First visit today, and the movie would not play, after sitting through all the informercials, they came in to inform us that the movie would not be showing, but they were courteous, and offered us free tickets to two more showings, and gave us our money back, and told us we could go watch another movie that had just started...I liked the souvenir cup and large souvenir popcorn that you can buy for 11.00 for both, and then you can get refills on soda for 2.75, soda, or popcorn, and then you just bring it back with you the plastic containers for next time you come in for the same discounted refills!!! fabulous! and they have 1.00 hot dogs, and if you purchase beer, you get a free hot dog....their specials on food and drinks seemed very reasonable compared to a lot of other places. I liked their comfortable reclining chairs, and the whole place was very clean. I will be back, but I had wanted to see the movie so bad that we went to see....OH WELL

I enjoy the theater but this is the third time that I got locked in the bathroom stall in the womens restroom it is a very scary situation. Fortunately there were other women in the bathroom and they got the door open I dont know what is wrong with it but I managed to get into the same one every time please check the bathroom latches! This was in Waxahachie, right hand side of the stalls about the 3rd or 4th down to the right. it may not be the only one with this problem but I happen to always go to that one for some reason. I need to make sure I avoid it. I can only imagine if I were the only one in there!!

Reserved seating was nice, but not a lot of people were in our movie, id hate to be in a sold out theater and made to sit in the front row! Tickets not horribly priced but still pretty costly. Hot dogs were only 99cents but nachos were 4.99! They should consider splitting the difference cuz thats just ridiculous for some canned cheese and a stale bag of corn chips. Didnt even come with chilli! That and extra cheese was 50cents extra a piece, so really, nachos cost5.99$ which is just plain stupid and Highway robbery!

It says a lot when a small town movie theater blows the big chain theaters out of the water! Show Biz is a very clean establishment with a great sounds system and new features currently being added. In addition, they offer online ticket purchase with seat selections, so you dont have to wait hours in line just to TRY and get good seats. Just order online and pick your favorite spot. Other amenities include a bar and grill options. Pricing is average, but well worth it in this environment.

I refuse to go back now that they have these assigned seats. It wouldnt be so bad if you could pick your seats but they wont let you. My daughter has a prosthetic leg and cant walk over people to leave if she needs to during the movie. They refused to give her an aisle seat because they said they had to fill the middle first, and all the handicapped accessible seats were already taken. So, we left and took our money and spent it elsewhere! I will not spend another dime at Showbiz.

Ticket prices were a little higher than I expected (15.50 for 3D), however the theater had very comfortable, cushioned seating unlike regular theater seats. They have a bar with beer, wine and mixed drinks. I was leery getting a frozen margarita from a theater but it was great and surprisingly strong. Manager approached us while we were in the lobby to ask if we needed anything and he spoke to my children. The great service and comfortable seating more than justified the price.

By allowing patrons to select their own seat assignment not only slows down the facility ticket line, it causes a lot of frustration inside of the theater, leaving one seat between couples, causing people to sit in other seats and then being forced to move when someone with that seat arrives... Not a good idea in my opinion. We arrive early, even when purchasing online tickets, allowing us to get the seat that we desire, not one that we had to pre-select.

Second time I purchased tickets online and was given the wrong seats, what a joke to have to go back outside to get the right seats. I will not go back to this theater! Not only did I have to put up with a twerp that could not stop texting during the move, they also showed a Versace commercial in the previews of men kissing. Sorry, not into perversion!! If you are family oriented you may just want to rent the movies later, this place is awful!!!

In my experiences at the theater its always been a very clean place. They sell all sorts of snacks, ice cream and EVEN alcohol. Which, if youre of age and responsible can be very contributing to your experience regardless of your preference. Also, the sound in the theaters are great! HEADS UP, you DO have to reserve seats or select seats online. SO if youre planning on going and you have a preference for seating, plan accordingly!!!

Me and few friends went to the movies ,and us being 14 I guess it was fine with them that someone took our seats even though theyre assigned seats. we told the staff and they did nothing so we sat on the floor and someone told us we either had to leave or split up and find some seats ,the whole time a grown woman that took one of our seats was laughing at us. The staff was very rude and we are never going back.

The worst idea in history assigned seating. I will never come back after 4 years to do this who is the MORON who came up with this idea. Movies are exspensive and to do this I hope you loose money. I know people hate it because 4 couples left with us when we could only sit in the lower level. When they have to call the police or someone get hurt then the SUE maybe they will work it out! Bye Showbiz!

Great seating, very clean and new. I was a lil concerned when i first walked in and the line for the snacks and popcorn was LONG, but it didnt even take long before i was through it and sitting in my seat. Now if they could just start serving alcohol Id have it made. **UPDATE** They serve alcohol now. Now if they could just start letting me go for free then Id have it made.

Watch Star Wars Rogue one in this theater the second time. It was awesome! Not saying that the movie determines that the movie theater was great but. The movie experience was amazing. I would definitely come back to this theater their prices were fair and their movies were well movies that were distracted because of weirdos or weird technical problems. Good job showbiz!

Ive always loved this theater, but Im not going back now that they have this assigned seats stuff. I get to the theater early so I can find the seats I want, and thats how it should be. But now you have to pick a seat when you pay? This is ridiculous. Wont be spending my money on this theater anymore. From now on Im going to Cedar Hill or Waco.

Great facilities and helpful staff--Horrid bunch in our audience though? Screaming baby to our right, drunk hecklers to our left, and my sister had a kid kicking the back of her seat?!!! About 8 people wandered in loudly after the movie had just begun!?? Nice sound system, and the discount pre-noon tickets were appreciated though.
