OK forgive me for holding AMC to higher standards... I have never had such a horrible experience in ANY movie theater / chain as I did this weekend! We arrived early to our show, purchased our tickets at the window, and after showing our tickets to the attendant at the door, we purchased some snacks and headed on in. Come time for the actual film to start, an attendant comes in to our theater and walks directly toward me and my husband demanding to see our tickets. OK I get it, kids sneak in every now and then, showing our tickets would not have been a problem in any other occasion. What was offensive was the extremely RUDE manner in which we were demanded to show our tickets. It felt as if the attendant, Chris, was instantly accusing us of sneaking in without a doubt! My husband could not find our tickets at first (I mean, we normally show our tickets at the door and forget about them afterwards) and were then asked to "GET UP AND LEAVE and go purchase tickets in the front" and then wed be able to come back in to see the show. Are you kidding? I did not just spend $60+ on snacks and tickets to be asked to leave the theater in front of everyone!!! My husband showed him our receipt which was apparently not good enough because he then asked us, once again, in front of everyone, to get up and leave! How is a receipt not good enough? THAT IS PROOF OF PURCHASE! Luckily, my husband was able to find our tickets and the harassment ended. Without apology. Once again, I understand kids sneak in to movies, but we are not middle school/ high school teenagers! Are we to face harassment every time we enter this theater just because we look young!? That is extremely discriminatory and the manner in which this situation was handled was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! This experience, I am sad to say, ruined the movie for us. AMC - do you know how often parents get a night out to themselves? And to have to face this type of embarrassment, harassment, and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable!

Horrible staff, terrible management, head lice issues on the chairs over the last several years...This time was the worst. My 17 year old son and his girlfriend wanted to see a R rated scary movie. They paid at the kiosk, had their ticket ripped, went in the theater, left to get food, went back in and were escorted out by a employee simply on a power trip. Said no ID no show call your parent, have them accompany you. I went down verified the age. I was told they card "under 25". Are you serious? Is this dangerous like alcohol? I asked management to let me sit in another theater. Still no. He said if I had a problem I could complain to the "rating scale people, that they have strict regulations". Id much rather my son be in a movie theater then out on the street late at night, but never AMC 14. I have been going for 45 years, but today management said, "We dont need your buisness". Guess what? I dont need yours either. There are much better movie theaters out there with much better employees and maybe no head lice.

The employees at this establishment were cool but the experience was horrible. There was a ton of tweens in the audience which were very loud and immature and interrupting the movie constantly. A couple of the kids proceeded to throw change at of my head at one point. it was definitely extremely unnerving and ridiculous for the price that we paid to come to this movie. We live over in the Santa Cruz area and we drove all the way over to see a movie that was not playing in our area and paid way more than we are used to and then we had to deal with this b*******. Never ever ever coming here again and going to definitely spread the word.

Everything was great but things were a bit too over priced, movies there were great but also the theaters were dirty and kinda unsanitary. There was a guy or boss with a ponytail and seemed very rude when explaining the membership for AMC stubs. AT the end of the movie there was this kid who was very nice and told me about the best movies and what was in my best interest, really nice of him. I didnt even say anything to him but he first asked me how the movie was, then we had a talk. Real nice kid his name was matheos so i gave him a tip but he stoped me and said no thank you. what a G

Ive been coming here since I was in middle School. Ive moved a few times but I still come here every once in a while. Its a pretty good theatre but this time is absolutely terrible. I paid 15$ for a ticket. Yes 15$ for a "normal" showing, not 3D not super digital or anything. Its been out 2 weeks, a sci Fi movie, and its in 12, a small theatre all the way in the back. I bought the biggest popcorn they have and its been pre filled so its luke warm. This was totally not worth it and I cant bring myself to come back here even for a matinee which is probably 12$.

This is my go-to movie theater in Campbell. Its not the cheapest but ticket prices are typical for a multi-plex in this area. Its as clean as you get in a movie theater of this size and level of traffic, but better than most. Concession prices are understandably high, but typical. Seats are very comfortable and well organized to avoid blocked vision. Most importantly. You can always count a new movie playing here. It has enough screens that you can always see what you want at a time you want.

Not the typical AMC experience you get. Expected reclining seats and there werent. Theater also seemed very dated and dirty. They were also very unclear about the unassigned seat policy. Went in to sit down for the movie only to get temporarily booted because there was a "line" outside, despite the fact we were there before the line even formed. Workers need to communicate to their guests so they dont walk out mad and expecting their money back. Will be going to Cupertino from now on.

Dirty, the rooms have no signs indicating what movie is showing, so you have to guess if you didnt happen to know the room number, a small bag of m&ms costs 5 bucks, the seats seem from a 30 year old stagecoach (which was never cleaned), as you walk in the rooms you can smell a distinct pungent smell of stale mildew, the image quality is OK, the sound is way too loud and distorted. Dont know how hard it must be to run a business like this but this doesnt seem to be going for quality...

First time here and already wanna leave. So many things i would like to see fixed before i come here. 1st as i walk in i was greeted by an angry ticket taker. After i walk in i walk to the concession stand but had to avoid the pile of trash and puke right in the middle. That caused a smell that wont leave my nose. Finally the movie theaters smelled like garbage. Not like a bareable smell, but like someone pooped there pants and rubbed it all over the seats

it was like i took a trip back in time to the 90s, this theatre had the worst quality picture I have ever seen in recent memory. I felt I could count the pixels. I do not know what these people are rating 5 stars for, because the sound was awful Awful AWFUL and the picture was just terrible. The prices were outrageous, luckily I got my tickets for 5 bucks at school (which was way too much for that quality film)... overall very unimpressed.
