This place is so old and dirty no fun for older kids mine just sat there the whole time it was so expensive just to have my four year old to ride the rides for two hours and half the time he just wanted to pretend he was winning the games inside, most of the staff there are rude only one of them helped my son ride the go carts. The food is not great and makes you sick if you eat it and go on some of the rides, and there were no free refills on the drinks unless you want water from a fountain, I had a horrible time and do not recommend this place:(. It all started with a Groupon app or come to find out if your online We would drive by so often and my son thought it was LegoLand. So having time In between appointments I thought what a great idea IT WAS NOT A GREAT IDEA.i paid $43.00 My 4 yr old had to have some one ride with him my older child was not old enough ( only 18 year olds can assist) I took him on the 1st ride he didnt like it I encouraged him to try another and he did like it. Our food order was up so we went in to eat no sooner did we finish the small pizza for us 3 ( not enough I had to buy another ) eating another then having to go on a ride I got sick couldnt finish the time we paid for because they WOULD NOT let my older child take my son. In no way did I expect I would have to go on the ride that were to small for me to fit in!!!! The employees around were laughing because I couldnt get in and out easily they all stood in a group we had to ask them to go to the different rides and even when asked they acted as if I was inturupting their get together!!! ONE OUT OF THEM ALL was kind thats probably why he was the ride MANAGER

I hope the owner gets a chance to read this and doesnt ignore it like he does the other bad reviews because Im not complaining about the prices, Im upset about one of your employees and his customer service. Im sure this wouldnt be the first time he does something like this because he acts as if he does this often to customers. I was having a great time celebrating my sisters birthday, one of the machines even took my tokens and the tech helped me out and compensated me with some tickets but when we went outside my sister tries to take my daughter who is only 3 on the slide, but I do admit she is a bit small to go down that big slide even with my sister accompanying her and my sister didnt know that and niether did the girl working the slide so another employee there decides to give his input and starts yelling at my sister in front of my daughter. He scared my child and yelled at the girl working the slide as well, saying that she is too small to ride that and that he already told her that before. He was making a scene embarrassing us in front of other families and staff. We understood what was the problem he didnt have to make a huge fuss over it I was having a great time, and I have everytime I have gone but this definitely does it for me i will never return here. Ive lived my whole life in Vegas and never have i been treated anywhere the way i was treated here and with my family. The guy wore a green polo shirt, older african american man, told me to leave and get out to not come back and believe me I wont.

First time going there. It was three of us my fiancé, my little brother. and I. Everything started good and we where excited to be there, but once we got out to the track everything just went down hill. Personal working there werent that nice/friendly. I didnt feel welcome at all. Any way I was trying to have fun since it was my FIRST time there so we went over to the go karts and ok I figured they werent going to be that fast because kids could ride on. We started the race and my kart kept shutting down. Than figured after a while it was for safety reasons. What really bother me was how they kept shutting off my go kart every time I was going to pass someone, BUT yet everyone else could pass other people....... I mean if you going to do stuff like that just keep it even and shut everyone down as well not just one person. JUST TO CLARIFY I WAS NOT BREAKING ANY RULES FOR THEM TO SHUT ME OFF. ONE MORE BIG ISSUE for me and a few other parents there were the workers in the little kids go karts. Those workers should really grow up instead of throwing seat cushions at each other WHILE the kids are racing no sense of common courtesy here. The teenagers were too busy fooling around with each other to pay any attention to all the kids building up from the crash. LAST THING I RECOMEND DONT GO HERE IF YOUR LIKE ME(adrenaline junkie) IT SURE AINT WORTH $20

The Grand Prix Family Fun Center is new to the Power Pass this year and I hope more families utilize this portion of the pass. While you cannot compare it to the Adventuredome at Circus Circus, this family-oriented destination was a favorite with our kids. The Power Pass entitled each holder to a lunch of individual sized pepperoni pizza and large drink, plus 6 arcade tokens and 2 ride tickets. The pizza was great. You always wonder with pizza at a small place, but this pizza was better than most. The tickets can be used in a variety of ways. Each ride is either 1/2 ticket or 1/4 ticket (for the slide). The go-karts are all 1 full ticket. You can choose from either regular, sprint track or they have some faster cars in the back for drivers license weilding invididuals looking for a little faster adventure. We, however, enjoyed the regular go-karts for 5 minutes and tried to race each other. Grand Prix Family Fun Center is a small, clean, family friendly and community involved business that we will completely visit again on future trips to Las Vegas.

Horrible customer service from management and even the owner came down and was being rude to our group. One of the kids in our group was told he could drive the carts when we got there so we all got wrist bands . Then when we try to ride the carts they told us he was to small for to get on. Now that we spent the money they decided to change their minds and say he wasnt allowed to ride . We asked if we could get a refund just for him and the female manager started yelling at his dad. The owner ended up coming down , not resolving the problem but making them worse being rude to everyone in our group telling us we were waisting our time , and cutting us off when talking , and again denying us our money back , after over half an hour of arguing with the manager we got all our money back. Wont be going here again . Poor customer service and a waiste of time energy and money
