Horrible customer service, i went to watch a movie today, seat was broken, i told usher who said would bring manager, after ten minutes i went to box office were i was told the only available seats were in thw first roow and they were not willing to do anything else. The manager never appeared, in reality there were three empty seats right in front of mine but their inventory was incorrect. On top of everything else staff was aware the drat was broken and continued to sell. During the movie anther person complained about Eric being lose and a hazard. An usher cane but did nothing. I dont recommend this theatre, or quality and horrible customer service.

AC was not working properly, the theater was extremely hot. The seats have a blue light that shows the seat# which is very distracting and annoying when youre trying to watch a movie, its like you have a backlight the whole time while watching your movie. They should do something to dim the seat lights or figure a way for only the aisle ones to be on during the film. The food was ok. I do like the location, convenience when you are at mall and the venue itself. Customer service was good.

Stay away of the Cinema Bar, the will pluck you "car-dealer-style" . I ordered a glass of wine and they charged me for a double-glass, (didnt looked like double in any case, not for what Ive seen in the restaurants in the same shops) I paid without arguing. Nice atmosphere from the outside, but that trick is among the lowest I´ve seen among hidden fees. :(

Great chairs, popcorn and everything is new. However, the sound is always too low! My wife and I keep complaining! This could easily be a 5 star experience if only management would listen to customer feedback. Ive read a lot of bad reviews about the ACs not working properly, but we havent experienced that, just not as cold as other theaters.

This is a beautiful theater with a modern feel. Seating throughout is very comfortable, including the bar and eating area. I expected the prices to be higher based on other reviews, but youll find sports bar prices here, not arena prices. Ill definitely be returning, this is my new spot to watch movies.

Prices very similar to cinebistro and found this to be absolutely horrible. Terrible food, terrible seats, and expensive. Wouldnt waste time going here with such great options available like the new city place in Doral.

Food and drinks good but our movie started at 10:20pm and a little less than half way through they closed the consetions all other theaters keep them open until the last movie ends.

Loved it. Very pleasant, modern setting. Great bar, good seats, non-ripoff prices (and free water in cups without begging!) The staff is uniformly helpful.

Cleanliness of the bathrooms was terrible and when we forgot a bag in the theater and asked for help looking for it, management treated us with attitude.

Great service, nice theater. The auditorium we had was a hit small but chairs were Very comfortable. But you will need to pay for parking.
