I had went in there on a Wednesday night with my girlfriend to play some pool and have a burger. We are a regular usually but after today i dont think ill be going back. After almost an hour from showing and after asking two times if i could get a waitress in the pool room nobody showed up so waited at the bar to get a drink . After i had my drink we left very disappointed and hungry. The costumer service is crappy and the waitresses are rude. I guess if you want to shoot some pool and eat the Casino Caribbean is not the place to go. Terrible waitress, wanted to put one couples order in at a time. Had to get water on our own. Had to ask for silverware. Order for salads came out wrong. Had to ask for a drink that was not served. When Dr. Pibb was ordered it came out root beer. Steak was tough, waitress was changed in between ordering and receiving, and mix up on bill. 6 people in our party it shouldnt have been a big issue. First waitress appeared to have been on something, or have had a drink or two.

Truly enjoyed playin cards at a couple different tables. Didnt win but had great fun & then had my name drawn to pick an envelope which had $50 and a ticket for an bigger drawing this coming Saturday eve. The dealers & pit bosses are all friendly & pleasant, they made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be goin back regularly......hopefully I will win a good poker hand next time Im playin. *._.*

It is an average place that blends a bar, a casino and a nice cafe setting together. I have only participated in the cafe section for brunch and the food is worth the price. It has a sectioned off area for people that want to eat and do not want to engage the casino areas or the bar. Well thought through for the blend of groups in Yakima.

I really enjoyed my time their... service was excellent & I really enjoyed the company that was around me at the bar..... Good laughs ESPN always on & food is good..... ( I recommend. Prime Rib & Blue Moon....)

Cheap drink, friendly dealers, and good reasonably priced food. Staff seems to change quite a bit makes wait times and consistency difficult. When staff is stable Id go up to as high as a 4 star.
