Safety concerns, terrible customer service and no follow up call to a broken-arm incident. They clearly do not care about their customers. The manager John should not be in customer service - at all. My daughter broke her arm on an obstacle where the landing area was not properly re-inflating. The obstacle is about 12 ft high. When brought to the managers attention, he told me he could not leave the counter due to other customers. Again, my daughter broke her arm, was crying in pain and needed attention. Manager also dismissed the concern by saying that Big Time did not build the obstacle. Told me to call the manufacturer. He claimed zero responsibility and showed no compassion for a child who was crying. He finally pointed me to the urgent care. Ultimately, had to go to Childrens hospital with a broken upper humerus as it was beyond urgent cares scope. I asked if we needed to fill out an incident report and John (the manager) said they dont do those. I asked for the owners phone number and he refused. I asked for the their insurance companies number, he refused. Finally, I left my name and number and have still not received a call back. If you have such little regard for your customers safety and incidents on your location, you probably should not be doing what you are doing! The information I was trying to share with you could help you tighten your safety measures so that this does not happen to the next kid in your facility. Maintain your equipment, reduce the risk to kids, show some compassion and instill a process for on site incidents as they have and will happen again in your facility!

Very dangerous for young children! Over a 2-hour b-day party on a cold Saturday we experienced the following: Young adults (18-20) jumping from the long-running trampoline onto the hanging net at the end, almost hitting a young child with his knee in the head; A parent throwing a long foam pad wrapped in duct tape into the pit, landing on a child in the pit (the child was ok); kids jumping from the ship on the swinging rope with children playing below; kids & teenagers doing flips into the foam pit w/o looking at who was in the pit, numerous near misses; a young child in the bathroom crying with what looked like a swollen eye (it was not black and blue yet); children sitting on top of the swing bar above the foam pit with children playing beneath them; the backroom with the inflatable slides was very dirty, a car tire was in the room, a huge hole in the drywall big enough for a child to crawl into, electrical conduit was coming out of the wall at floor level, looked more like a storage room in one corner then a fun center; the staff did not oversee the activities for most of the time we we there, Im not even sure an Adult was on-site; towards the end it seemed like a childrens free for all. It does not appear they have rules, except one, that you cannot bring in outside drinks (IE coffee). Great Ideas, but poor execution in regards to the safety of the children. We will be going back to Jump Street.

While the place was "somewhat" set up for different age groups, there was no supervision of the different areas. The area for smaller ages (7 and under) was overrun by older and larger kids just running free. Now I dont expect the establishment to be totally responsible for older kids, which obliviously neither were their adult supervision, but when the only enforcement I noticed was when I was asked to leave my 3 year old alone in the trampoline area because I did not have a bracelet on, I have to make note of type of management in this establishment. My wife signed the proper forms and I paid for each of my children (3, 5, 15) who received their bracelets. I did not know that we even needed one until asked to vacate the jump area. Thats when I was told only one free adult pass for my 3 year old and If I wanted to also play I would have to pay the fee. REALLY me at 55 and I wanted to come to this particular place to play? Dont think so Charlie! I am here for my children not me and while yes I was on the springs with him, it was to keep the wild older kids from getting him hurt. Most staff members were of course teenagers which the best I could tell were doing the best they could. Now if we could only get parents to supervise also it might be a more safe place.

Only for little kids. Our hotel recommended this trampoline park. I have a10 and 13 yr old, both weigh under 115 lbs and both were injured here within 20 min of our visit, jumping into the foam pit. Not enough foam! Potentially very dangerous! So glad they didnt hit their heads as we left with a bloody knee and sprained ankle from landing on the hard bottom of the foam pits. My daughter could not walk to the car when we left. This place should be inspected for safety. My kids go to trampoline parks often and this has never happened. There isnt monitoring on the trampolines for older kids as my kids were constantly dealing with an unattended 3 yr old running around them crying for his mom. So basically safety is not priority here. Also this is a shady place. Not as new as most trampoline parks. Customers were allowed to lay on furniture with shoes off. My family was disgusted and I was not comfortable at the cleanliness and atmosphere. I will say the staff was very friendly and issued us a partial refund because we had to leave after getting injured so quick after arriving. If you have kids over 9 yrs old I would think twice about going here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was trying to plan a school event for 65 kids - a place the kids voted on and really wanted to attend. However, the customer service has just been so difficult and almost non-existent. Our school district requires specific paperwork to cut checks, (not that uncommon), after repeated requests for this paperwork from several of us on this planning committee to pay them- we received nothing! The associates at the store know nothing and give you the run around, saying you have to email the owner - an email we attempted 3/4 + times and never heard a response from. They clearly did not want our business! After 6-7 weeks of trying to book a group party, we have decided to go to a new venue. I wouldnt have tried that long, but we were trying to do it for the kids. Worst part now, they now have me running in circles trying to cancel reservation. You shouldnt have to beg for service!

The new location is just as nasty, cluttered and unkept as the previous. There is a leak in the ceiling and a huge wet spot on the floor at the base of one of the inflatables. After I got dripped on the head, then stepped in the wet area, (after all, they encourage the parents to play with the kids, which means no shoes) I brought it to the attention of the person working the counter. He gave me an ugly, WTF look, then said he would take care of it. 45 minutes later, and its only gotten wetter over there. There is crap just shoved in random places and no defined storage area. It just looks haphazard and dangerous. This should be a place where kids can have fun without the parents helicoptering, but unfortunately, you better stay on your kid like white on rice because of the sheer lack of any kind of safety protocols. It gets 2 stars just because it made my 5 year old daredevil happy.
