The quality of the service is not ready at all versus the standing they are targetting. I did my first experience there last Friday : I reserved for 2 seats, and pre-ordered diner + wine : Total of 180$ I was expecting that the waitress in the room knew everything about us (first name and the order I made)....but nothing: - "Hi, would you like something to order?" - "Actually I already ordered through your website" - "ah, ok..." then 2 minutes later "Just in case, could you please remind me what did you order?" I had to remind her the complete list, starters, main plate and wine.... Obvisouly the plates arrived like 20 minutes after the beginning of the movie....and no wine. I pushed the special button to call the waitress....but after 10 minutes waiting, nothing. So I had to go out of the movie room and find someone to remind that the wine was missing. At the same time I ordered a bottle of water. The bottle of wine came 5 min later, with the check for the bottle of water. From there, the waitress was coming every 10 minutes to check if I put the credit card for the bottle of water....I was pissed off. The bad service totally distroyed the experience of the movie....that its a mess for that price. Recap: - Service is really bad, even if they pre-charge you 18% for it - They loose any track of internet commands, you will have to redo it - The button to call for waitress is useles, nobody comes - The diner was served late, and was not complete - They dont care about interrupting you (and the other customers at the same time) during your movie - Too expensive vs quality offered I will wait a bit before re-testing the experience and wasting my money, giving their teams time to learn how to get (much) more organized. I recommend so far to just go for the movie (no dinner) and enjoy their free salty popcorn.

A hip vibe with modern & chic decor. CMX Brickell offers a new level of luxury & intimacy for cinephiles. Located on the top floor of the newly opened Brickell City Center, it compliments its upscale storefront neighbors perfectly. Tickets can be purchased online, on their app, or in person at the box office or kiosk stands. Once inside youll find a comfortable bar lounge on the main level with huge two story tall television screens. Another smaller bar lounge can be found upstairs on the mezzanine level. The theaters are arranged so every seating area feels intimate for you & your companion. The chairs are a mix of grey cloth & black leather upholstery, comfortably cushioned, capable of fully reclining. I read they use an all laser projector, but I noticed no distinction from a typical AMC or Regal cinemas screen display. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive. The waitress came to our seats about 2 mins after we sat ourselves. She explained all the chairs functions, the "call button" if we need something, the lamp side table, the adjustable swivel food tray, and noted the USB ports for charging. We had mojitos, the Special King Crab Roll, and Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The mojitos were perfect tasting & refreshing. Crab roll was good by its self but better with the small side of lobster bisque poured over it. The chicken sandwich was breaded in a flakey, tasty batter, very nice. $47 for the two tickets, $67 for the drinks & food. Not cheap. I enjoyed the experience because CMX delivered something different & quality. For the cost we paid Id save another visit for special occasion where a more intimate setting was desired to enhance the movie going experience.

The facility itself is very beautiful. The theater is on two floors with a modern bar area. I have been there five times now, so this is not going to be a random one time review but based over five different visits. You can order food from your seats, or you can preorder the food online. The service is so bad I have had to leave my seat four of five times to track down one of the staff to find out where my food was or just to take my order. There are call buttons for staff on each seat but they do not seem to work. The staff seems to have no assigned area and wonder around and look for things on random basis which leads to people getting overlooked or forgotten. Its very obvious that they have the wrong management in place because this is been going on for a month now and have dozens of friends comment on similar experiences. If youre going to pay a premium for a ticket at $21+ you are going to be disappointed in the service you get. If this was advertised as a regular movie theater I would be content. If you arrive 30 minutes early for your movie to order food ( The food is subpar) and you get ignored until 10 minutes after the movie starts even past previews & it happens 4/5 times you realize its a management and customer service debacle. Im not sure how many more attempts Im going to allow them to get their act together. I can continue to drive an extra 30 minutes to iPic in North Miami as I was before that offers impeccable customer service and way better food.

I dont normally write reviews, but when your wowed by amazing customer service You need to spread the word. I could say I no longer have to drive to the iPic Movie Theater in North Miami Beach to have a VIP movie experience. Thanks to the GM Julius McBride and his team. I came in with my wife on 04/23 to watch "The Fate Of The Furious" and I wasnt happy with the service provided by our waiter, he was new and kept making mistakes with our order, I had ordered a Coke and got a Doctor Pepper, I waited over 30 mins to get sauce for my Chicken Tenders and when it finally came my food was cold, the waiter also overfilled my soda and accidentally spilled it on me when he was handing it over, I could tell he was a little nervous and overwhelmed since they just opened. When the movie finished I didnt feel I had a VIP Movie Experience and wanted to speak to a Manager. I spoke to the GM Julius McBride and told him everything that happened, he apologized for the inconvenience and made me feel that he genuinely cares about his customers, he invited me back to the Theater so he could make it right, and he sure did! We came back on April 29th to see "Unforgettable" and I must say that this time around the service, food and entire experience surpassed my expectations. Im a frequent movie watcher, and this CMX movie theater just won a loyal Customer.

We went to go see the new Guardians of the Galaxy movie here and our experience was honestly lack luster. For the VIP experience, this was far from it. The good: - Nice and comfortable seats that recline - Servers walk around and get you drinks and food - Nice uncrowded atmosphere The bad: - The service was incredibly slow... We ordered our food at the start of the movie and I had to call the waiter an hour into the movie asking where my Turkey BLT was. He went to check in the back and I got it 15 minutes later. They clearly forgot about my order. - The servers dont come around nearly enough during the movie. - We saw they were giving blankets out to people as it was quite cold (like most theaters). When I asked for one, they said they ran out. 10 minutes later, I saw another person get a blanket delivered to them... - I noticed the servers were repeatedly confused when delivering orders. We had a server come around a couple times thinking we ordered a pizza (when we didnt). Then when my actual food was coming I saw the server walk to several different seats asking patrons if the food was for them. How could it be so confusing? Im hoping the downfalls of the service are because the theater is new. Hope the staff gets more training.
