Eastvale is somewhat like Fontkucky in that the people who go there are like the wallymart nightmare crowd. The management and help are disconnected from social realities thus a customer is merely interrupting their normal routine on moonshining or looking at cousin Buck picking up popcorn off the floor. My recommendation is to drive that extra length to Edwards Palace in Ontario for a nicer environment. What is a good feeling worth? Lots. I rate Eastvale Gateway a 3 star experience. Not great, not good but OK for when you go to a place to simply throw your money to help the local economy.

I wish i could give this a negative rating!! I went to the movies on Friday and before the movie even started i had to leave so i asked for a refund and I supposedly got my money back but i was robbed by these thieves because my account shows i was never refunded my money!!!!! So even though i didnt even watch a second of the movie they took my money and lied to me that i got my refund wtf!

Will not return. I like to add my own butter to my popcorn when spending$15 for popcorn and a soda. This location they put the butter on your popcorn behind the counter. Also they only allow 1 refill, they mark your bucket so you cant get another refill. Ill go to another location before I come back here. This was my first visit to this location and my last. Very disappointed.

Awesome Theater. Never any lines, Can go opening night and be 10 min early and get any seat you want. They finally started doing 3D digital movies this year on a few screens. Ive seen at least 40 movies here, and if I ever encountered a weird problem ( only twice ) the staff is very helpful with screen errors and such.

Nice Clean theatre. I have taken my kids here quite a few times. They have long lines for first showings on the weekend and usually 1 worker so come early if you want snacks. Also Ive noticed a pattern of movie volume being low when its a kids movie. It would be nice if they could increase it.

Everyone needs to understand that they dont answer because they are busy at the box office.... the phones ring in box not at guest service. Dont take it personal that we are not answering ur calls. we are always busy on the weekends. Thanks (worked at regal for 2 years just quit)

the service here is horrible, from the manager only, he accused me of sneaking into a movie, even after i showed him my ticket, he said,"never come here again" truly an uncaring person. i would recommend going to any other theatre not this one really bad customer service!!!!

Not our go-to Edwards (that would be the Palace in Ontario). If you live close by, youre probably happy here, but the small theaters are really small with fewer prime seats compared to larger versions in Ontario. But, the theater is clean and staff are courteous.

Love this theatre! Never had a problem! And for the comment of getting kicked out for having burritos...you arent allowed to bring in outside food! Stop trying to pull the race card! The rule is not "no outside food if youre Mexican!" Get real people!

Had a worker follow me and the kids into the bathroom and back to our seats and asked us for our tickets. Who freakin does that? He treated us like we were thieves or something. I mean this is Eastvale, not East LA. Next time, well going to AMC.

There are only 2 different times at this place. Under staffed or over staffed. Its always expensive. Its clean and I like the recliner seats. Staff is never friendly and always looks like youre torturing them by making them do their job.

Im in Auditorium 3 theres a lot of disturbance from someones phone going off and someone keeps talking really loud. This person is being really loud and obnoxious making it really hard for me and friend to enjoy the movie.

Not for me .I went to watch ant man .but I had to leave before the movie started ,the reason because people are very loud and they are talking on the phone all the time so I wouldnt recommend this place .its too much noise

Racist security guard almost kicked me out for "being too touchy" with my girlfriend. She was leaning on my shoulder in the exact way a white couple was right next to us! What the hell! This place hates Mexicans

Awesome theater, its true theyre tickets and food are a little pricy but the seats are comfy and I always sneak my "drinks" and snacks in anyway. Plus, so far in 5 years no loud annoying kids.

The staff are polite; a little disengaged sometimes. They seem to keep the line for the food moving and the seats are comfortable. Ive never had a negative experience at this theater.

The seats in the theaters are SOOOO uncomfortable , stiff as ever, and sit straight up. Not like any other movie theater I have been too. My back hurttttttttttttttsssss.
