Been coming here for a year about every other week or so and yesterday "11/08/15 movie peanuts room 8 at 6:50pm" i got to say worst experience ever. The movie peanuts audio was experiencing problems. They offered to refund us our money for the tickets and refill our drinks and popcorn. Like if i went to pay 11.25 for popcorn and a soda for fun, the manager, george casias had the worst attitude when my wife ask for the refund on our food. Affended her saying you ate half of it why should i refund ur money for that. we payed for popcorn to "enjoy the movie". And if we would of known we would have never even came here. He needs either more training on customer service and be professional or needs to be fired because thanks to him i wont ever be coming here again its customers the reason why you have a job. I got to thank the supervisor wilson i believe his name was, he was real concerned about the issue and sorry for the whole inconvinence he really appreciate customers and knows about customer service. Thanks i still wont be coming here again.

Although their $6 matinee admission price brought myself in for the movie, I was horribly displeased with the theater itself. Hoping that the food would be decent, I bought tasteless popcorn, watered down drinks, and had a somewhat decent experience until the movie itself. I understand that nothing nor any place can be perfect, especially a movie theater staff, but when the movie screen simulates a "blank screen" during the vital climax of the movie itself and it takes the manager and his staff ten minutes to realize that the sudden rush of angry customers actually are right for once, that in itself is when I draw the line. I give it three stars only because of their admission prices and friendly staff but other than that i wouldnt recommend this specific Regency location to many.

OK theater if you want cheap tickets. No self serve kiosk to purchase or pick up tickets, must go to box office. They check your bags if you have a purse or whatever. Lady in front of me had ice cream and she had to throw it out. Ive been to much nicer and more expensive theaters and they dont do bag checks. Watched a movie in theater #2, screen needs replacement, can see vertical lines of the screen. Also theres a stick blue pixel in the projector, shows up on dark scenes at the top left. Theater is not stadium seating, so tall people in front of you or little kids moving around will block your view. Tons of trash left on the ground by other people after the movie. It was clean before the movie though so that says good things about the staff cleaning up.

This is a pretty decent theater. Pluses: The seats were clean and the floors not sticky. The sound system was good (I was in theater 8) and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They even helped me carry popcorn and pizzas to the seats! Never had that happen before, thx staff! Best ticket prices in the area and the popcorn was pretty decent. Minuses: If you buy tickets in advance, it wont necessarily save you any time because they still have to print your ticket before you can get in but at least it guarantees you a seat. No stadium seating or reserved seating. Bottom line...The pluses far outweigh the minuses and Id see a movie here any day of week.

Ive never had a problem hear until today I went to watch 47 meters and the security they had walking around the theaters during the movie was so annoying he literly walked in there 5 times just starring at everyone so uncomfortable. When I was trying to turn the ringer of on my phone he told 3 times in a very rode way To put my phone away in purse he didnt even let me talk. Like if he were talking to child when I was there with my husband and kids wont be going back rather drive a couple extra mile to Harkins then to go through this again. They need to know how they hire us customers love customers service and thats what we go for.

Ive been going to this theatre since I was little and never had an issue. Just got home from my first bad experience there. Lady asked to check our bags. (Who the hell does that) but ok I get it, didnt argue it went outside ate my snack came back in and nobody was checking tickets let alone anyones bag this time. Sit down in the theatre and my seat is wet. Moved to 4 different seats and all of them wet. I went out and told the lady. They did nothing. No apology. No tickets. Just an oh wow really.

You get what you paid for. Had to pay for tickets at the concession counter. Kid taking my order was bored to death and you can tell he did not want to be there. Did not smile, say enjoy the movie or anything. He was very robotic. No body wants to work on 4th of July but you still need to greet customers with a smile. If you want a decent theater with cheap tickets this is a place for you, other than that then you might want to go somewhere else for better service.

We were gone from this theatre for a while, because it ran down and nobody seemed to care. We gave it a try again and the food is fresh and the staff and management is very friendly. It is keeped very clean. I think more people would give it a 5, if they update their seats and decor. Other than that I rank it service and management as a easy 5. I hope they review these, because its important that their employees know we as patrons appreciate them all.

I really like the theater, for the price I think its right, if I wanted something better I will drive farther and Ill probably go to a expensive one or a luxury one. We just move to Perris and finding friendly people there was a nice thing. Seriously for the price the Theater is good, itll be nice if they could add some work on the restrooms, some of the doors dont close right. But other than that is good.

This is an old theater that needs some renovating. The decor and seats are very old and uncomfortable. The did choice is OK compared to other theaters nearby. Some of the theater rooms are ridiculously small. I would recommend avoiding Friday nights because the kids from the high school nearby bombard the theater and do not allow you to enjoy the movie without excess noise or distractions.

I love this little theater. Good screens, sound, and chairs comfortable. The staff is made up of teenagers and 20 somethings like most theaters but they get the job done. Not many frills but its cheap, has 4k digital projectors, and is never over crowded. Who new that Perris would have the best theater choice in the area?

Had to get two times in line after being in line once and purchasing two combos, when asking for hotdogs we were told they werent ready and we needed to stand in line again to buy them when they were ready. Once in line they started selling hot dogs to other customers, so had to wait another 15 minutes. Had service!
