Great looking park and community loves the water feature. Just be aware that nobody is guaranteed to get in to use the water feature. There is a capacity limit enforced and this includes people in the gated area, but not getting wet or wanting to be anywhere close to the water. People can go in the gated area, set up on the grass in the corner and sit all day without using the water feature and prevent others from getting in. I spent hundreds reserving the clubhouse for my daughters birthday, just to discover none of my guests would even have a chance of getting in to the splash pad because it was still full from earlier in the day.

Great park. Theres not enough setting area inside the gate but I always sit underneath a shade tree outside the gate with a blanket where your still able to see your children.

Lovely park, lots of wide open spaces.. Play area for children, picnic tables under cover, basket ball court, and lots of shade trees. No bathrooms though. :(

Love this place. Has a big park, b ball hoops, a water park for the kids, a little community room for parties, and there is tables and grills every where.

Has awesome water park and cool small rentable hall. The park is kinda lacking. Has homeless people and drug dealers/smokers hanging around sometimes.
