Enjoyable every time. Good concessions and good movie quality. Though, Ive noticed some of the employees that work the concession care more about talking to each other rather then the customer. The only truly bad experience was I went to see the new Underworld in 3D. Who ever started the movie didnt care to make sure it was going properly. (It wasnt in 3D and everything was blurry) after going and speaking with a member of staff it was fixed promptly but the lack of care in the first place still gets me.

Definitely better than Carmike. The seats are couple-friendly (the armrests move up), and the screens are okay, but small. It also costs $0.40 for a refill on pop corn. What movie theaters actually do this? Also, if you like movie theaters being quiet, you really shouldnt see a movie in Jackson. In both Carmike and Jackson 10, people are so incredibly loud and talk throughout the movie. You can also expect at least 3 people to be on their phones intermittently.

The Jackson 10 is hands down the best movie theater in Jackson, MI. The lobby is well laid out, colorful, and who doesnt love air hockey? The concessions are affordable and the popcorn is delicious. The screens are all gigantic, they use crystal clear projectors, the seats are comfortable, the list is pretty damn long on all of the things this theater gets right. Ive been going to the Jackson 10 for years now and I wouldnt trade it for any other theater.

Horrible. Lazy staff and managers. Rude aswell. This place is nasty, they really lack in the cleaning department. The theaters are filthy and uncomfortable. I feel like Im going to catch something just sitting in one of those chairs. Not to mention they smell like pee, sweat and filthiness. Do not go here. Take a drive to Lansing or Ann Arbor and go to a decent theater instead of this run down crapshack.

Theater is fine, has a big selecation of movies at any given time, but seats are horribly uncomfortable for anyone who has back or neck problems. The seats are not ergonomically designed, no lumbar support and the head rest throws your head forward (opposite of the natural curve of your neck). Even my 12 y/o grand daughter came out of the show with a neck ache. If I go there, I take a small pillow.

Came to a movie a bit late 30+ mins and they refused to sell me a ticket or grant me access to the theater to watch the movie with my friends. Garbage policy for a garbage theater. If Carmike updated a bit to be more like Celebration in Lansing even if in just a couple auditoriums, theyd likely steal a lot of movie goers from this turd of theater that seems to be ran by mostly teenagers.

I dont think this place has been updated in forever.watching Star Wars was horrible at this theatre.my ass was in pain and my back was jacked the whole next day.this theatre needs to stop being cheap take a trip to celebration cinema in Lansing and get new seats.until you get new seats I will take the extra 10 mins to drive to Lansing.

Jackson 10 will probably always be my favorite theater, just for memorys sake. Ive been here more times than I have any other theater. I basically grew up here, lol Reasonable ticket prices and a great snack selection. Theaters are relatively clean, and the chairs are comfy. Beats the Plaza Cinema across the road by a landslide.

As far as movie theaters in Jackson go, I would have to choose Jackson 10. Carmike has AWFUL seating and not a lot of snack options, not to mention its almost always dirty. The only thing I would say about Jackson 10 is that its very out dated and the bathrooms desperately need to be remodeled! Other then that, its a fine theater.

Rude managers. Rude staff. You will watch staff walk into the bathroom and walk out leaving the mess there to sit. Bathrooms are very old and run down. Seats suck. Carmike just got new seats and they rock. 2 years ago I would have voted Jackson 10 as #1 but I no longer stand with Jackson 10. Carmike is officially better

I go here Monthly i get the most best of treatment from the staff & everyone is so friendly. The food quality is amazing, & the Theater quality is some of the best i have seen Jackson 10 is for sure Jacksons best cinema. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to go see a movie.

Not impressed by the patrons. Mostly empty theater when we arrived and people insisted on sitting very close to us. Also, had to listen to groups of kids treating the theater as their living room and expressing their loud and unfunny opinions throughout...would never go back.

Wife complained that bathrooms were moldy and not cleaned, toilet paper everywhere and the theater itself (theater 7) looked like it hadnt been cleaned the entire day. My arm rest was sticky. I have been here multiple times where Jackson 10 was dirty. Picture was good. outdated

omg i love the jackson 10 theater its the best in town I go there all the time! I dislike the other movie theater across the street. They have comfortable seating, good choices of food, great movies playing, etc. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! GO JACKSON 10! :)

by far the worst movie experience ive ever had ! dozens of jacksons unsupervised "ghetto youth" disrupting the theaters! the management and security were unable to obtain of the situation! if these were your children , they give your community a bad representation!

Seating is comfortable and it reclines. Every time I am there it is clean and neat. I think the poor reviews about cleanliness come the other theater across the street. The staff here at Jackson 10 are always pleasant and professional!!! A+++++++++++++++

Older theatre but never crowed which is what I like being from a big city also great concessions and reasonable prices if it was a newer building I would give 5 stars oh yes I need to mention that there is always the most friendliest staff

Seats is very uncomfortable. I dont understand how this place gets more business then AMC across the street. AMC has way better seats staff is more friendlier, and plus hot foods (Pizza, Hot Dogs, Pretzel Bites ETC.

Decent theater, nothing special. The seats are a bit old and worn, but you dont really notice it when the movie starts. Cheaper than what youd pay at a bigger place in Ann Arbor or Lansing.

Theatre is alright. Props to them for getting rid of the kids whod ruin the movie. Pretty dirty but after all of those middle schoolers and high schoolers, I cant blame them.
