Its small but you could spend a good half day here. Take your time. We usually make a stop for lego sand castle building and petting the tide pool animals, go on with the exhibits then return back for more legos and tide pool fun. Take a break at the cafe then return for more aquarium viewing. You learn a lot of cool facts and conservation initiatives. Come on a weekday if you can, its not usually crowded -- the supply of crazy stranger kids going commando on everything is down to a minimum.

Staff was so friendly! I was in a wheelchair and they brought me a starfish to feel since I couldnt get up and feel them! They had a little activity for the kids to collect stamps and the kids were so into it and at the end once they complete it they get a paper Lego hat. So much for the kids to see and learn! Some of the aquarium tanks had domes you can go under and from the outside it looks like ur in the tank! The kids loved it!

Very educational for kids and adults. They give the kids a small panphlet and as they go through the stations they get a stamp and at the end they get a small gift (paper hat). Each station focuses on a group of animals and tells you about them and if they are endangered and what you can do to help(no its not going vegan its substituting for example tuna with a different non endangered fish.)

First visit. Dont expect too much, there are nice tanks with informative touch screens which keeps the kids involved. Theres tanks of jelly fish, a small touch pool, and other tanks with smaller random fish. It was a nice end to the day, is it necessary, not really, but a nice addition if you have extra time and $$ cause its not included in your park entry.

Probably one of the best aquariums Ive been to in a long time. Activities for the kids, lots of interactive displays, well laid out, great staff... Admission was free with our Legoland tickets. Takes about an hour to get through, so not really a "full day" kind of trip, but a great side activity if youre visiting the park.

Review as a couple that came here with no small kids. Takes you a little more than 30mina to run around. Pitiful variety compared to other aquariums I have been. Had to pay 17$ parking for less than an hour. If you come with your kids for Legoland where its included in the ticket, ok. Else save your money

Seriously, one bathroom at the very end... Other than that its great. But if you have kids, be sure to go potty before entering. They are busy and its a long journey all the way through... Foods good, animals are cool. Great learning and awareness tools. Overall good experience.

A bit on the small side but fun to go through rarely every busy. There is a stamp treasure hunt for kids that leads them to a prize at the end. Has a touch tank, overhead walk through shark tank. Awesome lego displays in the exhibits. A great place to cool down in the summer.

Very nice place to explore aquatic life in a fun, family friendly setting. Wide range of fish on exhibit in tanks set up for easy viewing by little ones. Ocean tank is vast with interesting fish to watch from many angles including a walk through tunnel.

Militant enforcement of the no stroller policy. A morbidly obese man on a powered wheelchair can get in, and potentially mow down little kids, but we cant push a stroller with a three week old baby because its a safety issue? Absolutely unbelievable.

This place was more entertaining to our 2 yr old than Legoland was. It was a nice experience. Its educational and she loves all the fish, sharks, jellyfish etc. We got it done in about an hour but its great. The only down side was no strollers.

Marine life is neat to see, but it gets very crowded and cramped. Scavenger hunt items are fun for kids, but maybe they could switch up the minor prize at the end. We have dozens of the cheesy paper hats they give out by now.

Interesting set with lots of photo ops for kids. Its not extremely long to walk the entire aquarium probably 30 mins if you take your time. There is a restaurant inside that we didnt eat at, but smelt really good.

Small Aquarium and it came with our package for Legoland so we paid it a visit. it was nice and fun and the kids enjoyed their time there but it not that large compared to Monterrey Bay Aquarium

Great aquarium. Nice collection of sea animals. Takes 30 minutes to walk through. Great for kids and adults. Not a solo attraction. But definitely worth it if you are going to Legoland.
