Worst experience. I cant believe they sell tickets for seats that are right up against the screen. We took the family there tonight but the only seats available were in the first row. We didnt think anything of it until the man taking our tickets said wow, front row, good luck. We thought that was funny until we sat down. Our necks were so stiff by the end of the movie. The seats and theater are very nice, just dont let them sell you tickets in the front row. I could almost reach out and touch the screen. Before you buy tickets, they should warn of the poor seating location and give a major discount to sit there. I think we spent almost $70 for all six of us. Other than sitting up against the screan a stiff neck, and blurred vision from being so close, could have been a very nice place.

We really love the ability to reserve specific seats ahead of time and that those seats are actually comfy recliners! Plan ahead and buy your tickets online a few days ahead of time to make sure you get your favorite spot. Upon arrival, the chairs are numbered fairly obviously but they chose to make the aisle lettering harder to spot. Youd expect the letters to be embedded in the floor leading into an aisle or even on the outside edge of the last seat in the row. You will find them instead low on the wall opposite the aisles. Theyre also really small so look closely! Inevitably people will miss them and seating confusing will ensue but most folks are happy to adjust if you find someone else in your reserved seat. Its our favorite place to see a movie outside our home theater!

An absolutely beautiful and modern movie theater. All of the theaters have recliners with a huge amount of space throughout the entire theater. The only downside is they require you to choose and reserve your seats at the time of ticket purchase. I can understand this being necessary for movies that are new and extremely popular but for a weekday matinee I would prefer to see the seat arrangements and where the 3 or 4 other patrons are sitting so that I can choose a space that is comfortable. The seating chart may be visible at the ticket booth but it doesnt tell you if the occupied seats are a group of kids or not.

Assigned seats but the seat row labels are tiny plaques on the wall behind you. I did not see actual row markings until I left the movie. The woman beside my wife kept texting on her phone and didnt stop until the fourth time when she said something to her. At one point she took a phone call during the movie. But worst of all the entire theatre stunk, it smelled like a sweaty gym. By the time it was over all I wanted was a shower. Its these sort of experiences that make me wait until the movie comes out at home. I could waste $30 just on tickets to a theatre or rent the movie for $1.

My prior experiences at this establishment were relatively nice. However, my last visit was quite disappointing. I am a huge popcorn lover! Sadly, the popcorn this week was horrible. There was stale and fresh popcorn mixed together. With movie prices constantly on the rise, customers expect their overall experience to be gratifying. Reluctantly, I am going to the movies tomorrow evening because I truly favor this theater. Please rectify this issue and keep my 40 minute drive worthwhile. Hopefully, administration and other employees make the necessary improvements.

wouldve been 5 if employee working there wasnt so rude. had tickets for MiKe and Dave need wedding dates. she sent me to the wrong theater saying my ticket had the wrong theater on it. came back out to double check when it turned to 3D previews. she still continued to say it was the right theater. after we went back in Tarzan started. we left the theater to find another employee next to her who then put me in the right direction while she smiled and rolled her eyes, rude. other than her the seats were great.

The line was ridiculous.... They had 2 registers but were only using 1 and training someone at the same time.... Then I stood in line for about 20mins to find out that the movie I wanted to see was sold out.... They couldve had a message board showing what movies were sold out and which ones werent. Then when ordering are food the servers had bad attitudes.... Terrible experience!!!!!

I dont tend to visit this movie theater unless I absolutely have to. AMC is a far better experience even though this location just upgraded to the recliners as well. The staff is slow and there is always lines. Again their efficiency is far less then that of their competitors and they dont offer a better experience in quality of food or seating.

All I can say is Recliners!!!!! So comfortable but make sure you order online or come extra early to buy in house seats sell quick. Pricey in snacks but they offer reward system which us useful and with reward system you are eligible for discounted $5 Tuesday movie days :)

I think this is the one where the chairs lean back. Either way, cop a set of chairs for your girl and you in the back of the theater and like Fat Joe says "lean back". Or if you want to step it up a notch, get the front row. Who doesnt like a 2 for the price of one show?

Everytime I come here the slushy machine is not working, why is that? Your guys job is not that hard, stock candy, fill sodas and slushies, make popcorn, and clean up after slobs. Am I missing something, cause it seems you cant handle running a slushy machine.

A nice theater with reclining seats and assigned seating when you buy your tickets. Feels a bit out dated and dark in the front lobby. Prices are comparable to other theaters, definitely a good place if you cant get in to an the AMC in Marlton or Deptford.

The reclining seats are the best!! Just make sure you get your choice of seats early or you will be stuck in the first couple of rows (the second row isnt really that bad since the seats recline). Snacks are good and sound in the theaters is great!

Very clean and comfy! Pricy just like any other movie theater, but reserved seat and recliner amazing!! They give military and student discount. (Only downside u have to be present for the discount for proof of ID, u cannot do it online).

This is a great theater that is really close to Rowan University so there are always people there. The seats inside are grade-A and very comfortable may I add. Except that the movie selection could be a lot greater than already give.

Service is fast ticketing (i buy online but the line was short too) and concessions seats are clean and very comfortable. I cant imagine what its like to be there when in really busy. But it seems well managed to counter that.

Good - nice seats, good sound, crisp picture Needs Improvement- PLEASE ADD AUTOMATIC DOORS!!! Entrance & restroom doors are difficult for non-disabled people to open, & impossible for anyone who needs accessible entrances.

Great place to watch a movie. Nice reclining chairs with assigned seating. Youll have to get there early for the best seats, otherwise you might not like whats available. We always have a good time there.
