Very poor management. We waited in line for tickets for 15 minutes. We were told to go to a line and we could purchase food and our tickets. They opened a second line . There were only two people. But She decided to take late comers at ticket line where new people came in. So then we had to wait while they got waited on. She was not a good observer of her customers. When we finally got to be waited on we where asked to wait while they had to sell new people tickets. U said I think not! We have waited patiently, and realize that you are short handed but the movie has already started and we would like to be watching it. Never had such a bad experience in this threatre. She was just to scatte brained to handle the job.

Marcus is great in Waterloo and Cedar Falls, but this place doesnt seem to have their act together. There was one person at the ticket booth and a long line, and they didnt let anyone back into any movie until 10 minutes before the supposed show time. Speaking of that, its 7:05 and the projector isnt even on. Its a 7:00 show. Oops. Now its flashing weirdly. Now that the movie is over, I can also report that the side speakers were broken, and the film wasnt framed properly, as some words were cut off the side.

Definitely did not enjoy my experience. The exhaust fan in the bathrooms must have not been functioning because the entire hallway in the movie theater smelled like a sewage treatment plant. The smell was so bad it made me feel sick all night. I used to be a regular to this theater, not any more. Edit 8/12/15: The problem still hasnt been fixed. I cant tell if its an ownership problem, a management problem, or a staff problem. $10 movie tickets arent worth it if I have to hold my breath coming out of the theater.

Popcorn was nasty and old. Fountain drink machines were full of black mold. (If you look underneath where the ice dispenses you can see the inside covered in mold.) I had to wait forever for my hot dog to be cooked. 5 mins late getting to my seat. Theatre seat setup was disappointing being split down the middle. Surround sound was almost non existent. Theatre over all was clean. Bathrooms were clean, but stalls are very tiny. I had to strattle the toilet to get out. Disappointing for the price.

I like this theatre and I enjoy going to movies there. Maybe its just me but the sound in the individual theaters seems like its coming out of a mono speaker or is just plain too quiet. Youre loosing 25% of the films effect due to poor sound quality. I would suggest that they upgrade their sound equipment. Not an easy or cheap fix Im sure but a superior viewing experience is what is brining me to the theatre when I could just stay in my house.

Theaters are so clean and comfortable. Staff was very professional. Bathrooms are clean, but the stalls are unbelievably small...the stall doors nearly touch the toilet bowl when open, LOL, so it takes some maneuvering to get in and out. Their concessions are quite expensive, too. Overall, if you are going for the movie, the theaters are awesome...just use the mall restrooms instead.

Prices are outrageous anymore at concessions. It costs more for a medium drink or small popcorn than it does to get in. Only day worth going is tuesdays or thursdays. ( just make sure you bring your own concessions ) Popcorn always tastes old... who wants to eat 5 day old popcorn?! change your bags more! Thankfully there is redbox,netflix and hulu for family night!

My husband and I frequently go to the morning weekend showings because they are $5 tickets (all mornings before 11 and Tuesday all day is $5) The theaters are clean and the chairs are comfortable, however I wish they would add in a dream lounger theater!

After waiting in line they wouldnt sell my wife 2 tickets without me in line with her, so I got out of line for getting popcorn to go stand in line for a ticket and then go back in line for popcorn. Horrible customer service at best

Theater itself is great. Just not sure when they started allowing young teenagers into rated R movies. Made the entire experience of going to a theater pointless. Could barely hear 75% of the movie. Wont be going for anymore movies

I have always had an enjoyable experience at this theater. One of my favorites to frequent due to its updated amenities and its wonderful seats that allow you to rock back and forth for those of us who are fidgety in a long movie.

Were actually very impressed with this theater. Really good seats and good variety of movies shown - both 3D and normal. Standard movie fare as far as snacks, but who doesnt love some artificial butter!

Disgusting floors are sticky, chewed gum on my seat, and the bathrooms are just a nightmare, only pro is it was 5 dollar Tuesday, but I would not come back based on how unclean the facility is.
