I have been to many functions at this location (Pinellas Park) over the years and have to say it is time for a change. This location offers lots of parking and lots of room variations. They have a great dance area and plenty of side areas for all your needs. The staff is consistently good, not excellent. However it needs an updating, really bad. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The chairs, if left uncovered are filthy! I had to put my napkin on my seat to protect my dress. The bathroom though clean is, blahhhhh. Come on, what does it take to add a few touches? A nice picture or flower arrangment. They really skimp on anything you might "use" to make your day or event nice. If you dont bring EVERTHING!!! you look cheap. I know that is not the case with the events that I attend. Now if they turned down the lights you might not see this however that did not happen until it was too late. Nor did they take any effort to make sure the candles on the tables stayed lit. They just never looked back.Recommendations and word of mouth is your best form of advertising. Throw in some fancy hand soap or in these days of H1N1 how about some hand sanitizer? I personally, being in the entertainment business, would never use this location unless they start putting some money in for a design overhaul.

We have had a company Christmas party here for past 2 years, for who knows why? It wouldnt be my choice, Now this review is written solely by perspective of someone not part of the decision making team buying the options. For free, I cannot complain, and and not ungrateful... However, my experience was a very simple buffet style dinner. One pass. Better grab 2 plates, one for salad and one for non salad items. There were no labels on any food items to identify what was being served total mystery to be solved in less than ideal light. The prime rib was so bloody it looked like it wasnt cooked. The beverage refill station was behind. The salad buffet items and the deserts were fine. The meat was... Well my meal was all salad and no meat. Glad the tab was picked up by the company, as I would be unhappy paying for it with my hard earned money. With multiple events going on, parking is very limited. Lastly, it is a wall of cigarette smoke at the one point of entry/departure.
