everyone as a valued customer. Spent a lot of time deciding to go with saltwater. They never pushed or tried to "sell" me anything. There wasnt a question they couldnt answer and I have a ton of them. This is my first aquarium experience and its been nothing but pure joy. This little shop and its awesome crew has made it so easy and a very enjoyable hobby..

Really clean store with great staff. Everyone answered my questions quickly and the employees were really attentive. Prices vary depending on what you want, some are a bit high but then again Im not big on "rare" corals so to each their own. They were lower than online shops charge for the same pieces so they must be doing something right. Some other prices were crazy low too, so it evens out great!

Staff not very friendly or helpful. I have a 110gal reef tank and purchase water regularly for weekly changes. Not once do they assist you with the water containers as do other stores. They also quoted me $500 for a piece of a acropora (a ridiculous price for the type and size). I then bought the same type of acropora but a much larger piece from another store for $120.

I had an excellent experience here! The staff was attentive and knew what they were talking about as well as being generally friendly. The animals were healthy and well-cared for with tanks large enough to swim around and the store was well-stocked with supplies and accessories. The customer service was exceptional and the staff really cared about their work!

Great store. A pain to get to but worth it. The staff is a pleasure to be around, The Freshwater fish supply is amazing, a wide variety of aquatic plants, co2 systems, and fresh and saltwater aquascaping materials. I came in for Dragon stone and was very pleased with their selection. One of the best Ive been to in SoCal. Will definetely be coming here again.

Given the nature of my very specialised request, the owner was exceptionally accommodating for my needs of a saltwater crab. For the service of a saltwater tank I would trust these guys to do the job any day of the week. They seem efficient and quick. They bility to Source out rare specimens makes this firm exceptional.

Great store walked in today in search of plant additives and information on my reef tank left with out some rare plants, plant additives, nice a nice anemone and all the information I needed for the keeping of hard corals this store and the people are absolutely great!!!

Age of Aquariums has an excellent variaty of salt water fish as well as fresh water. I purchase fresh water livestock and plants from them for my nature aquariums and am pleased with the results.

I like this place a lot. Decent selection of corals, fish and equipment at reasonable prices. One of the only places nearby Im able to find consistently pods for my scooters!
