DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This place was HORRIBLE! As soon as we walked in the door, it was a total chaotic mess. The waivers were all filled out electronically, which in theory is convenient, but we had to wait in line for quite a while in order to even access a waiver. After we completed the necessary forms, we paid for an hour per person (which totaled to over $100) we were then told to go put on our socks (you have to buy their socks) and wait on the bench. The place is full of benches and there were no signs or labels signifying where we were supposed to go to await our safety brief. After asking around, we finally located the area and an employee willing to go over the brief. The brief was short and we could barely hear the employee. He mentioned two things: no double flips and no horseplay. Fair enough, right? So, we take our kids and head to the "main" jumping area. The employee working in the area waits for us to all get on the trampolines before he comes over and points us to an area that is designated for younger children. Again, no signs or labels. Once we got to the area, we were CONSTANTLY approached by employees telling us what not to do. The only things our children were allowed to do was jump in one square the whole time-not exciting at all and difficult for preschoolers to understand in a room full of trampolines. Im pretty sure I could buy a trampoline and jump at my house for the price it cost us to "jump" there for only an hour. We will not be going here again and will encourage others to go elsewhere. We were VERY disappointed with the level of service at this location.

Had such a great time at my daughters 1st grade party, that we had to return this summer. Best "family fun night" ever! Staff is still very young and unable to handle large crowds. Most of the monitors of the dodge ball trampolines are immature and too preoccupied, or involved with the players, to be effective. If you have little ones, its probably best to come during toddler time to keep them safe. Otherwise, you will definitely have to monitor them as the staff will not do well in terms of crowd control. Would be a great addition to the place to have a 9 and under kids section, or just for beginners/light jumpers. Although I think there was an out-of-the-way (behind the main courts) dodgeball zone that was a little quieter, and usually the players seem to set the tone anyway. Older crowds come late in the evening and can be very aggressive (not violent) and foul-mouthed (wish there was a policy against profanity and lewd speech, since its a family place), but are genuinely there to have a good time -and they do! But all of my kids, ages 7-16, had a blast together and never wanted to leave. Awesome experience for mom, too, and was very surprised at how easy it was to get the hang of the (very bouncy, well-constructed, thoroughly safe and padded) jumbo trampoline. What a workout! Cant wait to go back again and again!

For the last 2 years my friend has done her daughters birthday party here. In general sky zone is awesome I have had a lot of fun each time ( I am a 28 year old adult). However, my son who is 2 was a little scared at first. It is a little crowded so it is hard to get your kid on there at first and the fact that you can not even share a trampoline with them sucks especially since they are so small. I think being able to jump with them for a little while should be allowed if they are under 5 or give a space for parents and kids off to the side. By the time a lot of the littler kids got warmed up their jump time was over. Secondly 95% of the staff is unfriendly, rude, and have a bad tude and the ones that are susposed to be monitoring the trampolines are mainly talking to each other not really watching the kids/jumpers. If this location had a better staff I would have given them 4 or 5 stars.

Terrible costumer service. I went for the "glow party" and there is no "face painting" as the website shows, the songs you can barely hear from the jumping areas. When you ask for something for one of the staff, they pretend to hear you and dont care about what you say. You pay $27.00 without the socks and it is not worth it at all! You go with the idea that the glow party will be a whole different thing from the regular things that happens there during the day, but the only different thing is the lights are partially off. Oh, and there are kids in the age around 2 years old jumping right next to you and you need to be very careful while jumping. At the end, you pay $10.00 extra to jump in the dark. At least you get a tshirt (which you wait for a while to get it, because they dont organize it by size). Tottaly waste of time and money.

Jumping was a great experience for kids, but customer service was lacking in abilities. I was told to order online, showed up 10 mins prior to our scheduled jump time but was then required to wait an hour for the following time. Because the one we reserved filled up with walk-ins. They didnt reissue jump tickets so my kids were made to stop jumping within minutes of their jump time (after already waiting over an hr to jump). This resulted in losing over 15 mins of their 1 hr jump time to receive a new ticket. While waiting the hour for the jump time we ordered pizza. After an hr and half we still hadnt received it. They refunded cost of pizza, but we didnt receive an explanation as to why we didnt receive it. Costumer service was polite & professional, but these struggles made for frustration and stress.

We drove 5 hours from North Carolina to this location for our nieces 3rd birthday. It was fun. I thought it would be bigger but watching everyone jump and fall was pretty funny. As far as birthday reservation, HORRIBLE. Absolutely unorganized. We got there and had to wait few minutes to set up. Everything was rushed. Bday girl was still downstairs when they served pizza. Then 5 minutes later we sang happy birthday. When it was time to clean up and leave they rushed us out after telling us that it was ok to open her presents on the other side. Not to mention we had to wait to set up. And also no communication. Kids Loved it. Think it would be great if they had more than pizza and candy. Dont think Ill return to this sky zone location but will go to sky zone again!!!

Sucked. A bag of chips that contained 10 chips cost $2, when I couldve gone to Walmart and gotten a massive bag with 100 chips for the same price. And I was really excited to get a slurpy, but the small costs $6, and the machine was broken anyways. My friend was literally about to get gang-banged and the staff just watched and laughed. The cubbies were just a metal shelf where stuff can easily get stolen. I sat down on one of the benches, and I heard a crack immediately. It was like walking through a maze; I had to walk 20 minutes just to get to the dodgeball courts. And they even made me put on the wristband myself. For a real trampoline park experience, visit Stratosphere, Eldersburg. It is cheaper, and the experience is way better.
