I had such a great experience with LazerDesigns! I purchased a state shaped cutting board from their etsy shop that I wanted to gift my parents for Christmas. I was messaging with Josiah (who I believe is the owner) about specifics on the cutting board, and from my experience, he is able to engrave anything. I was very impressed. I had asked him about engraving their last name largely across the cutting board and putting a cow over the area of the state where my parents farm is located. That was no problem. Then I started getting a little picky and requested a specific font that I found via a google image search and I asked to have my dads brand put on the cow...it was all no problem for them! I was very impressed with how I was so specifically able to customize my design and also with how quick Josiah was to respond to my messages and send me mock-ups of the design via email. It was a very smooth designing process. I had said I would drive an hour north to pick up the cutting board to save on shipping costs, and the board was shipped to me by accident, but they were very apologetic and I was not charged for shipping...which ended up being in my favor. I share that to say that they have great customer service and I was impressed with them going above and beyond for me on every level. Theyre a great company and I will definitely use them in the future.

The folks at LazerDesigns are fantastic, as is the quality of their work! I waited until the very last minute before finally ordering an engraved knife for my sons honor ceremony induction at Sewanee University in Tennessee. I figured it would arrive late, but i just asked that they try to get the knife done and delivered to TN as near the ceremony date as possible. Imagine my surprise (and my sons delight!) when the beautifully engraved knife arrived exactly on the day of the ceremony! It was by far the best gift he received, and the workmanship was insanely well done for the little I paid and the speed with which it was produced and delivered. Really, if youre considering an engraved gift, order from LazerDesigns, and you wont be disappointed. These guys are great!

I am only giving 5 stars because there arent more to give. I had a birthday idea for my 7 year old son and it involved getting some characters on a metal water bottle. Most places wont even talk to you if you are not ordering 100 of them and Mac at Lazer Design not only took the time to chat with me, he went through the art work, made sure we had it exactly right, followed up to make sure we were meeting my unrealistic deadline (thought of this 2 days in advance). They knocked it out quickly, it looked fantastic and my I think it was my sons favorite gift this year. And probably the least expensive. Very reasonably priced, very fast service and just all around great experience.

I ordered thermal mugs with locking lids for three HS graduates....thinking that they could throw them into college backpacks and not worry about leaking. I had them personalized as well. All three (2 girls, 1 boy) liked them and started using them right away at summer jobs. They do, in fact, seem to be leakproof. There were lots of options for thermal mugs on the LazerDesigns website but once I found what I wanted, the order and personalization process was easy. The product that I received was what I expected based on descriptions and pictures on the web site.

They were GREAT! I ordered 2 engraved water bottles from them, the first one had slight issues in the art work but I contacted them right away, got a discount on my second one since it was an issue with their machine not my file and it got here exactly when they said it would! Shipping was insanely fast! Maybe its because Im in Idaho so fairly close but still, I was impressed for sure! Ill definitely be recommending my clients to this shop (Im a freelance graphic designer).

They did a great job. I have a set of professional knives, tweezers, etc. for restaurant work. I needed them simply marked in a way that I could recognize. I only live a couple of miles away, so went over there and chatted with them in person as well as drop off and pick up. Communication was great, we reviewed everything twice, and everything came out perfectly. They (for an extra charge of course) gave me same day service so I could go to work. I am fine with that.
