It is sad to see how so many people are quick to judge without taking a second to consider where you were at these Kids ages and how the Holiday season affects every business. Yes it is busy, but every business is this time of year. First of all who writes a review when you have NEVER been to the location to even give it a try. I have been here multiple times and while, no, it may not always be clean they are quick to correct issues. Jupiter is not an easy area to please or keep staff- you can talk to any established Jupiter business and get the same response. Here are some actual helpful hints to customers if you want to "read the reviews" before you go: - If you purchase a ticket online like I do at Fandango or anywhere else you can just go in to the theater and skip the lines. The staff directs you to the right for 1-6, and to the left for the rest. - If you dont have a Luxury seat ( and you cannot pick which side you are on as the movies are already set in theaters) then you have to wait for your food at the concession stand or bar. The whole place is NOT full service. - Yes the Luxury side is more expensive....that is the whole point. It is a nice treat and you can go on the regular side if you want cheaper. - I just noticed big silver trash cans in the hall but they always had tiny ones outside of the theaters. - When I look in the Palm Beach post the times never seem to be right so I suggest you check their website or call to see what times the movies are daily. - clearly they are short staffed so cut them some slack. Notes to the business: - I know it depends on each person but try to get your staff to smile more ( although after dealing with all the people im sure you have been dealing with it is understandable to lose your smiles) - I only ever seem to see one tiny female manager running about and helping all areas....give that girl a promotion and some support asap!!!! Management in all areas needs to focus on this location- do you have a trainer? -Replace your nasty colored carpets. I can tell when you get them cleaned as it is quite a noticeable difference but they are dirty again the next week. Save the cleaning money and replace them. SO while yes you do need to improve in some areas, I want to commend your staff for seeming to be able to hang in there. I am sure by the time the big summer movies come out you will be able to pull it all together. Sincerely, A resident of Jupiter that represent the few nice people that live here full time.

They are clearly working through issues, like employee training, and would expect some things to improve. That said, they have a strange corporate policy to charge higher than the published price. For example, the non-luxury side is $12, as shown on the screen above the cashier. We saw a movie last night and they charged us $13, saying it was the first night of the showing, so they charge a premium. Odd.... On to the food: we are big fans of eating while viewing, as we were introduced to the luxury cinema in-dining experience from having lived in Atlanta and going to Cinebistro, whose menu is varied and high quality. Weve been to Cinepolis Jupiter 5 times now and have been very disappointed with the food – both in terms of the consistency as well as the quality vs price. There seems to be a bias to junk foods, which when matched with the high prices, makes for an unpalatable dining experience. You can see from the Cinebistro menu, the meals are well balanced: a $20-25 meal will get you a protein, starch and vegetable, and it is clearly prepared by a chef. Here are some examples from our dining experience with Cinepolis: -We’ve had the lobster rolls twice. They are very pricy at $17, especially considering the size and the fact it comes with nothing else. The first time we ordered it, it was full of nice lobster chunks. The second time was very disappointing – it was very thinly filled. That will clearly be off our list from now on. -The Ultimate burger is very tasty, but also extremely fatty/greasy, with the bacon and cheese added on -The beef sliders were tasty and not as greasy -The pepperoni flatbread pizza should just be re-named “pizza” as it has nothing to do with flatbread. We expected thin crust and crunchy. We got a frozen Pizza Hut-like version – thick and chewy with little taste, save for the pepperoni. -Creole chicken sandwich was tasty -The truffle skinny fries are good, though when we ordered them last night, we made the mistake of just saying “skinny fries” and the server didn’t clarify whether we wanted the normal ones or the truffle ones, so we sadly got the normal ones. It’s very obvious that the dining experience is not supposed to be “gourmet”, since there are no proper meals cooked by trained cooks. If you eat around the corner and go for the luxury seats and bring in your drinks from the bar, it will be a good experience.

The theater is really nice, and I hope it makes it because its nice to have another local theater. We went twice so far. The first time we sat in the non-luxury section. We ordered one meal to split between two people because it was so expensive. It was just over $20 for one order of chicken fingers, fries and a large coke. Way too expensive, in my opinion. Especially because it wasnt delicious. It was just so-so. In this section, you order and take your food to your seat. They gave me a pager, but it was kind of a pain because I waited for a while…then as soon as I got to my seat, it went off and I had to go back down to get it…and go back up into a dark theater carrying two cumbersome containers and a large Coke. Today we sat on the luxury side, where a kind employee showed us how we could push the call button and someone would come take our order. The reclining seats were so comfortable! During the previews, we decided to order popcorn, just for the fun experience of ordering from our seats. We waited. And waited. And waited. Another employee tended to the the three people in front of us (nobody else was in the theater…just us and them). But nobody came to us. At least half way through the movie, when I had pretty much given up on the idea of anyone serving us, that kind employee finally came to take our order. Im not sure what took so long…it certainly wasnt busy with only five of us in the theater (and the other theaters were not busy either). Its a fun concept…The theater is nice...But to be honest, I dont think its worth so much extra money. The same movie was playing at the same time for $8.50 at Downtown at the Gardens. This early showing was $14.75 (and later showings are even more $$). So even though its a nice, comfortable theater, youre paying considerably more for the ticket, and if you buy food, youre paying more than youd pay at most nearby restaurants. I guess thats what theyre going for - to be different, a cut above type of thing. I wouldnt mind paying a few dollars more for the tickets, and I wouldnt mind paying more for the food if it were delicious…but right now I think its priced high for what you get. I hope they work out their kinks, because its a nice theater and great concept! But if Im going to pay almost double for a ticket…its going to take more than comfortable seats. :)
