Really Just Heart Broken by the over all feeling of the place. It seems like it is a place for the tweens to go and hang out. I am a single father of 3 children,(8,4,2) 2girls and a boy. And my oldest being 8. We arrived for a birthday for my 4yr old to enjoy skating and the new addition with the arcades and games. My 4yr old was so excited for her new skates for her birthday and we scheduled a party at classic. With in the first 10 minutes of arriving my girls saw children couldnt be older then 12 making out and touching each other. This is all the while there high school staff just walked by. I am pretty liberal in my views but I had to keep directing my childrens attention somewhere else. I was really so sad, that no one was saying or approaching these kids. This is the new place for kids to go get there groove on, because it was more than one "couple" doing this. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY KIDS THERE AGAIN. The dynamic of the place being taken and bought by the Chuckie Cheese brand is family, but the little ones that were there made me sad for society, and that not one employee or manager gave a crap about the environment that they are placing out there. I would STRONGLY advise any parent with children under 10 not to go there or they will get an eye full, of CHILDREN making out and foundling each other. My heart was truly broken about the lack of respect the employees and OWNERS showed to a family fun skating rink. This is truly not a FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE.!!!!

I have waited a long time to write this. Because I hoped things would get better, but they have only gotten worse. I started skating 3 years ago and have gone almost every Saturday since. Unfortunately as I have continued to be a patron my experience has been worse and worse. I calculate that me and my friends have brought more 15,000$ to classic skating in the last few years but it seems instead of befriending us and listening to feedback we have gotten nothing but quiet aloofness. The DJ (not a real DJ, just makes a playlist and hits play) is convinced people come for him and plays the music he wants, and is standoffish to anyone who requests anything he isnt familiar with. He seems to go out of his way to be standoffish especially to me and my friends. It has become more and more annoying and is very frustrating when he makes lame excuses for not taking suggestions, in an aloof and belittling manner. I have complained to management multiple times giving constructive feedback and letting them know I am not happy with them raising the price twice,in the last 2 years, to more than double of what it was. They have reached out to me once to ask for help improving, even after I gave them feedback. Business decisions are not my problem. I learned to love skating here, then I learned to hate skating here. I will not be skating here for a very long time, and I would recommend you dont either. I hope this situation is resolved soon.

I had a mixed experience with this location. First of all, if you are looking for a laser tag venue, I do not suggest this place. We bought the $4 unlimited laser tag pass and did not end up ever playing a single game. There was an hour wait and the girl at the skate counter did not even help us and put us on the waiting list for probably 20 minutes, even though we were waiting right in front of the counter waiting for the current game to get over. The girls at the front ticket counter were great and gave us some free skate rentals and a refund while we waited for our game. But when it was our time to play, we found out that the girl had removed us from the waiting list when we went to go look for a refund and did pretty much nothing to try and help us. Fun venue with a great atmosphere, but definitely got some sour apples when it comes to customer service.

I have 4 kids so I usually have birthday parties here at least twice per year. The previous years before year 2016, they had a few troubles like the Game Rooms game console controllers didnt work so it was pretty much just a private room and I had to keep looking for our host. But I did leave reviews with the Manager and since I went in 2016 and 2017 they have improved a lot. Now the hosts often check in and give time schedules of when everyone will need to be present for the different activities, in between all the skating fun. The food is great, the entertainment is great, the games work and it isnt expensive. Since the hosts have gotten better, I always leave them a big tip! Thanks for all the fun birthdays and great memories!

We have been skating here for years and we always pay the entrance fee and skates are included. I paid for four kids to get in and each have an hour of bouncing. When the kids went to get their skates 2 of them were given the skates for free my other daughter (whos birthday we were there to celebrate) was told it would be 2.00. I went to the front desk to ask and they said they have always charged for skates. I find that hard to believe because we have NEVER paid for skates. Skates were always included and if you wanted blades it was extra. So I guess it costs 7.00 just to be allowed through the door. What a joke. Very disappointed. I think we will find another place to skate.

Friendly, helpful staff. Birthday party accommodations are pretty good. My daughter wants to come here every year for her birthday party. To me that says one of two things. Either Utah County has a shortage of fun places to throw birthday parties for kids or she really enjoys her time at Classic. Maybe its a bit of both. But that shouldnt deter you from visiting this place. The only real downside to this place in my opinion is that the music is too loud. I couldnt even have a conversation with the person next to me. And my ears were ringing when we left. All in all though, it was worth the time and money spent. Everyone left happy

GREAT REMODEL!!!! Classic has done alot to make their place a safe and fun environment for the whole family. They have specials for each night of the week including Friday and Saturday nights for College Students. I still love the good ol skating the best but the new side is very nice and inviting. I noticed Security going around doing what they could to make sure busy times were safe and that innapropriate activities werent happening. I have been coming here for years and they have really cleaned up and offer affordable fun for Families.I LOVE CLASSIC!!!!

I went here on Saturday the 16th with my family. Everything was perfect except one thing. When you play many of the arcade games you win tickets which then can be redeemed at the prize counter. When my daughter and I went to redeem her tickets, the general manager (Joeseph) was helping people there. I received the worst and rudest service I have gotten in my life. The rest of the employees were great but they could not make up for the service of the one supposed to be in charge. I will NOT be returning until they get a new one.
