Greatest theater in the world! Free refills on popcorn and drinks! Its always clean! Staff is always friendly and accommodating! Concession prices are very reasonable, comparatively! Very nice chairs, rockers, which I love! Finally, after nearly 50 visits, I havent witnessed a tech problem! Best value for your money for theaters! Please, dont change a thing! Almost forgot, the rewards card! You can earn free stuff, concessions, tickets, money off your purchase, just use your card every visit!

As someone who goes to the movies a lot, this is the poorest ran theater ever. How about having a line just for tickets? Have some respect for customers that dont want popcorn. Also Mrs. asst manager be a little more polite, not just say "get here sooner". I did and the line didnt move for 20 minutes. I left and went to Celebration Cinema twice now and didnt wait more than 2 minutes. Funny thing is I probably spend 500 bucks a year on movies with my family. That will go to Celebration now.

My wife and I live in Alma, Michigan and are regular movie theater visitors. We recently had a newborn daughter who is a month old today. When we went into the movie theater we were told that we couldnt go in unless we purchased a third movie ticket for her. We spoke to the manager about this policy and were told there was nothing she could do about it. We will not be returning until this ludacris policy has been changed.

i have visited this theater numerous times over the years. i could count the number of bad experiences on one hand. the seats are great, the popcorn and drinks have been tasty and fairly priced, for theater food anyway, and the refill policy is exceptional. matinees are 5$ until 6pm, you cant beat that. no business can satisfy everyone but this theater has got to be closer than many i have attended.

To many commercials before movie. Over 30 minutes worth this time. If I wanted commercials I would stay home and watch television. Movie was great when it finally started. Concessions and movie prices are reasonable, cheaper than Mt. Pleasant theater. Seats are also more comfortable. Would have rated higher if not for before movie commercials.

the 3d was messed up could not wach the box trolls and what dose the manager tell me after spending 45 dollars to see a movie well we didnt know like that some how makes it better she made exuse after exuse HOW ABOUT A APOLIGE WTF my advice go to mt peasant whare I will be takeing my kids to so box trolls tomarow

The parking lot was ghetto, but I dig it. The theatre is small, but its comfortable and well kept. The service was great and the food was by far the least expensive movie theatre food Ive ever had , and the taste want compromised either. I love this theatre, I really wish we had one like this in Lancaster, PA

The movie I paid $7 to see was scheduled to begin at 9:15 pm. I arrived a few minutes early to get a good seat. It is now 9:30pm and I am still sitting here watching preview after preview, commercial after commercial waiting for the movie to begin. If I wanted to pay to see tons of ads, I would get cable.

A baby cried throughout an adult movie we went to see. when I went to complain to the manager she said theres nothing she could do about it. We spent a lot of money to see a movie we couldnt hear or enjoy . Was not offered any compensation.

Friendly staff, theater, lobby and bathrooms were clean. Seats were very comfortable. I actually was in line behind the owner on my prior visit, and he paid for our tickets along with our popcorn and drinks!

The NCG Xtreme theater in Lansing is a better experience for the same price the seats are much more comfortable and the audio quality is Extreme

I love these theaters. The seats are very comfortable and the seats recline back just a tiny bit for added comfort. Tickets are cheaper too!
