If I rated my experience based on their salt cave alone, I would give 5 stars. However my overall experience as a whole wasnt 5 stars. The waiting area is quite small and there were a lot of people there. Some were paying after their session and the others were going in so there was a lot of commotion and the woman at the desk seemed overwhelemed trying to check everyone in and cash out all by herself. I felt that energy right away. So I would say they need a better system. But, it was my first time so maybe this was just a rare busy day. As for the cave, it was beautiful, so relaxing and serene. I felt so calm and slept so deeply. My asthma didnt even bother me anymore after going in. Lastly they have so many beautiful things for sale and I was prepared to purchase somwr things but, the woman didnt seem interested in my buying anything. I felt rushed and uncomfortable so I left with nothing. I will return again for the salt benefits but I wont have any expectations. Just to relax.

I have been coming to Saltana Cave for over a year and highly recommend it. It is one of the most relaxing experiences I have had in a long time. The energy is beautiful, peaceful and lets you just let go and enjoy yourself. Even if you are in excellent health, it is a place where you can relax and unwind. I can go in stressed out and come out of the cave feeling quite relaxed and feeling peaceful. The events at the cave are equally impressive and if you have yet to attend ...you will be giving yourself a big treat, they are very magical and transforming and you walk away with a feeling of connectedness.. Anna is very pleasant and professional, and most importantly very welcoming. On another note if you are looking for unique gifts you have come to the right place too. There are Salt products and a wonderful assortment of other gifts that are unique to Saltana Cave. Two thumbs up .. Thank you Anna for creating this wonderful Saltana Cave.

The first time I was lucky enough to have the cave all to myself. It was hard to relax being it was my first time and didnt know what to expect and I was suffering from the end of a cold but it helped cleared my sinuses and congestion for at least an hour after my 45 minute session. Although it was a bit difficult to really relax, afterwards on my drive home I surely felt the difference. My second time going, I was more relaxed and I believe at one point I was so relaxed I fell asleep. Third time, same thing. I have purchased 5 sessions which you get 10% off and if you purchase 10 sessions you get 20% off. I have a large Himalayan salt lamp in my living room and a medium in my bedroom. It definitely is relaxing but I wish I had Saltana Cave in my home!! I am so glad I found the cave. The owner Anna is a very nice sweet lady as well.

Saltana Cave is a wonderful and unique resource right in the heart of Fairfield County. You relax in zero gravity chairs listening to relaxing music while breathing the Himalayan salt laden air. Very therapeutic and relaxing. I have a lot of trouble with sinus congestion and Saltana really helped me a lot ! In addition, Anna Husted, the owner, has regular special events like Tibetan Bowl healing sessions, chanting, meditations and much more. I always enjoy my visits to Saltana and I highly recommend it to all who seek a healthier, happier and more satisfying life !

The ambiance of powerful Himalayan salt glowing softly in the dark while gentle background music plays is ssooo conducive to relaxation, restoration and peace-fullness… whether in a personal session or during the marvelous musical and wellness events held in the Cave. Very disappointing. A family brought their 2 small children and they were noisy and distracting the entire 45 minutes. They played in the salt as if it were sand on a beach. There were 4 of us and we all shared our disappointment with the manager/owner. She apologized and offered a discount on the next visit. A sharp business person would have offered our money back or perhaps a free visit. I suppose she never heard the Stew Leonard Rule--"for every good experience, you tell 7 people, for every negative experience, you tell 50".

Such a relaxing and calming place! The owner is friendly and very helpful! This place is good for adults and children too. I visited it with my teen daughter, and the two of us had a great time. I totally enjoyed my healing relaxation session, and my daughter fell asleep and, of course, did not want to wake up. The whole atmosphere in the spa is very welcoming and comforting: This place also has lots of interesting events scheduled every week. I wish we lived a bit closer to this body and spirit healing place.

I have been to Saltana numerous times over the past year for either 45 min sessions, workshops, meditation or sound healings. Each time is more special than the last. The cave itself is so relaxing and comfortable and allows me to decompress quickly and relax immediately. I always leave feeling rejuvenated. The owner, Anna, is lovely as well. She made me feel welcomed and right at home starting with my first visit. If you want some down time in a serene and peaceful place... this is the place to do it.

Saltana is the ideal place to relax and recharge. The healing benefits of the Himalayan Salt are incredible — discharging the positive ions absorbed by our electronic equipment, phones, computers, etc. especially benefiting the lungs. The music is perfect! Anna Husted at Saltana has graciously hosted my group healing sessions and is a delight to work with! I highly recommend this to be the perfect place to replenish on all levels — physical, mental, emotional & spiritual.

The best word to describe Saltana Cave is sanctuary. I have been to the cave many times and I find it so peaceful in there. My body immediately relaxes and my mind slows down, to allow for a truly rejuvenating and meditative experience. I have also gone to the cave when I have had some sinus and allergy issues and I find the sessions at the cave extremely healing. I cannot say enough positive things about Saltana. Enjoy the experience!!

What I thought would have been an outrageous experience was awful. We shared a room with a family who brought their two small children. They were noisy, distracting, played in the salt the entire 45 minutes. I thought it very inappropriate for children but it seems that profit is more important than client satisfaction. We were offered a discount on future visits---which will totally never happen. We should have been reimbursed.

I love Saltana! It is an Oasis in the midst of the chaotic pace of life these days. I know about and appreciate it for the health benefits it has to offer, and also as a place where I can slow down, quiet down, breathe, and relax. I also enjoy many of the different events Anna and Saltana have to offer and am grateful to have a place so close that offers such wonderful, healing, musical and diverse activities!
