Inconsistency in Service: Multiple reviews mention inconsistent service, particularly in the management department. For instance, one customer had an issue with a special one-day Fathom showing of a movie that was supposed to be dubbed but was initially subtitled. The management took a long time to address the issue, leading to a frustrating experience for the customer.
Staff Behavior: Some customers have reported rude behavior from the staff, especially those answering phone calls. The lack of empathy and concern for customers' issues was highlighted.
Long Queues: Customers have reported long lines at the ticket counter with slow service, causing them to miss the beginning of movies. The staff's inefficiency in handling queues was a common complaint.
Parking: One review mentioned having to park close to a nearby Chick-fil-a due to the theater being packed, indicating that parking might be an issue during peak hours.
Movie Selection: The cinema offers a variety of movies, including special one-day Fathom showings. However, the quality of these special showings was questioned due to issues like incorrect versions being played.
Concessions: The cinema offers typical movie theater snacks like popcorn and sodas. However, customers have reported these to be overpriced and of mediocre quality.
Cleanliness: Despite the various issues, customers have praised the cleanliness of the cinema.
Seating: The seats are described as comfortable, with good visibility even if the people in front of you are tall.
Management Response: When issues were raised, some customers did receive refunds and free passes for future visits, although this did not entirely mitigate their dissatisfaction.
By analyzing these reviews, potential visitors can gain a comprehensive understanding of what to expect from Regal Cinemas Warrington Crossing 22 & IMAX.

Went to see a special one-day Fathom showing of the dubbed version of Spirited Away with my six year old. However when the movie began it was the subtitled version (though it was advertised on their website that the showing would be dubbed). Knowing my six year old wouldnt be able to follow the subtitles, we left our seats to explain the situation to the manager, who then disappeared for 15 minutes. While waiting for the manager to return, approached another employee who informed me they started showing the correct (dubbed) version ten minutes ago. The original manager never came back to inform us. Moreover, the seats we had gotten originally having arrived 30 minutes early were now taken, since we had to leave them to address the subtitle issue. It was theater 13 (one of the smaller ones) and it was packed. Rather than find a front-row seat for me and my child and significantly irritated at how the last hour had transpired, we decided to leave. I asked another employee to call a manager, and we met a second manager who did kindly apologize, refund our tickets, gave us free passes for next time, and comped our popcorn, which was all fine. However, this was a special one-day event that we wouldnt be able to make up at a later date (not to mention the waste of time and frustration we experienced).

The theater itself is fine. Its whoever answers the phone call which seems like its always the same woman, rude and has no concern or social empathy for customers. One time I called about losing my wallet she said they found it, I picked it up and someone stole $25 from me..-_- which was the only cash I had and no cards lost. I told the manger or whoever and she just turned away... the second time I called a few night ago was when I thought I was over charged on my popcorn because they said it was $8.79 but I was charged $9, so I thought it was strange since I wasnt the one who waited in line, it was my boyfriend and when I came home and saw it was charged $9 On my back account I was confused and called and the woman had no remorse or anything shes like a heartless robot and shes said "is there a reason youre asking..?", yes Im asking because I was worried one of your employees were stealing coins from customers because that happened at a burgerking I went to as a teenager. So I was caution and concern but this woman was just "whatever attitude" and hung up as soon as she could. Im not going to warrington because of her. It just made me feel like my experience didnt matter as a customer. I still enjoy regal but not warrington.

Terribly incompetent staff. I went there Friday and there was 20+ people in line for tickets with one guy asking elderly folks 21 questions so they could get their discount, i had to leave because the 15 mins i stood in line it moved through 3 customers and the flick i was there to see had already started. Then i went back Saturday and there was 3 cashiers at the window when there was 2 people (including me) in line. But at concessions there was 7 employees standing around talking while 1 person helped a line that stretched back to the door. I really dont think i should have to try so hard to throw money at these people for overpriced snacks and sodas. This place is ridiculous, and all the managers need to be fired and replaced with people who understand customer service. Only good thing about this place is its clean and they have movies. Maybe promote the janitors to management, and everything would be fine.

Last Friday evening we went to see the new Huntsman movie. It happened that we were the only few people in the theater, due to Passover. The people behind us kept kicks the back of the seats and talking constantly. I gave up trying to ignore the offending pair upon recognizing my companions distraction from the movie, and went to an usher to complain. When the usher asked the couple to leave, they complained about US, and the usher left to get the manager. When the manager arrived, he suggested that we see another movie (that had already begun!), rather than expel the cause of the problem, and offered a couple of comp tickets! Needless to say, we left humiliated and utterly disappointed. So we guess talking and kicking are acceptable. The managers goal is to avoid confrontation at the cost of common sense and protect the offenders. Not going back.

On a recent Sunday evening, I took my wife and mother to see the International. It happened that we were the only three in the theater, until a drunk couple loudly entered twenty minutes late, swearing and laughing in full voice.

Someone posted a decent review and mentioned $1. movie which the owner responded in kind. Did she accidentally leave out the 0 at the decimal ( $10.) or being facicius? Is that just to watch the trailers? Or was that from 20 years ago? When is that admission? Id go. For which movie? These days even with high ticket prices you can easily outspend that in food. I just made the best cold brew ever. Set me up with a concession stand there and Ill sell a decent cold brew for $6. And theatre gets $2. And it will be worth the price. Nobody will nod out even on a slow pace flick!

VERY expensive. We paid over $100 for a family of four just to watch a crummy B movie, eat dry popcorn, and drink small sodas. But the neighborhood certainly beats Philly. We now have a movie night at home. We watch any and all A movies online for free in HD (at foreign websites) on our huge TV with surround sound stereo. It is totally legal, and we even use free software to block the ads. We have saved over $5,000 in the prior year alone, which has more than paid for the TV and audio system. Plus, we do not have to drive anywhere and put up with ghetto losers.

one of the bests movie theaters around, however once during a screening of john wick, not only was the movie ear blisteringly loud but about 25 minutes from the end of the movie the full bright lights came on in the theater severely detracting from the movie, when i reported this to the managers they just kinda shrugged it off. with that kind of a mix up i would have hoped for a sincere apology and for the manager to try to make it up to those in that specific showing but none of that occurred. very clean theaters as well

We came on a Saturday night, right after the opening of Jason Bourne. The place was packed. We had to park close to the Chick-fil-a. Yes, the prices were ridiculous, but welcome to the movies. They had a person checking tickets and he wasnt really checking bags. Im not sure if he was supposed to check bags or not. The theaters themselves were nice. Comfy seats with plenty of viewing, even if the people in front of you are tall. One of the better theaters Ive been to.
