Welcome to Casino Hell. This place is terrible. If I could give it a ZERO I would. If you want a good casino experience, go somewhere else. I know casinos are in business because the house wins, but most places try to make the experience a little more painless. We went in as a group and were just looking to sit at a blackjack table, have a few drinks and a good time. The behemoth card dealer was rude and unengaging. When we asked him his name because you couldnt see his nametag he just barked out that we had 5 seconds to play and no time to talk. Unbelievable!!! We colored up our chips and moved to another table because we had just gotten our drinks. The next dealer wasnt as rude, but was definitely no "fun". After half of us got fleeced and the other half broke even, we decided to leave. We have a place in Chelan, but we wont be going back to this casino. If you are a masochist and enjoy being treated poorly while losing your money, this is the place to go. Otherwise, stay away!

Sometimes you get what you pay for. We got great food for a great price, but the service was definitely below par. Im not a snob but I would appreciate maybe a hello when I walk in instead of a dull look with the words "how many?" Maybe water refilled by the server instead of having to flag down a bus boy after 20 minutes with a dry cup. We even got our table cleared off and wiped down for the next group of people before we were done eating! Um...yeah but the food was great and the price was better. Make your own judgments.

Your typical tribal casino. A parking structure or some type of shaded parking is definitely needed. And a pet area for traveling pets would be a good idea. It was way too hot to leave the dog in the car under the sun, so my wife and I had to play separately, while one waited in the car (not much fun in that.) We take frequent trips to eastern WA and this will not be one of our stops anymore

not quite your typical casino!!!!! Staff are all very personable and i love spending time there. Foods good and decent priced.... Drinks are stiff and service friendly.... Personally they all helped me save myself and my life... I LOVE YOU ALL, ALL MY "peeps" AT MBC

09.23, Frampton concert: long wait at the restaurant, nice staff, price was spot on for good food, too much smoke in the environment though. The concert venue was small and personable. Will go back for future concerts.

More tables needed for busy nights! We had to circle around and pounce when a seat would open up. Some of our dealers were really great, but most of them were not engaging and one was just not nice.

I enjoy playing craps. They do have a craps table, but they always close it fairly early even if people are still playing. They do have a ton of slot machines if youre into losing $$!

Casinos are sad places where old people spend money to learn how touch-screens work. Also they have blackjack...or 21...Im not sure if theres a difference between those two games.

Its easy to get to,plenty of room for our motor home 50 amp hook up and no charge to stay.Looks like all new machines got 5 bucks to play on with a players card alls good

Right as the deli opened they didnt even have everything on the menu. And said if they dont have it they wont get it. The slot games werent paying not been a little.

New building! A bar with bands or DJs and dancing. Resturant is very good. So new the staff is still sorting things out so anything can happen from here.
