Employees werent very well versed about the movies they could cause in my opinion customers and making money for your company I encourage every employee get to see all the movies that you display on a weekly basis to encourage people to see this movie or that based on ratings I think Id be a good Public Relation idea however I do like the idea then your concession stand you do offer free condiments with other things that purchased I think you need all for a little more than raisinets maybe a drink with raisinets or excetera however an individual with a family can spend an excess of thirty or forty dollars for a movie in reality they could buy the movie at Walmart for five bucks you have to allow your business to spend more to make more thats my motto cuz I am in business you got to know your numbers I will admit you do keep a clean atmosphere but you have a lot of wasted space they can be used and B gear two children with more video games while waiting on the movie or after a movie or maybe not seeing a movie at all consider what Im saying way out the pros and cons you have a lot open wasted space that youre paying for and not making any money good luck from Virginia

I have only been to this theater once and I really liked it. Pros- The lobby is huge so its not crowded if there are a good amount of people there. - The seats are really comfortable - Hot Dogs are way cheaper than Ive seen at any theater - Employees are attentive (Some of them seem a bit slow but theres always the people too stoned to work) - a they serve alcohol which is a plus (its also smart theres a two drink limit) but the place did smell strongly of beer so Id say they need to clean the place better. - Tons of parking Cons- The projectors seem like they are a bit older but they are not terrible just not the best. - The bathrooms where kinda dirty and the doors to the stalls have huge gaps between the sides so privacy is kind of limited which I dont really care but it can be awkward some people - Popcorn was cold but find me a theater that always has hot popcorn and Ill call you a lier it takes like 10 minuets for popcorn to be cold Pretty cool place when to see starwars on the opening night because the Carmike 10 was full and I preferred this theater. Got a souvenir bucket so I can get popcorn for like $3.50 until sometime next year which is cool

This is a great theater with cheap seating, great prices at the concession stand and friendly staff members. I am a former employee and even when I worked here behind the scenes to bring the magical experience to the customers it always felt great. This is one of the few theaters that you can go to and feel comfortable and where you truly get your moneys worth. Im sure there is room for improvement somewhere but when I have to choose from Cinemark or Phoenix Big Cinemas I will always choose Phoenix. Cinemark has bigger screens and the whole immersive XD experience, but the prices match in the higher range. Plus at Phoenix the parking is ample and you are not sharing it with 6 different stores. The young adults who work here are a joy to have while being served and the management staff is fantastic with any problems that may occur . A+ theater

Rented a VIP room for my daughters 13th birthday party. The girls all loved it and said it was the best movie experience ever. It was very nice. However, the room, is usually rented for teenagers and adults, and with that being said, I was quite disappointed in the amount of food that was given for the party of 8...or perhaps I should say, lack of food! The brochure makes it sound as if youre getting a platter of appetizers. We got four paper "boats" no bigger than my cell phone (approx. 4x6) which included 8 chicken zingers, 6-8 corn dog bites, 6 fried mozzarella cheese sticks and one small child-size serving of fries. Each person did get a large popcorn and a large drink so that was good, and the movie experience was good and the guy taking care of the party was nice and well-mannered, but just feel a bit gypped about the food.

Lots of titles to choose from. Beer and wine sold on premises and full bar Friday through Sunday. Tuesday night is $5 movie night, which is a great deal for families who want to take the kids out for a movie. Thats the good stuff. But whats the deal with the showtimes? If a movie starts at 7:15, then I show up at 7 to get a good seat, get some popcorn and get settled in. But a full TWENTY minutes after the advertised "show time," youre still being subjected to a barrage of advertisements from the likes of Geico, Safelight Auto Glass, and finally SEVERAL movie trailers advertising upcoming films, current films, and films that are now being sold on DVD. This policy totally disrespects the customers time. I would have given this theater five stars if it werent for the ridiculous amount of pre-show advertising.

My new favorite theatre! Greats deals! I through my sons 6th birthday party hear and the price was fantastic and it was organzied well and included a party helper! Thry provided the table cloth and untensils, plates, drinks in the party room and the children received snack packs which had popcorn, a drink of their choice, and gummies. They also reserved their seating in the theatre. Their daily admission price is the cheapest around!

I dont know the manager the last reviewer spoke of, but she must do somethings right, because the theater is a great place to go. I never encountered any rude or discontented employees, the place is clean, the parking is plentiful (if you dot mind walking 2-3 minutes there is an extended parking lot with tons of parking.) The seats comfortable and always displays the current movies. I dont know what more one could want.

Would not even rate them!!! Just left the movies and I can honestly say Im sick to my stomach. Not only where there mice in our theater but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting! I will NEVER step foot in this theater again! I dont know how they are still even in business. There is absolutely no excuse for this filth esp in a restroom!

Its a gigantic theater. It was pretty clean. Not the cleanest but there werent any broken seats or leaky ceiling tiles that I noticed. It is weird tho how its kind of like being in a cave even when in the lobby. lol Its a giant steel building with absolutely zero cell service til u get outside which i guess is ok at movies

Salt makes you thirsty, so is that the reasoning behind the super salty popcorn? Dated theater with old seats, though they have replaced the screens and improved the lobby .. unfortunately the popcorn sucks, and thats one of the biggest things about seeing a movie.

Ive been going to this theatre for quite some time, and I just love it. Movies have become wildly expensive, but phoenix theatres has kept movie-going relatively affordable. Ive never had a bad experience and all the staff has been super kind. Thank you so much!

Great Movie Theater. Love the look and feel. Prices are extremely reasonable, including concessions, surprisingly enough. Its become our go to theater. The staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. Weve had many family outings, _and_ one group event.
