Friendly staff. Did well on the slots. I never bet much, so if I come home with anything more than I started with, Im good. Had dinner at their steakhouse. Sorry to say, it was not good. We waited over half an hour for our entree. My scallops were perfectly cooked, but so salty that after the second bite, salt was all I could taste. My husbands salmon was raw in the middle. They took it back and grilled it longer and it was good. The maitred offered us more wine and desert. Didnt want more wine, but tried desert. My apple tart had crunchy apples and the pastry was raw in the middle and burnt on the edges. My husbands lava cake was good, but had very little "lava". I know steak is their speciality, but why have seafood on the menu if you cant cook it right? I seldom complain, but this was not good.

Went to the car show put on today by the Bonanza and it was well spent time. The staff from the time I arrived at 2:47 this morning to the time I left was a smooth and happy time for my friends and I. The staff from the parking lot cleaning crew, security, the setup personal and the rest of the personal that I had contact with made this day one that I will remember for many years to come. Thank you one and all. I am proud to say that I was at the Bonanza today.

A decent "Locals" casino. Not sure about the gaming, but... The food is always good, its clean.and it looks nice, All the time ! I go there to people watch, watch a game or for a meal. The bartenders/ Servers are friendly and efficient, big screens all over and its clean...that all most need!!

I live across the street right now. We spend a fair amount of time there. The casino attracts a lower class crowd and can get pretty trashy, but the stakes are low. The steak house is surprisingly good, but the cafe stinks. They need to step up the service with the cocktail waitresses.

Decent food, friendly employees, reasonable prices, great specials, good atmosphere. Catering to the locals in the community. A variety of gaming for your pleasure. Conveniently located with easy access. ATMs available. Buffets, Coffee shop, and Steak house. 3 bars for your convenience.

Love this place. Branding iron grill has great mexican food, great service, only reason i downed it a star is the bar drinks are always wrong. Margaritas are horrible, order champagne get chardonnay. Always out of various beer and cider brands. Not good.

This is my first time in here. Ive been living within five minutes of here for 5 years and Ive always driven by without stopping. This eve, I stopped. Im genuinely surprised by how nice it is inside! The Branding Iron Cafe is pretty tasty with great service!

This casino is a dive. Lottsa drunks in there. I cannot believe the bar will continue to serve booze to people who cant even walk or talk. The machines are set so tight its a joke. Bad air quality too wont be back. CREEPY ATMOSPHERE AND PATRONS

They have really gone out and made this place new and fresh. It has been here since forever, and u have witnessed it growing up. Good place for locals to Gamble and eat. Good restaurants with friendly service and good to great food.

Its more of a place to go when there is no other place to go. Not very friendly, food is not that great (not bad, but not great), large jackpot payouts seem to never occur, and they are schiesty with their cocktail service.

It was all the bartender ,I think her name was Loverna or love for short .She was wonderful and made great drinks bloody Marys .She made you feel very welcome..I would go back there just because of her.

Dirty little hole-in-the-wall casino north of downtown. The diner potion of Bonanza is surprisingly tasty (but not at all healthy) and very affordable, for nearby UNR students. Nice people working here.

Its a smaller (locals) casino. One of the high spots is their Steak House, "CatusCreek". Ive had fun there in the past a recommend it. It is not as "upscale" as the casimos in town, but still nice.

Went to the buffet and Im giving it 4 stars because of the specialty chef who listened to my crazy request and made it better than I imagined it would be. And the wait staff are always awesome

Not a bad place but if your thirsty you might want to get it yourself....i was playing a dollar machine for about 45 minutes and the waitress never ask if I wanted anything so I just left

Good nice place if you like loosing all your money and when you do start winning the game will malfunction and erase all your credits and you will only get 10 bucks in free play back.

Ive been coming here my whole life. It was great when I was a kid because the game room. Now that Im an adult the gaming is even better. More free play plz. The food is also fantastic.

Worst experience ever at the sport book. Asked simple questions and was greeted with pure rudeness. No one should ever spend money here because they obviously dont want our business.

I played for almost an hour, started with 50, went up and down and broke even. But I played in different areas. Asked for alcohol in different sections, no one brought me nothing!

One of the better locals casinos in Reno. This one is clean and has a nice steak house. Parking can be tough at times, but the staff is great and I won $20 last time I stopped in.

Awesome and cheap breakfast. Its the only reason we ever go, and its always good. And fast. Even on weekends when theres a bunch of people we always get in and out quickly.

Smallish "locals" casino in the hills north of Reno. Lots of gaming machines and I think about 6 table games. They also have a steakhouse and buffet.

Small and quaint. I played Blackjack for about half an hour. The dealer was interesting, to say the least. $3 table and 3-2 blackjacks. Ill be back.

I got some very good machines to play Slots on but I have to be honest I had the buffet for the first time and the choice is were very limited

Casino is marginal, but the Cactus Creek Grill is a magnificent culinary find! Great food at reasonable prices with a chefs flare!
