This place stinks, in more ways than one. The parking down in the bowels of the structure is kind of creepy. It smells terrible! Like sewage under there. The elevators are so so so so slow. I think it is dangerous to be standing alone down in the bottom of a parking structure waiting for an elevator for 6 minutes (not to mention, frustrating). If I was a young girl, I would not want to be there alone. There are escalators as an alternative, but the are always broken. Always. This probably isnt a very fair review because the theater itself is fine. It is the structure that it is in that is terrible. But is all part of the theater going experience, in my mind.

The movies here are great. You can see the Kaleidescope sign (and list of shops and movies) from the freeway and also fom the street as they are located off of Crown Valley Prkwy, right next to the 5 Fwy in Mission Viejo. They always have the latest movies showing. Parking is easy and close, and there are lots of eateries and other things to do within the shopping complex. What makes it great for people no crowds or long waiting periods to any of the shops. Great for the public, but not so great for the shop owners.

I honestly go here only for Riptide Sushi and for movies that are only being played there. The escalators are constantly broken, the elevators are downright scary, and the management has intense feuds with tenants (on public display). I am confused at why they are resting on their laurels soooo much.

Its an average-a bit aged-theater, location is right off the hwy but there is a bit of a distance from the parking to the theaters. The screens are mid-sized and the staffs are decent. There are some restaurants and arcade in the same area so there are other things to do before or after movie.

I would say this is not necessarily the best place to go for a movie because the kaleidoscope shopping center is a bit not see when it comes to parking. The theater is located on the top level and just to make your way to the theater probably adds an extra 10 minutes.

Did they get new seats recently? Last time I was there they seemed really comfortable. I go here often and havent found anything to complain about. If a movie is new and popular it will probably sell out, buy tickets ahead of time.

The seats here are 100 percent comfortable. My only complaints are that the prices are a bit high, and you have to walk a huge flight of stairs to get to the theater, because the elevator is always down

Its the best costumer service Ive gotten in any of the many theaters in OC. Ive been to quite a few and this one is by far the cleanest. The seats in the show rooms are very comfortable.
