Wont check your ticket so...see whichever movie you want; underaged or not. My sister had to cancel her burger after it came back twice with onions after the waitress read it back to her as "no onions specific". Her first messed up Burger took about 15 minutes, whereas her second one took almost an hour. It was exact same order in which state messed up twice. The floor was comically sticky There is a button you can push for food and drink service but be careful because you can very easily hit it with your elbows by accident Theres a lot more leg room The seats arent anything to write home about When the theater is cleaned up its not thoroughly cleaned ergo The Tragically sticky floors You are not greeted with "oh hi! how are you?", nor "good evening! May I take your order?" Im not sure whether or not they are allowed to get tips but even if they arent, the service is so crappy that you wont be necessarily tempted to tip anyone. Also whoever took your order most likely will not serve your food- theres so many hands on deck. The staff works with a "go go go!" and kind of miserable air about them. The movie previews include a two or three minutes long screen sponsored by Chevy with just the Chevy logo... Because thats fun... So entertaining... If you have never wanted to buy a Chevy before most likely you want to buy it the night youre forced to look at just a screen of just their logo. The temperature is good. The down escalator doesnt work all the time. Some of the dinner menus are sticky... Or at least mine was until I grabbed another one. There is only one trash can in the lobby and 3 small benches to sit on and fortunately they are cushy There are no hooks , nor locks on the womens bathroom stall doors which Im pretty sure is the same for the mens bathroom. The trash can get over flooded very easily. The Ambiance is that of Center City, swanky uptown beautiful Grill & Bar that is so modern it almost knock me off my socks. The TVs arent too loud while they play sports. Its a type of environment you take someone to or you go to on your own when you want to pretend like youre super classy when in reality youre not lol especially since there is a much fancier and much more put together down to the details movie theater out a little bit pass King of Prussia, if you want the experience as much as the movie and entertainment.

TO ALL THAT ARE INTERESTED IN VISITING THIS MOVIE THEATER PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END!!!!!!!!! ALL BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE! The service I received on June 19, 2017 was unbelievably horrible and unnecessary. I order a drink and food, but only received my drink. After over an hour into the movie the waiter returns with a bill including the food and drink. His face was priceless when he noticed that I did not receive my food. He did not apologize or anything just continue to hand me the bill. I kindly told him that I did not receive my food and will not pay for anything due to the service that I am receiving. He comes back with a female manager and she says “ I heard that you did not receive your for so I took it off the bill, but you have to pay for the drink”. I tell her she interrupting the movie that I paid full price for and I will not be paying for anything at this point. She tells me “ You understand that if you dont pay for this drink I will have to call the police”. Then she leaves and comes back with some small fake DEBO looking female wearing a head garment calling herself security. Now at this point I am beyond irritated, so the security continues to tell me to pay the bill and if I dont I will be locked up tonight. I still stay calm and tell them their interrupting the movie and I will speak to them after the movie is finish. 12Mins after they leave DEBO comes back and tells me to come out and speak to the officer. My mind is blown and I am in disbelief that they forgot my order, never apologized, interrupted my movie several times, gave me no compensation, called the police and embarrassed me. They have the nerve to add gratuity to the bill. The officer was confused too and apologize to my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend paid for the drink without the gratuity and we left missing the ending of the movie. We left confused, upset and at a loss for words about how we were treated. Never in my life has something like this happen to me. This theater needs a complete change in management, staff and customer service training. I do not recommend anyone to give this theater your business to rude, careless, no respect, untrained people. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO 69th ST MOVIE THEATER!

Theater is nice aesthetically but the mens bathroom was dirty. My son and his friend said there were feces smeared on the wall and toliet seat. When they told one of the employees they only got a "nod". No diaper changing area in the ladies bathroom. I had to change my 20 month old on the counter. The customer service experience was horrible from ticket counter to theater. Staff at the counter werent very welcoming or friendly. No smiles. Theatre staff were extremely slow and pretty much seemed overwhelmed. We didnt receive our popcorn and drinks until about 45 mins into the movie. Which was ridiculous! I would have preferred the option to get up and get it myself. The food at movie theaters is always overpriced but 7 dollars for a medium shallow square bowl of popcorn, completely insane. It did come with a refill but not only did the bowl get smaller, we waited 30 mins to actually receive our refill. By the time it was received , the movie was basically over. They were more prompt in delivering our bill and processing our payments. Not sure how the staff is organized but my suggestion would be to assign 2-3 employees per theater. It may be costly but it would make the process smoother. Also, I missed the first 5-10 minutes of the movie placing my order. I was orginally ordering the combo for $25. I wanted the create your own pizza special but they didnt have any of the toppings listed on the menu. I ended up cancelling that order and settling for popcorn and soft drinks. I say all of that to emphasize that orders should be taken during previews not once the movie starts. Its very distracting. The seats were comfortable although they didnt recline. I went on Tuesday so I paid the discounted admission, but I think I would have been very upset and dissappointed if I paid full price admission. I probably wont go again because im not from the area but if this was my local theater I would definitely bring my own snacks and drinks for future visits.

Decent experience...not a big fan of the neighborhood or clientele but it is what it is. I did read the reviews for this place before I got there and fully was expecting worse but it was a decent experience. The servers were actually quite pleasent...i tipped my server on top of the gratuity she was so nice. I would like to add that I for one applaud this company for adding gratuity automatically as even tho a server might be not up to par they never deserve less than 10 percent because MOST OF THE TIME slow service is not their fault ...theres a multitude of factors in how fast food and drinks get to you in a restaurant...slow kitchen...bad management etc and servers and bartenders are only paid 2.83 an hour in this country which turns out to zero bucks on a paycheck because of taxes. If you tip little or nothing at all that means they are serving you for free and in my opinion thats theft...actually many bars and restaurants have high tech point of sale systems nowadays and bartenders and servers are required to claim at least 16 percent of their sales so if you are one of those people who tipped little to nothing the server winds up claiming they made 16 percent off your bill when they didnt and they actually wind up paying money to serve you...I kno the system is crap whether you are for are against tipping it is what it is...its America and thats how things are and unless youre an ignorant uneducated, self entitled piece of crap you leave a tip. However...being the neighborhood that this particular theatre is in it doesnt surprise me one bit that the company took option to make it mandatory otherwise Im sure they wouldnt be able to hire or retain any staff. And yes I bartended and served to supplement my income various times throughout my life and that is why this issue really aggrevates me.
