Stay away from this place! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!!!!!!! I am in town visiting family on military leave and decided to take my wife and two daughters to the movies. I purchase my tickets and proceed to concessions. While waiting in line me and some other patrons notice a senior citizen pass out face first on the concrete. Myself and others rush out the exit door to her aid. After we assured the individual did not suffer any injuries we proceed to return to our spots in the concessions line. We were promptly turned away by an vicious, disheveled, unprofessional individual who I later discovered was the manager. He refused to let us back in and insisted we purchase new tickets or he would call the police. We explained to this barely coherent buffoon that we were assisting as first responders to someone who passed out on his property. He unnecessarily raised his voice in an attempt to intimidate and consistently used threats to call police. I asked for a refund and was told I would not be receiving one and if I ask again he would call the police. Since when do you punish the good simeritians, I decided to leave before things escalated. Both daughters crying and wife extremely upset as were other individuals in the concessions line who saw everything go down. In the end I lost out on $30, and normally I dont write reviews but I am hoping others read this and "Stay away from this place! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE"!!!!!!!

July 7th I took my wife to the 730 show on THE PURGE went inside to purchase tickets, once I receive my tickets I waited on my wife the manager insisted that I give him one of my tickets to write my wife name on it so when she comes in he would give her the ticket. I told him earlier nicely "its fine Im waiting on my wife" he refused for me to wait n told me I should go into the movie. I told him no Im waiting on my wife and second time n refuse to take no for an answer. I looked at him after a third time n told him is there a problem n he got upset n went back to doing his job. From the way the young lady was looking at me n rolling her eyes she did not enjoy her job. No one should want to work with a person like that that does not know how to talk n treat employees n customers. I actually like coming to this theater Ive taken my family here since we moved here its never crowded n the food has been always fresh when I go. I really hope this incident or any incident never happens again the next time I go which will be July 9th to take my son to see the secret life of pets movie. If anyone reads this have a clear mind n ignore the stupid management n enjoy yourself or whomever you go with. And this is called a RATE & REVIEW right so we can say wat n how we feel on here for those that think we have no life. Its called an OPINION bitches get over urself.

The establishment is nice to the naked eye. Seating is good. Service is very poor. I seen bugs ( roaches) in the food service area . I wouldnt recommend eating a pricey meal that has bugs running throught it. Management well we will just say there is lack of management at this business. Employees are not treated with dignity and respect, they are treated more like they are owned! I have a friend whos child worked there and quite the business because of a better job offer. The child went to pick up last paycheck ....and was forced by management to sign a paper stating the the said employee would never come back to the property ever not even to purchase a ticket to watch a movie. So the way this business is run as far as I can tell is that they dont want people comin and spending there hard earned money there to watch a movie . Im also pretty sure it is illegal to deny an employee of there paycheck unless they have agreed to your company terms. Im also sure that there is no need for companys management to call police on a minor because they quite the establishment and only wanted to pick up there last check. And after talkin to the owner it sounded like he was ok treating his Employes like slaves ...

I used to LOVE this place! My friends and me would always go to the movies on Fridays or Saturdays but.....not anymore it has lost A LOT of quality. I miss the welcoming smile and the GREAT food. You don`t get that anymore for some reason. I really used to enjoy someone bringing you your food. I actually thought they stopped doing it. Bcuz I had remembered when they first open and for the first year and a half as I walked in the door they would ask if you waned a menu or if you wanted a meal delivered to you. They just dont do that anymore, And the earlier reviews I read about how you dont see the same employs twice. That is so true. I have started to go more often and I typically dont see the same workers twice, Over all it was A LOT better when it first opened and a GREAT place to go with friends or go on a date but it just isnt like that anymore! I think if they take a look at the place over all and made a few changes it could be a great place again but until they do that it isnt even worth going!!

Went to this movie theater for 2.5 years with the same experience every time. The man working the front desk always has a bad attitude and never welcomes the guests. we didnt mind this as much because the theater was close to our house so it was convenient for us to go to. Although, the last few times we went the popcorn tasted very old and stale. The last movie we went to, I finally had my boyfriend take the popcorn back because we were tired of spending the money on some popcorn that tastes bad. He went to get more popcorn and the manager served him the same popcorn from the same batch and just tried to pour a bunch of butter on it to cover up the taste. Then I took the popcorn back and said it was still bad and we would like something else. The manager never apologized and was extremely rude to me, my boyfriend and belittled the two young women working for him. I told him I just wanted our money back for the food and we havent been and will not be back to this movie theater again.

Prices are only $2 more per ticket than the crappy Hollywood Theater - new building, beautiful, clean. Always feel like Im going to get a parasite in the seats across town, but this is an excellent theater to really relax and enjoy a movie. The food is delicious - my only issue there is the difficulty in eating anything other than finger food in the dark. We usually get nachos - always delicious and no more than youd pay at BWW. Service from all employees has always been perfect: smiling, polite, sincere, helpful. Bathrooms are spic and span. Highly recommend to any true movie goer who enjoys the theater experience. Also, let me clear up a common misconception: food is only served in certain theaters, but any theater can still purchase regular popcorn, snacks, etc. A lot of people assume the in-service theater costs more, but ticket prices are the same whether your movie is in the full-service or regular side. TRY IT!
