I just had my daughters 10th birthday party at Big Air yesterday....Saturday from 11:00am-1:40pm. Prior to visiting the arena, I called several times in different days with questions. Having a bit of a speech impairment, I was impress how patient and a good listener Patrick was. He was very friendly and clear with the answers he provided, making sure I understood all the details. Once I liked what I heard, a few days later (on a Friday), I drove to the facility with my daughter to check out the obstacles and private rooms available to reserve for the party. When we got there, at around noon, I was shocked it was closed. They dont open till 2pm or 3pm. I called them and Nicki was kind enough to put me on a brief hold, while she checked to see if anyone is inside and could let me in to tour the facility. We lucked out! Amy came out with a friendly smile and greeting, and asked us to come in. She answered more questions I had, gave us a tour and went through pricings, procedures and policies. She didnt rush through anything and didnt pressure me to book right then. She was very thorough, professional and her customer service skill was impeccable, I thought she was the owner. I was impress with everything...from the clean facility to the personnel. With my daughters excitement and giving two thumbs up, I put a deposit and reserved the Mega Room with Amy that same day. All the instructions was emailed to me. Amy called me a couple days before the party, to go through/confirm everything and see if I had any additional questions. We were all prepared and set! From reading other reviews and talking to the staff, I was prepared for a crowded arena. To my surprise, it was not crowded at all. Everything was working....the Bull Pin, Cotton Candy, etc... Yes, cotton candy is included. We lucked out again! Its finally time to set-up the room. We had a couple good and friendly Hosts. I didnt check the time when we started set-up but, I know we were rushing. Not everything got done as planned, before guests arrived. So, I was a bit disappointed and stress....to the point where I totally forgot to take pictures with my daughter :( This room has a projection...I was super excited to have highlights of my daughters 10 years. I spent days, going through hundreds of photos throughout her life and editing them and burning them on a CD for her special day. My luck ran out....they couldnt play the CD cause it had to be on a DVD-CD or a USB. I was told if we had a laptop, they can play it from there. I had a friend rush to bring a laptop over. For some reason, they were unable to play it. I was in distraught....trying so hard to hold back my tears. Overall, all the staff were awesome and the kids had a blast. I would come back and recommend Big Air to others.

We went there for college night where college students get a discount from 7:00 to 9:00. We specifically told the girl who rang us up that we were there for college night from 7:00 to 9:00 and she only gave us 7:00 to 8:00 when we paid for the full two hours!!! We were there with our friends and they got the correct time. We even showed them our receipt and they STILL did not give us the other hour that we paid for!!! I even talked to the manager and he said that they couldnt do that. So we had to leave!!! We havent gone back there since. It was a horrible experience having someone say that they did not give more jump hours after 8:00 and even though we paid for it they still couldnt give it to us and even with the discount this place is not cheap!!! The trampolines are pretty good although some of them are kinda small. I like the tumble track, rock wall, basketball, and the battle beam. Dodgeball is way too small, foam pit too. And I would love the mechanical bull if it could do something other than spin around in a circle the same way for only 30 seconds and there is only 1 guy in the whole place who can run it and he doesnt even run it ever at all!!! I only went on it once when I was there after we begged them to open it. Also they make you wear socks. Socks are dangerous on trampolines unless you buy their special grip socks but even the grip socks arent too good. I have fallen over due to slipping so many times there and that cant be safe because you can hurt yourself by slipping and falling. Supposedly when I asked the guy about wearing socks, he said that the lady who runs Big Air was worried about sanity and thought that a whole bunch of people going barefoot was unsanitary. Hello, the beach. Basically I would not recommend going there. Sky High is WAY better.

My husband and I took our kids to Big Air today as part of our sons birthday present. The kids had fun and there were lots of different fun areas throughout the building. With that said, I wasnt impressed with the staff. People dont seem to realize that customer service is everything and these employees are seriously lacking in that department. With the exception of two employees, everyone else seemed bored and almost annoyed, like all the families there were a bother. They did everything but prop their chins in their hands to show their boredom and annoyance. We were also denied an advertised military discount that is clearly on their website. The bored and annoyed young lady at the counter said a military discount was no longer offered. Then why is it on your website? Thats false advertising. There happens to be a pretty good selection of trampoline parks within a reasonable distance to our house. Between the bored employees and the falsely advertised discount, Ill take my business elsewhere. Im sure the annoyed employees would be grateful for the loss of business. Thats one less family to bother them.

Parents be warned. The employees working will do nothing if your child is hurt or assaulted. Tonight my son and a group of friends were there for glow jump and one of his friends was punched in the face. When the boys spoke to an employee the response was we cant do anything. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told there wasnt one. This is the second time. Last time a boy in high school pelted my son in the face from about a foot away. When I intervened the boy in front of an employee gave me the middle finger and the employee just ignored it. I had to threaten to call the police to get the boy removed. We will not be returning until some changes are made.

Big Air Rocks! Not only is there a variety of fun trampolines and activities, the kids love it and get tons of exercise! The staff is friendly and they do a good job monitoring the various activities to make sure all are safe. Weve been there for birthday parties too and I must say, its brilliant! The kids have a blast and theres no clean up for the parents to do! Id highly recommend it anytime youre looking for something fun and different to do! Especially a great place to take the kids on hot days to get out some energy and stay cool.
