I went to Lombards Paradise Bay today with my 1 1/2 and 2 1/2yr old babies and spent a few hours in the zero depth pool. 3 kids ranging from 10-12 came in rough housing, running, jumping, splashing all over. They proceeded to do so for about 10-15 minutes until one of them dove right next to my son throwing water in his face and ( not intentionally BUT) kicked him in the face as well and the employees watching this never said a word. Baby sections are made for just that, BABIES, and this should not be tolerated, and dont get me wrong these kids PARENTS ARE JUST AS MUCH TO BLAME. Step up your game people.

I have been going to the Lombard pool my whole life and I am a teen this new pool is so great the life guards saved my life when I was 6. The new pool has 4 pools. One is for little kids about 0-4. The next pool is for kids a little bit older about 5-10. The next pool is for people about 10-100. (That pool also has lap lanes.) The last pool is the dive pool and a slide.

The lady at the counter was really rude. We walked in for 5 minutes, didnt get the chance to put my foot in the water before they told everyone to get out of the pool. I asked for a refund and the lady made a smart remark. I will never come back to this pool.

The policies at this pool suck. Unless youre a pass holder dont bother going. Ive been three times and its been a total inconvenience each time as they kick out everyone at 11:00 and dont let you back in until 12:30. Im never going back.

I found the Manager very disrespectful. She was rude and inconsiderate. She took my friends property for such a small incident. Also the water park is very basic and boring. Would not recommend.

Amazing place, but its just the long line. We had to stand in the 90+ degree sun and I had to put sunscreen on while I was in line.
