Horrible experience, would have been a 5 star experience if the fire alarm did not go off and forced everyone out only to find out from other people that this has happened multiple times before and for the same reason, the popcorn machine was smoking. People were forced out during the middle of thier movies and I didnt even get to start my movie. People stood outside hoping that they would be let in again after the fire department came and checked the building knowing that everything was okay, to finish their movies, however we stood outside for 40+ minutes, eventually movie passes were given out but to get a refund youd have to stand in a large line and wouldnt be able to come back another day to refund your tickets. Considering it was late and we lived a 30 minute drive away we left. If this was a one time occuracne I would have left it at that, however after finding out this has happened time and time again Im completely disappointed and dont want to come back. However since this is the only theater that doesnt require an hour of traveling where I can watch new movies Ill have to come back for a last time. If this happens again Im never going back to an amc theater.

Your employee didnt let me in to watch it because i forgot my id. Im 18 and i specifucally told him that. I had my friend who was 18 and he said no. Last time I watched annabelle i didnt have an id and i still got in. He said we need an ADULT to watch the movie who has an id. So we saw ppl who were 21 and watching "it" and so we knew then and we waited for them and he was like i saw you waiting and asking anyone and we were like no we know them and plus isnt that called stalking because it was none of his business to see what we were doing. He didnt ask anyone else for id except for us. I believe that it was bc of our skin color. What can we do if we are black. That violates the 16th amendment with states we are all equal under the law. We brought an adult that we knew with us and he said no it has to he a parent or guardian. He never said that before when we called up our friends or should i say ADULTS and the paper he read to ys only said adult not parent or guardian. Please respond to this quickly so i can change my rating

Overall pretty impressive! Recently renovated with big comfy reclining leather seats!! 2 floors, those drink machines that have like 35 drink options, definitely my go-to theater now. The only real cons are: (1) that the parking SUCKS! Either plan on going at an off day AND time or plan on parking in the parking garage, because you share the lot with big fancy restaurants AND THE REST OF THE MALL. Ugh. and (2) The ticketing area is SUPER tiny. Unless theres not a lot of people, youre going to be squished and risk people cutting in front of you. There are kiosks to buy tickets with your credit card and theyre pretty nice. But if youre paying cash, then you have to maneuver around the people using the kiosks and lean over the desk to pay. The standard lobby with windows wouldve worked so much better. And its not like theres not enough space inside... BUT if you can get past these two details, its a pretty nice theater! I think the seats make it all worth it. Also, FYI, you CAN reserve your seat

1) GPS directs you to Macys. Went in to Macys and the mall directory directs you to the left meanwhile, the theatre is actually straight ahead. 2)had to walk through JCP to get outside make a left then another left to get to the theatre. 3) Inside theres a line at 11am. Me being smart ordered online . (Con: no seating reservations) 4) the kiosk preorder line is the same as the regular cash line. Ppl just skip and go to the kiosk...which I did after watching ppl come straight in for 3 minutes. 5) Finally get my ticket and try to walk through and the same guy doing the cash sales says whoa hold on give me the ticket. 6) 15 minutes after start time no seats have to sit in the front due to no online reservations. I have never sat in the front row ever. My 6 stages of hell. Btw its tiny wont go back to this Maze.

Dilapidated and poorly maintained.....I went here for a matinee showing and the bathrooms were filthy and the theater floor was littered with popcorn and spilled soda. On top of that, the employees there are pretty rude and lackadaisical. I used to enjoy coming here when I was younger but the building is really showing its age. The interior stands out from the rest of the Roosevelt Field Mall, and in no way is this good. Its a shame because the theaters themselves are very good for 3D films. But for higher than average ticket prices, youre better off going somewhere else.

I went here to see a matinee show with some friends and this place was completely renovated since the last time I was there. The place looks amazing! I went to go see the Divergent series: Allegiant and we sat in theater 7 Row D Seats 5,6, and 7. The theatre was equipped with reclining seats which was a plus, but seats 5 and 6 didnt recline. I would have moved, but the seating arrangment was assigned. I think the seats were poorly maintained for that to occur or there was a short in the power cord. Anyway, for the most part it was a pleasant experience.

Parking is a nightmare even if you arrive earlier than your Showtime. Between Seasons 52, Capital Grille and Grand Lux using up a ton of parking spots for valet is ridiculous! Especially during the week in off peak dinner times. I rather go to Levittown which is further away to be able to park easily. Aside from the parking once inside the concession stands need more ppl taking orders they are so slow the cashier needs to go and prepare all of the food when someone could be assisting them.

Reserved seating? Check.... Recliner chairs? Check.... Young and customer friendly employees? Check that off as well. This is not a movie theater that I normally frequent but after eating at grand lux cafe we decided to watch a movie and this place is pretty good. The place is very clean and everything is automated in the bathroom which is great for customers. There are a few theaters nearby but this is the place to go when youre nearby

I had the pleasure of going here to see Deadpool. Awesome. I love the fact that you can buy your tickets online and pick your own seat. I did have the pleasure of giving someone the boot out of my seat because I wanted the exact center of the back row. The seats are so comfortable, full recliner with fold up arm rests. The floors were clean, the only thing that I did not like was how expensive the food was, but that every movie theater.

Terrible establishment the fact that these people have the gaw to refuse to play the cinematic masterpiece that is the emoji movie is an insult to not only the good citizens and movie goers of America, but also shows their true colors of and evil satanistic organization. After calling for a complaint they didnt even pick up the phone. No one should ever go to such a disgraceful masagonistc excuse for a theatre in their lives. Good day
