This theater is just ok. My wife and I go here regularly because it is closest to our home, but it has its fair share of issues. First off, the theater is very dated and does not have features and amenities that have become commonplace for movie theaters today. The seats are the same old folding seats from the 90s, there are no adult beverages or meals, you cannot choose your seat when you buy your ticket, just little things that we have gotten used to by going to newer theaters. Prices are of course outrageous, just like every movie theater these days. Also, this location seems to attract all of the people that love to talk loudly, scream, and use their phones and flashlights (for some reason) during the movie. Either way, we still come here regularly just for the convenience of the location.

We have probably been here more than a dozen times over the years, and typically pre-order tickets through fandango before we go. Never had a problem with that process. Concession prices are ridiculous, so we just dont do that. Screen and sound systems are just as expected, no problems, and we typically arrive a bit early to get a decent seat. Rarely are the seats full or even crowded, still, the parking lot seems really full and tight (can be tough to maneuver around). Only on rare occasions do we get annoyed by idiots texting during the movie (screen lighting flashing around as they do so); wish there was a way to block this while inside the theatre. Good location. Efficient staff. Nice movie selection. Reliable online ticket purchasing. Crazy concession prices.

We were staying at a hotel near by and wanted to catch a movie...this place was close by. While we didnt have a problems during our visit...I can definitely see some of what Kevin mentions in his review. There was certain areas in the theater had garbage laying around in the lobby when we walked in...and was still sitting there as we were walking out. Some of the movie posters were a little ratty looking. The theaters are definitely small...but that seems to be the way most places are nowadays. The employees there were pretty polite to us and as for the annoying movie goers...they are everywhere and shouldnt reflect on the theater

My wife finally got some time to herself to see a movie after giving birth 2 weeks ago. Before the movie started she simply checked her phone to see if I had texted her anything important about the baby. She was immediately scolded by a female movie attendant who ordered her to put her phone away. She was not talking on her phone, it had not made any noise and the movie had not started yet. Please educate your employees on how to act like human beings, especially at your afternoon shows. We will not be back.

Theater was uncomfortably warm when the movie started. 20 minutes in it got warmer. Left the movie to get help and a manager was called to assist. 1 hour into the movie it was no cooler so my wife went to get some cold water which the concession stand sold to her for $5.50. I guess keeping the theatre temperature uncomfortable is a way to increase revenue for this theatre. We will not go back and reccomend most theatres over this one.

Ive called the number for this cinema more than 3 different time today. No dial tone, Then I hear what sounds like someone typing on a keyboard. Seconds later an automated voice says "Sorry, we cannot process your request at this time" *Hangs up phone" Regal cinema VCC either fix your site with the correct number or get your robot fixed, she is very rude and no help what-so-ever. For this reason, and this only, ONE STAR!

VERY DIRTY...sticky floors glittered with popcorn are to be expected from most theatres but this place has really gone down hill. Very over priced concession items and sloth like service. I only go there out of convenience and try to ignore the filth until the lights are dimmed for the film to start. (Covenience supercedes my complaint...sad I know but maybe they will improve under new management some day)

Great experience! The theatre was clean, cool. The charity of the picture and sound was great. Bathrooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. I do wish there was an attendant in out theatre to tell the guys beside me not to carry on full conversion on his cell phone. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience. I always have a nice time at this location.

Our theater had something wrong with the front main speaker. All voices were distorted throughout the movie and took away from the experience. Some bad weather came through and caused our movie to cut out for ~15 minutes as well, but theres nothing that could have stopped that. Not the best movie experience Ive had on recent years. Staff was polite.

This place has really gone downhill once the mall starting closing most of the shops the traffic was gone... just isnt the same. Same person taking tickets was working concessions and he had no problem grabbing snacks and running over to get tickets from us. Felt very quiet... dont see it lasting much longer.

My favorite movie theater in the area. Please note I only go to the movies on weekdays when the theater is pretty much empty. From the many experiences I have had, the theater is clean, the employees are nice and they have many showtime options. I also like that they have a diverse selection of movies.

This is the only theater in town that plays Bollywood movies on a regular basis. We go there a few times each year, so this is not our local movie place. This is a relatively old place, but the seats are not bad. Like that they are tapping on a niche movie market. Keep it up.

Cinema was clean, nice seats, staff was friendly. Sound was way off, though. All I heard was the front center and the rear right surround channels. Saw the Rush documentary - only one screening of this feature last night. Was expecting it rock and it just didnt. Shame.

Movie we originally came to see was not showing though it was advertized for that evening. We were comped tickets to see any movie. Watched Passengers that night then came back and watched Hacksaw Ridge....both great movies. Venue was very nice.

Good amount of theaters, plenty of parking space, many food options and great sound systems in each theater make this a great location to catch your blockbusters. Also 1 min from VCC mall if you need to find some sales or enjoy the food court.

It was alright. Movie theatres have started to up their game with leather love seats and alcohol and huge screens; this has neither... This was just your average movie theatre... No cuddling and high concession prices. :(

Clean theatre, enjoyable experience. I went to see a film here years ago, and it started messing up. They let us into another room showing the same film and game us free tickets to come see another movie.

Box office attendant & concession stand personnel were friendly & helpful. Popcorn was fresh & they layered butter perfectly! Stadium seating ensures everyone gets a clear view of the screen.

Older regal cinema but still well maintained. If you like Bollywood movies this is the place to go. They usually have several Bollywood movies to choose from. All with english subtitles.

An average regal movie theater; sometimes the staff is nice, sometimes theyre not. The movies start about 10 minutes after the scheduled time so dont worry too much about punctuality.
