This place is terrible their service is lacking , the staff is very unprofessional and rude. A close friend had an event there this past spring (march 2014) although the banquet hall and grounds are nice service is terrible , the bathrooms were filthy, the waiters were slow in retrieving the dirty dishes, they were understaffed ,the bar ran out of beverages at 2 hours before the event was over. There was a child in the mangers office who was rude and obnoxious when I went looking for the manager but we couldnt find them. I wouldnt recommend holding any event here

They lied to us, it has been almost 2 years and we never got our wedding video, even though we paid for it. The venues package included photography and video. They only gave us the photographers phone number to contact him and let us solve the problem ourselves, but the photographer disappeared on us!. Needless to say...Terrible service!
