Customer Experience: Reviews indicate a mixed experience. While some patrons appreciate the theater's amenities, such as 24 screens and comfortable seating, others criticize the staff's lack of professionalism and responsiveness.
Crowd Management: The theater is often crowded, leading to long lines for food and difficulty finding parking. This has been a point of concern for many reviewers.
Staff Behavior: Staff experience varies; some customers find them inexperienced and rude, while others have no complaints.
Parking: Parking is described as a "nightmare," especially during weekends. Some suggest using the casino garage as an alternative.
Ticketing: Self-purchase ticket kiosks are available, making the ticket-buying process smoother for many. However, some customers have faced issues with age restrictions on R-rated movies.
General Consensus: The theater is considered expensive by many reviewers. Ticket prices, as well as food and beverage costs, are higher compared to other theaters.
Value for Money: Despite the high prices, some customers feel the amenities justify the cost.
Screen Options: The theater boasts 24 screens, offering a variety of movies in both 2D and 3D.
Food and Beverage: The concession stands offer a wide range of food options, although they are more expensive than typical theater concessions.
Additional Amenities: The theater has a small arcade, multiple party rooms, and babysitting services.
Proximity to Mall: The theater is located in Arundel Mills, making it convenient for those who wish to shop before or after a movie.
Accessibility: Its location in a busy area makes it crowded, affecting the overall experience.

Cleanliness: While the theater is generally clean, some reviewers mention "well-worn carpeting" and "squeaky seats."
Cinemark in Hanover is a part of the Arundel Mills shopping complex, making it a convenient location for a day of shopping and entertainment. However, its location also contributes to the crowdedness and parking issues. The theater offers a wide range of amenities, but the quality of service can vary. It's a place that offers a lot but also demands patience and extra spending from its patrons.

I had a hard time rating this cineplex with stars, I could give it five or one or somewhere in-between and feel comfortable regardless! Cinemark is a huge theater, it has 24 screens. It is an impressive looking building, looks like an Egyptian temple. It has tellers for tickets and machines, it has a small arcade, it has babysitting available so parents can go see a movie, it has multiple party rooms and tons of food options, it has valet parking on weekends with a covered drive up area. Simply put, Cinemark has everything you could want in a theater and more. And its 24 screens ensures any new popular release well be starting at plenty of times, in 2D and 3D, you have stadium seating with comfortable seats with arms rests that raise. This is why I gave it five stars. But, because of all this, its very crowded, because of its location in Arundel Mills, parking is a nightmare (unless you park in the casino garage, although even that can be difficult sometimes). The lines for food can be long, if you show up close to starting time, you may have trouble finding a seat thats not near the front. This is why I could give it one star, that and its expensive. But ultimately, it cant control its location and its size, amenities and location assures its success. Know what you are getting yourself into (weekend) and youll be happy. Go any other time, and all (but price) you have is the best theater around. But if price, ease of getting in and out are your properties, then go elsewhere, just know you wont have all the bells and whistles).

I went to see the belko experiment. Now i had already purchased two tickets earlier from the lightskin snake on the end, when my three other friends arrived the woman who could not blend her bright green eyeshadow to save her soul refused to let them buy their tickets. Now we we got our friends older sister to buy them and then their mom. Now i understand you have to be 18 and up to see an r rated movie but, most movie theaters allow a parent to buy the tickets for the teens as permission. This woman refused and said that the mother had to go in with us. I have never heard of this rule. So then we decided to try and buy from mr. Snake again. He now wouldnt let us. Then green bean came over to us and said that i was lying that he gave me the tickets. now why would i lie about spending eighteen dollars to buy two tickets. i showed the tickets and everything. I just dont understand how someone could be so hateful to some teens just trying to see a movie that doesnt even deserve the r rating in my personal opinion. Honestly someone who is that pressed over people not sitting in their lice infested, bed bug infested, nasty ass low quality theater, that i only went to because i also wanted to hang out at the mall, maybe she should get a life and learn how to blend eyeshadow. Also if they want to follow the laws/rules maybe they should hire competent employees that know what theyre doing. Not fake ass snakes. Honestly dont waste your time or money at such a low quality establishment.

I like how they have it set up.. But.. they have a bunch of ill mannered children running the place.. They hardly check tickets. Now I understand you cant always stop people from sneaking in but when a customer comes to you and says look their is people in the movie theater screaming and yelling and carrying on and stopping other people and including myself and my family from enjoying a movie you paid $45+ dollars to go see then you should do your job. It was nice until the people who snuck in the movies starter acting a fool. THIS ISNT the first time either matter of fact the last time we went to see a movie 3 weeks ago before the issue lastnight was the same EXACT same issue.. People acting like fools screaming and yellow and carrying on.. also constantly seeing their cell phone lights. We ended up walking out of our movie after I had brought it to their attention what was going on and they did NOTHING.. they didnt even come inside to check at all. I dont get it.. I thought the employees would do their job and ensure a fun and memorable experience for their customers.. Really disappointed

Staff is not experienced and very rude. 3 of my friends had previously purchased tickets for an R rated movie no problem, but when my sister and I go to buy ours they refused to sell us the tickets without an id. I had my friends mother drive all the way down to pay for the tickets but they said she had to accompany us which they did not previously mention. We then tried to have our friend that had already purchased her ticket purchase ours but when they reached the counter he lied and refused to give them tickets. He even continued to lie when we provided evidence of the purchased tickets that stated STUDENT directly on the ticket. Wasted our time and then reluctantly gave us our money back after directing us to costumer service. Never attending this bed bug infested theater again. Ended up watching the movie at a different location, which in my opinion didnt deserve the R rating :) manager with the unblended green eyeshadow even pushed their r rated policy and smeared it into the window like we could have seen it previously when it was not on display.

On a recent trip to Baltimore we visited this theatre twice, both times at night, this was a great theater for movie itself, the cafeteria like concession was speedy but more expensive than other theater concessions and they have a great selection of food above and beyond most theatres . LOVED the self purchase ticket kiosks, made buying your tickets and getting in so much smoother. Theatre was clean other than normal wear and tear like well worn carpeting, and squeaky seats, and sound and visual was great. My only complaint is the staff, some seemed to hate their job or just didnt know what was going on (wether a movie was seating yet or not for instance) I understand why I seen reviews stating that you could see two movies for the price of one easily, mostly because the dont wouldnt notice or even care if someone was theatre hopping and cheating the theatre out of money. Would be a 5 star review if the majority of staff seemed to give a crap.

Had a terrible experience. Went to see "MUMMY" and ended up leaving thru the middle of the movie because of crying children screaming, crawling and running through the theater, and listening to their parents shushing them the whole time. Also blinded by someones bright cell phone scrolling through facebook in the middle of the movie. I was really disappointed. I walked out and asked to speak to the management which he asked if we wanted a refund. No dude how about compensation. Give us a movie voucher or at least offer us tickets for at least another time later on. I really wanted to see that movie. My only day off from work and drove 35 minutes to get there. I have been to this movie theater many times in fact this is the only movie theater I go to. I will not go back. Parents please do not take your 2 and 3 year old children to an adult movie especially " The Mummy" and spoil my dates night. I would like to give this "0" stars.
