Great Park for walking and beautiful Scenery. My low rating was due to the "detail work" that some thugs in the neighborhood did to my windshield trying to steal something out of my car! They also busted out the windshields of several other cars close by! This is my first time dealing with shenanigans of this nature in the area. The good news is that the Police did leave a card on my windshield and a case# as a reference. So within a ~60-90 minute time frame they where called and in the area.

I love this park. Well, the outer path anyway. Thats all Ive seen so far. This week I started running the 5k Greenlake loop, but needed something shorter. Seward Park is a perfect 3.5k loop. Last time I was here was in January. Parking was a pain, so this time I grabbed the first spot I saw, but could have parked closer. The path wasnt so deserted it feels unsafe, but not too crowded to run. Ill be back next Sunday.

not enough parking for how popular this place is, look outside the park and you will probably find a spot after a while. the official swimming area can get nasty with the seaweed since it is on the windward side of the bay. walk across the street to the leeward side and although there are no lifeguards, the swimming is much nicer. tons of trails here all with views. the play area is very fun with some unique things.

Its a beautiful park in south Seattle, with a great 3-mile loop, you can see beautiful parts of Lake Washington. On clear days, you can see Mt. Rainier from the south part, and the City of Seattle on the north beach area. Its great for jogging, biking and casual walking. The playground is very popular with the kids, and check out the Japanese lanterns near and along Lake Washington Blvd.

My personal favorite park in Seattle. The entire walk / bike ride around the peninsula has some of the best views in the city. One of my favorite things to do in the summer is to take advantage of the citys frequent closure of Lake Washington Blvd to ride bikes all the way down along the lake, around Seward Park, and a picnic near the playground (or at one of the beaches).

Seward is among the best parks in Seattle, if not the country. It feels remote and wild because it is surrounded almost completely with water. The outer edge has many nice swimming areas, complete with platforms, perfect for summer days. In its interior, Seward features a trail system that meanders through old growth groves. A true highlight of South Seattle.

Every time we visit Seward Park we get Energetically Recharged with all the harmony of this beautiful place, very well kept and has many different things to offer, from places to walk, jog, meditate, water sports, picnic areas, activities in the warmer months, childrens playground, the gorgeous Lake Washington, trees, bushes, flowers and Nature at its Best!

Made to be a forest right next to the city, Steward Park is crisscrossed with small walking paths and seating areas nestled into some of the largest trees youll find in the Sound Basin. A beautiful and serine forest ringed by tranquil waters and only a few minutes from the main city. Though youll never know civilization is so close while in the park.

可以沿著湖岸邊走,不管是跑步遛狗騎腳踏車都很舒服的地方,中間可以遠眺西雅圖的天際線,夕陽西下很美,晚上湖岸人家看起來星光點點也是很美!

This park is huge and it connects over to the Mount. Baker rowing center and Mount. Baker beach park. There are shelters for parties and BBQs and (about) a 2 mile long trail for running/walking/biking that offers an outstanding view of Lake Washington. One of my favorite parks to go to as a kid and still is now!

Such a hidden treasure of a park! Really a gorgeous walking or running loop around the peninsula. Designed by the Olmstead brothers, same people who designed the University of Washington campus and National Mall, so those who enjoy cleverly designed landscape architecture will not be disappointed.

Nice park for a walk or run with views of the water and Redmond skyline. The loop around is just under 2 miles with pretty much a waterfront view the whole way. Most of the path is well paved so convenient with strollers as well. Theres also a small beach and a small parking lot near the entrance.

This peninsula park on Lake Washington is a great oasis of forest and water views. The Shore Loop is a fun little walk. Its flat, so good for kids and all others. I dont know much about the interior trails, but they are in old-growth type trees. Parking can be tricky, especially on weekends.

I absolutely love this park. The waterside path around the periphery of the peninsula is nice, but to really get a feel of the place, take a hike into the interior. Its easy to forget that youre within Seattle city limits when standing in a grove of old-growth forest.

Very nice family atmosphere today as we walked around the loop. Lots of people in the park, and on the water. Staff preparing for triathlon. Audubon building is open Wednesday to Saturday with knowledgeable staff and resources. Dont miss it.

I loved running and biking in beautiful Seward Park and miss my dear Seattle all around. How are you doing, Seward Park? Even on windswept, rainy days, you were lovely. On sunny days, too, although youre popular, you never felt too crowded.

This is a jem of a park. The 2.4 mile walk around the whole park is gorgeous. Has a great playground with a zip line for kids. Has swim area. Has plenty of fishing docks for people. Its a popular park I would say. Its a must go to.

Easy walking for when family visits; plus, scenic views. Spend some time on both sides of the peninsula, there is also a new tennis court on the south side. Expect some parking troubles if you go on a hot day. Picnics and views .

Amazing place to visit during the summer, you can do a walk around the park or ride a bike. There is plenty to do and the parking is spacious. I loved the park because it wasnt crowded. The view of the lake is spectacular!

This is a beautiful park with variety. Its hot walking trails, a big playground, beach access, several picnic areas, and beautiful views!! It has one of the best views Ive seen on Mt Rainier, on clear days, that Ive seen.

Perfect for a nice run along the water. The outer loop is 2.5 miles and has a nice elevation climb and decent to change up the pace for running. Took a nice little soak in Lake Washington afterwards too.

Beautiful scenic path, you can see mercer island, love it-when we got back to our car the window was broken and my bag was stolen. Really bummed that that was my first impression of a gorgeous park.

It was a nice, lush area with several little trails, a trail around the water, and pretty views. Didnt see the famed parrots, but it was definitely worth the visit - even on a rainy day.

My favorite park in Seattle - trails to walk/run, old growth forest, Lake Washington, 2+ mile paved loop & plenty of nature for kids, dogs & outdoor lovers.

This was an excellent park, it was pretty busy when I visited but not over crowded. There is a lot to do here and some great trails for walking or jogging.
