Absolutely in a class of its own! I visit Chukchansi 1 to 2 times a week and spend the night at least twice a month. The market buffet is the best Ive seen around. Everythings always extremely fresh and theres a large variety of food to choose from. The noodle bar has an awesome variety of Asian cuisine. You must try the tempura deep-fried fried cheesecake for dessert! Dueces diner is a fifties style restaurant. They have the best milkshakes as well as a variety of entrees to choose from. Goldfields restaurant is old western themed All American Cuisine at its best. From pot roast a chicken fried steak and great breakfast items to choose from you should find something you like here with excellent service at a fair price. The Vintage, a fine dining restaurant serving seafood and steak is absolutely worth the extra dollar. The service is a cut above the rest and the food is absolutely decadent and cooked to perfection. (see my picture) The hotel is definately first class offering a variety of upgraded Suites, all of which come with in-room Keurig coffee, separate shower and Spa tub, dual vanity sink / mirror, a separate living room with a hide-a-bed sofa and 2 bathrooms. The host (VIP) office is extremely nice and well decorated as is the whole Resort for that matter. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The players club offers lots of great discounts when showing your card for purchases inside the casino, weekly e-cash, exclusive by mail offers, monthly gift and other promotions. Although the only manager working there is rather rude, the rest of the staff is helpful and friendly. The gaming floor offers a variety of table games video poker and slot machines as well as three bars conveniently located throughout the floor. Firehouse Lounge night club offers miscellaneous dance nights, kareoke and comedy shows. There is nice fitness room near the heated indoor outdoor pool in the sub-basement which also has two hot tubs. Both of which have a motorized chair lift for handicap accessible option. Serinity springs spa I havent yet had the pleasure of visiting but have heard from other patrons that theyve had the best massage theyve ever had in their life here. They also offer a variety of other services from pedicures to facials. There is a family game room on the ground floor. That and the pool should help keep the kids occupied. The outlying areas are absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views and sunsets. I highly recommend two to three day stay at least be sure and use all the amenities and sit back and enjoy yourself this place is definitely first class!

Was very disappointed with staff at one point needed water for medication went to bar by motel and was denied saying and I quote he said he didnt have any only for sale go look else where, this was around 1 am by this time I had been playing since around 6pm. So I told my husband who was gambling on the $1 machine he said just bye it and thats when the bartender saw him and said oh his gambling you can have it, now he had free little bottles.............this was my birthday and thats why we went I decided to wait to pick up my B.D, shirt on the 15 well now now it was after the 15 and my license expired and I forgot to grap my new one at home so when I went back around 2am on the 16 the gal at the players club a big white heavy set gal told me sorry theres nothing I can do for you she would not even give me another card. She asked for another picture ID.I wanted another card because I lost my first one and we wanted to stay some more no t-shirt no nothing she wanted another Id so I showed her my social and told her I had my bank card and I told her who carries two picture IDs really..................for a t-shirt after we had played over a thousand dollars very sad birthday there.Guest what we went to Table Mountain and not only did they give me mine t-shirt they also gave me a card with my expired ID gamed there for the rest of the morning and day............thk-u table mountain...Oralia

I would give this place 3 stars. If I had kids I would probably give it 5 stars. Kids running around EVERYWHERE and its very loud in the hotel, we had to call front desk twice to get them to send someone up to talk to the guests next to us. Our room was neat but bedding smelled kind of weird, pillows were lumpy, and housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning (left dirty dishes, trash, etc). Food is average but pretty overpriced except Goldfields, buffet is terrible, everything reeks of cigarettes (but not the actual room, which is good). Looks like kids are allowed on the casino floor, no one checks IDs from what I can tell. Also there is a poker room advertised on the signs throughout the casino but they dont have a poker room anymore. Pool is way overcrowded at all hours and bar is closed from what I can tell, nice fitness center but a lot of the equipment is broken. I think if you are on a vacation with your 75 kids or whatever this is a good stop. Single people looking to relax stay somewhere else unless you enjoy listening to the constant sound of screaming children on your vacation. The only thing saving this place is the price isnt too bad if youre staying close to the park and there is food here if youre too tired to drive to Oakhurst or Fresno. Beds are comfortable too. Took us about an hour to drive to Yosemite Valley from the hotel if we left early morning.

We have stayed at the hotel several times in the past and always had a good experience. We went last weekend and our room was horrible. Besides not having a coffee maker or refrigerator there were chewed up sunflower seeds on the floor one of the chairs had burn holes in it the other one had rips in the "leather". When we looked at the bed there was no mattress cover and the sheets didnt even fit. My husband called the front desk and we were informed housekeeping was running behind thats why the bed was like that. He asked that someone come up and look at our room and they were too busy. We paid $200.for one night. They offered us 10% off. We went to dinner at the noodle bar and had to stand in line for an hour and a half. The food was ok the menu is limited and was much better before closing. We were with 6 other people and almost everyone had leftovers that they wanted to keep but couldnt because there was nowhere to keep it. We spent a lot of money for the weekend and were very unhappy with the way we were treated when we had a complaint. In the morning we wanted coffee and we opened the book on the desk to find out how much it was and our book was empty not a single piece of information however the inside was colored with crayons. We will not be going back for quite some time. We were very disappointed.
