Receptions was absolutely amazing to work with on my wedding day! They seriously made our wedding day everything we could have dreamed of! We were originally working with Jodie before she deservingly got promoted and were then moved to Shannon. Shannon was awesome! She was so quick to respond to any questions. She did everything we asked for! The food is absolutely incredible! We got so many compliments on our wedding food! We were told by numerous people that it was the best wedding dinner they had ever had! Thank you so much Jodie, Shannon, and the entire Receptions team for making our wedding day everything we could have hoped for!

This rating is based only on the tour we took while looking for reception venues. Shannon provided us with excellent customer service! She was very friendly, answered all of our questions, and was able to provide us with a lot of information about their venue and what they have to offer. Their packages were a great price for what they include in them, very budget friendly! The only reason we decided to go with a different venue is because the look was a little out dated, which Im sure is something beyond the office staffs control.

Young people have wedding receptions here - thus the name. I suspect businesses have large catered dinners here as well. I didnt like the inside of the building and felt unsafe in it. The hallways are narrow and if there was an emergency requiring many to get out at once, I guarantee you there will be trampling happening. The ceilings in the hallways are low and its just a so-so experience. Its definitely not a Trump property or The Ritz. But what the heck, most people who attend are probably drunk within 30 minutes of arriving.

The service is great ! Food is delicious! Wallpaper and decor are past their prime and need a major facelift. The uplighting shows the peeling wallpaper and border. Was hoping a renovation is in the works as we want to rent your facility in 2017 for my daughters reception. WE WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE IF NO UPDATES ARE DONE. Too many other places that are better maintained than RECEPTIONS ERLANGER.

I have attended many weddings and by far this place is the worst! The A/C was horrible we asked have it turned down and it made no difference. All this place is interested in is the money. There is no customer service at all. If you have no other place to get married, do it at your home, NOT THIS PLACE

I came here for a special event and although there was a wedding reception going on simultaneously, it wasnt noticable unless entering/leaving through the foyer. The staff were wonderfully attentive and on top of things and parking was plentiful. It is such a great place for large groups.

The staff was amazing. Shannon Flanagan and jodie finke catered to my every need in choosing my package for my wedding reception. Everyone had a great time and I had alot of compliments about the place. Everyone was so nice and the bartender hooked me up!

I have been here at least 4 times in the past couple years. I have never had bad food or a single issue with a staff member. Looking for a banquet hall, this should be your first option. I wish the place served meals on a normal basis.

Treated very poorly by management. Never have been adressed or spoken to in such a manor as an outside vendor at other venues. Contacted the owner and ended up speaking on the phone to same management. Not impressed.
