We just had a birthday party on July 6th 2014 for 7 year old girl with 18 kids and 15 plus adults. It is the worst birthday party they ever had as the kids said. We reserved the table between 2:00 to 3:00PM, but when we arrived at 1:45 PM, nothing was ready. Then we were told that the party room was reserved for a previous party, and we have to use the outside tables. But when we made the reservation on line, there was no option for inside or outside tables on the website. It was a really hot day, and the kids did not want to have a party outside. The host had to clean up the birthday party room and prepared the food, and it was almost 2:40PM when the table was really ready. We purchased the ultimate package, there are 5 to 6 rides total for 7 years old kids, but 3 of them are not open at that day. All rides look old and not safe. When my kids took ride at the Ferris wheel, the wheel stops working for 5 minutes due to over loaded. They had to use four mens’ power to manually rotate the wheel to get the people down. I called Boomers on July 7th and talked with Kalvin about my experience. He told me that he would talk to manager and call me back to see what kind of compensation he can offer to me. Unfortunately, nobody from Boomers calls me. By the way, we only had one host, most time we need to do the cleaning ; And the host did not have any interactive activities with kid except setting up the table and bringing up the food. It is a really bad experience, and I really do not recommend having a birthday party at Boomers at all.

This place is okay. Pretty expensive though. If you buy single ride tickets and want to go on all the rides or go on a ride more than once, get a wristband. They are expensive, but work out better. Sometimes you have to wait for an attendant to man a ride as they seem to only have 1 or 2 people to run 7 or 8 rides. The cleanliness could be a little better. It is kind of old and run down. No safety concerns, just kind of dirty. Staff is hit and miss. For the most part, friendly. We have had a few that were a little rough around the edges, but nothing that was not forgotten quickly. The best deal is to sign up for their birthday club. On your birthday month you get a free 4 hour wristband that is good for unlimited rides and miniature golf. Forget the food..... Ice cream is safe, but the rest.....eeecckkkk.

I took a pair of passes for free mini-golf or go cart rides that were given to my kids for having perfect attendance at school this last June 2014. It is now July 2014 and they refused to honor them because they were "expired". My kids were bummed because they were excited to redeem something they earned. I asked to talk to a manager and the girl refused and said they would not honor them. I purchased the mini-golf anyway just so my kids wouldnt feel bad. I usually spend around $100 when I bring my kids here, but by refusing the vouchers I will take my business elsewhere. If I ran my business the way this person handled this situation Id be out of business. Bad call Boomers.

Came here to celebrate a friends birthday. We brought a cake from outside and werent allowed to use the indoor tables but were allowed to use the outdoor tables near the miniature golf entrance. The arcade was a blast to the past. There were a lot of old school games like DDR Extreme, Tekken 5, Street Fighter, in addition to all those ticket games. Games were moderately priced 50 cents to a dollar. There are batting cages that offer different pitch rates - fast and slow for both baseball and softball throws. Entrance to his place off the 805N is the immediate right (almost like a u-turn). Theres no entrance to Boomers from the Walmart area or the center with the Starbucks.

Deplorable customer service. Theyve recently "upgraded" to a card system instead of coins. We went in to play mini golf and my son decided to use his last 2$ on the arcade machines. In very small subscript on the instruction sign it says "new card costs 1$" he used his last 2$ to buy two empty, worthless cards since the on screen directions did not inform him he was buying new cards with no charge. Add to this that all the games require odd numbers of points (I.E. 5.5, 7.5 etc.) And it all adds up to tricking children into paying more for less and having their money trapped on worthless, non refundable cards, so they have to keep coming back.

We bought yearly passes at the beginning of the year but one of the kids I brought with me didnt have her pass, so Boomers will charge you $30 to replace your card. Though we didnt need a replacement because it was at her house, just needed to get in that day! The price just seems way to high since the yearly pass is $49.99! Even Sea World doesnt charge that much if you dont have your card, and they are way over priced! So buyers beware! The other reason I took off a star is that the rides they have are only for little kids! The only thing that is for teens or older are the go-carts.

This was my first job back when it was the family fun center. Not much has changed, except for how expensive it is now. Used to be a buck for 18 pitches at the batting cages. Now, is in a point system that amounts to an arm and a leg. I go there for the nostalgia of having worked there during my awkward teen years, but miss the days when my uncle managed the place and I could play video games for free until my eyes bugged out, and bumper boat rides until my neck was sore. The cost of doing everything there now is equal to an annual pass for the family to Sea World.

I came with my friends once a little about a year ago. The whole time one of the managers was following us around the park. Finally while my friends and I were inside the karts area. He asked his workers and asked us if we had given our tickets to be in that area. We told him we had, but were kicked out because of his belief that we never showed our tickets. My friends and I were very disappointed and felt as if we were being targeted because of our skin color. By the way, the manager was a fat white guy! I would not recommend this place!

Definitely too expensive... Thats my complaint. Been there 3 times this past year and every time prices (token costs) have gone up. I bought $150 worth of tokens/credits and feel like a sucker because anything less I thought was a terrible deal and not worth it. I didnt save money though, prices go up while rides stay super short (time wise) and are just mediocre at best. Only thing slightly worth it is mini golf courses that are like 30 years old because at least you wont blow your whole load ($) in less than an hour.
