This is a really nice theater with friendly staff. The facilities are clean which is always nice. The prices are average with most other theaters, but I like that you can earn points with every purchase and use them for things like tickets or snacks which is always nice. In fact, each time Ive gone I have been able to get a free popcorn or small drink and this last time I actually was able to get a free ticket. Its usually just me and a child so the points add up petty fast without having to take a bunch of people or spend a ton of money to earn them. I usually go in the afternoon and it can get busy, but not overwhelming. The longest wait is for the concessions, but they usually have about five or six people working so it moves along. I do have to warn that if you order food like hamburgers, pizza, chicken then your wait will be longer because those items are not already made and need time to be cooked so plan accordingly. Other than the wait for the food I havent encountered any other problems. I have never had any problems with finding seats and if you go to see an IMAX film then you get to reserve the seats you want while purchasing tickets so thats a nice feature.

So Sunday morning my 3 kids wake up and and say lets go to the beach and 1 kid says lets go to the movies. I told them, lets do both thinking Im a cool dad we travel down to this theatre thinking it was a good location to meet other family halfway for an enjoyable day at the beach. We park one of the cars and drive 2 others down. Around 7:00 pm we come back to find the theatre had towed my car because its private property and if you leave the vehicle more then 1 hour it will be towed. So I walk in and the manager, in a very nice tone. says its policy and gave me many reasons as to why they do it. So when my kids stopped crying because now we had to pay 340.00 to get our car out of impound the next day and didnt have the stomach for the movie we drove home in 2 cars. So bottom line. We are/were customers we were going to watch a movie and I will never visit this stupid theatre again. Its about volume not personal service. You suck!

The movie was great and so was the concession stand. My only complaint is the peoole who come here. I dont mean to complain about others but other people will ruin your experience. Me and my friend went here the see spiderman homecoming. Alot of immature peoole thought it was "funny" to clap during the movie which is fine but the did it ALOT which is irratating. So on alot of people who come to this movie theater have self-esteem issues and think there all of that. Dont get me wrong I dont mean to sound above everyone else but Im a different type of person. I observe people and the way the behave from a distance. Like i was in line and i was looking at the window with senacks and a teenager thought i was staring at him so he stared me down like something was working with me when i wasnt like at him. My story is much longer and bad, but bottom line this movie theater is great just avoid riff raff if you can.

Wowza! Havent been to a movie in so long! I think tickets were around 8 bucks a person last time I went. For 2 people, to watch Spiderman in 3D was 36.50. Ouch! How did they get so expensive??? This theatre is huge! Pretty clean in the lobby. There wasnt too may people. So we had no waiting. We got a large soda and a kit kat for 10 bucks and change. The seats were comfortable. They recline a bit, and rock. Our screen was big, but not huge. We were in 21. It was super loud! My husband, who doesnt hear very well even said it was loud. Its a nice theatre. You can have a full meal there. Hot dogs. Hamburger. Soda. Popcorn. Candy. Just SUPER expensive. We ate at Rainforest before the movie, for this reason. Might not make this a regular thing, with the prices. Maybe when something good comes out, we want to see on the big screen.

This theater has become awful at late. I am a regular customer at this particular theater. I have to say my last visits have been horrible the bathrooms are awful toilet paper everywhere and transcans full. The IMAX RPX that I enter was dirty and sticky floors seems to be in the whole theater. I was upset in particular about a incident when I I bought a water for $$$$6 plus and I ask for a cup of ice simply to add the water in the cup but was told by the manager I have to pay $&$6.50 for the cup??? Of ice. The manager was rude and after I said why she responded by walking away. This Edwards theater is becoming more about profits more and less about customers. If you want to enter a theater that is messy and looks like a cheap $4 theater with horrible service then this it the place for you

Tired of having to explain to the staff that diabetic people need to carry a small lunch and eat five times a day for medical reasons. Every time I try an explain the very misinformed and halfwits challenge me and try to deny me entry. I explain detail that I wish I could eat the food provided inside, but its nutritionally unhealthy. Its not like a bring a huge lunch inside its usually a small protein selection. I think the management should inform the personnel that it is a violation of local, state and federal law to deny entry to a location to a person with medical problems. Maybe a law suit to settle this issue is best. This is my third time challenged and Im starting to get irritated

Probably one of my favorite movie theatres in the country. This Regal owned theatre is home to 22 off some of the largest screens youll find under one roof. Even their smallest screen is larger than the average. With an impressive IMAX screen, a top of the line gigantic RPX screen, and 6 enormous traditional screens, your sure to be impressed with your experience. The concession stand offers a wide variety of choices from your typical movie snacks to more filling entrees. The theatre is almost always clean, well maintained, and well staffed. Be sure to check this epic theatre out when in the Ontario CA area.

The bathrooms were neat, the staff friendly enough. My biggest problem is paying over $12 for a ticket and being interrupted FOUR TIMES by employees wandering into the theater during the movie with their phone lights and orange glow sticks, shining them at the patrons. How can you enjoy a movie when the employees are constantly coming in, with lights on, specifically what fellow movie goers are encouraged NOT to do? Its terrible! Then the employees, still with bright lights shining, wander out of the theater. They dont even use the lights to see where they are going, so why bother turning them on?

If only there were zero stars. This place has to be giving itself fake reviews. The popcorn tastes burnt, they have two security guards which seems creepy, they have not one but two theater staff members walk around the movie DURING the film with bright orange glowsticks. PLUS THE SCREENS ARE WRINKLED. yes, about half of their smaller sized screens and noticeably wrinkled, so distracting from the film. I have seen 4 movies here and am never going back, always dragged there by friends. AMC is way better more screens more chill better soda machine and better quality screens
