I have never done a review before, but this place is so awesome I wanted to give them more positive feedback. I wish I could give them 6+ stars. Most of all - it is an *INCREDIBLE VALUE*. $10/kid for the whole day, you can come and go if you need to, and if you buy a pass, you get 10 visits for half off and they are totally transferable to cousins, friends, etc as long as you are there with them. In a valley full of expensive family entertainment, this is a God-send. But there are tons of other things that are fantastic: They dont charge for parents to come in, but nonetheless they will let parents play with the kids all they want. Free wifi. Plenty of seating where you can see the whole space and keep an eye on your kids, which feels like it would deter any bullying or that kind of thing. They also have a big trampoline-like "bubble" in the middle of the space and a huge indoor playground (a McDonalds PlayPlace on steroids) which provides some variety beyond bouncy houses. Snacks and drinks are very reasonably priced. They keep the place comfortably cooled. They dont charge for a locker, you just get a key from the front desk. The guy at the desk was super-cool, I assume he is the owner. Sorry so long but there are just so many great aspects to this place. Cannot recommend it high enough. Any time I am in Utah, Ill be here for sure.

I dont typically write reviews but have to for this. We love this place, ALL of us. Been there about half dozen times, once for a birthday party. As a working mother, nice to have my boys play while I sit in a central area and work from the free WiFi. The layout of the place is SPLENDID - I can easily and quickly scan to locate my boys while sitting from the parents lounge area and not feel paranoid the whole time. They usually last a good hour and just love it. Win-win for all of us. Cheap and very good selection of snacks and treats. Clean place, clean tables. The owner (pretty sure hes the owner) is always very friendly and super helpful. Nice guy. Not sure about the cleanliness comment below - the place is always clean and I always seem them sweeping up and wiping tables off. Out of the way but worth it!!! Easy access from freeway. Highly recommend.

My 3yo son LOVES this place! The bathrooms are a little questionable (which is the reason for the 4/5 stars) but other than that the place is very clean. I like the layout of this place over others Ive been to because I can keep an eye on my son at all times. I also like that Jump Around Utah has unlimited jumping - other places charge per hour and/or charge for parents which are usually just observers. There is a lot of variety that keeps my son jumping for hours! The male employee that is usually there is very friendly and helpful. They also offer snacks that are very reasonably priced. We have been several times and will keep coming back!

Ive spent a fair amount of time at this establishment. Normally I would give the place five stars. Today however, I am being generous with two stars. Todays experience, wasnt so good. :( For those that care and perhaps JAU management might, theres a young, dark haired female employee that, doesnt seem to belong in a Jump house. We are there to have fun and let loose as opposed to dealing with someones inner demons and millennial caliber disdain for employment. This person was unnecessarily rude and Im not easy to offend. Employees like this dont seem to fit the expectation of The Jump Around Utah that I am use to.

Went to a birthday party for my nephew. My 3 year old had a blast. The kids ran around and there was plenty to do. My husband and I even raced on the obstacle course one. I left off a star because it did feel old and not super clean. Not dirty or grimey, just not 100% clean. Not sure how much they paid to rent it, but we sure played hard for the full 2 hours. It was nice that I could go on some of the things to help my 3 year old feel ok on everything. They have signs posted that you must wear socks. I was wearing sandals so I had to borrow my husbands. If they had sold socks I totally would have bought them

When we went, it was Friday morning around 11am. The place was overcrowded. There was no control. Kids running in herds all over the place, bumping heads and getting hurt. My kid (3) couldnt do much because the bigger kids would just cut in front of him. We got frustrated after half an hour and left. There was hand sanitizer on the floor, dirt and debris in the bouncy houses and only one employee running the whole place. It was pretty cheap though (only $5) for unlimited play. But I think the cheapness makes it so that everyone brings their kids and then its a nuthouse.

Pretty fun place to go with the kids. They have several inflatable toys with slides and obstacles, a vertical play area on one side and a fun large ballooning bounce area in the middle. $10 per kid over 3, adults are free (assuming youre with your kid), kids under 3 are free too. The best deal if you plan on returning frequently is a 10 punch pass for $50, half the price. Decent food options such as hot dogs, fruit, uncrustables, several drink options. They tout a thorough disinfection process which seems convincing. Good upkeep overall.

Really inexpensive place to take the kids. The kids let out all of their energy, and you get to pay our door in an air conditioned building. The staff is really friendly. They have snacks you can buy there at decent prices; they arent crazy marked-up like at other play places. The owner is adamant that you follow the rules at all times: no barefeet, no food on the mats. As strict as that sounds, it makes a place that caters to children incredibly clean. Just make sure you bring socks!

I love this place even more after visiting a jump place in West Jordan that wasnt small kid or parent friendly. Thank you Jump around Utah for not charging for parents (I cant stand places that double dip when we are clearly there to watch them). I can also sit and see my kids play where-ever they are. They are also toddler friendly and offer discounts for jumping packs. Also the owner is really good with customers and kids.

My kids love Jump Around Utah and request to go back as soon as we are walking out the door. I love it for the free WiFi the air conditioning in the hot summer and the open layout which makes it easy to find the kids no matter where they are. Plus the snack bar which includes ice cream bars, fruit and drinks for really great prices. Its our favorite "good behavior reward" place yet.

I have taken my granddaughters there and they loved it. There are many things to climb on and in and a big area in the middle to jump on. There is plenty of seating for the adults to watch if not participating. They have fairly priced snacks which include healthy choices as well. You need to check their website for hours because they change. I would recommend this place.
