I used to love this theater - visited consistently a few times/week since day 1 they opened many years back. THe problem now is the new strictly enforced policies. They no longer "allow" you to switch movies if for what ever reason (such as no good seats left, or the AC is broken) with out exiting, waiting in line again, returning and re-ticketing. On my last visit, the ticket cashier (?Chris Darby?), listing to us talk and realizing that we might not want to stick with the movie we bought, actually left his post after we bought our tickets and ran in to advise the inside people what movie we were "supposed" to see, and whe we tried to switch rom "Purge" to "Keven Hart" (same price, nothing special like 3D glasses required, etc.), they actually stopped us and told us our purchased movie was the other direction. Is this really necessary? I am very disappointed. THe loss of this casual flexibility and it now turning into a rigid unenjoyable experience has really ruined it for me, turning a place I loved into a place Id rather pass on.

Great theater, terrible crowd! They provide a great price for films that have been playing for a few weeks like any "cheap seat" movie theater. You cant beat the value. However, if youre looking to really enjoy your movie dont expect much. The crowd that usually shows up is what youd expect for the ticket price. Lots of low income people that dont have much regard for other individuals around them, expect many minorities and high school aged kids using their phones, to check facebook, throughout the movie. You can also expect them to be providing their own Mystery Science Theater 3000 commentary. Id highly recommend buying an extra large bucket of popcorn, so that you can have enough to eat while also having some to throw at their phone screens or heads to stop them from being a nuisance.

Movie theater turned dollar theater... I refused to believe I could see a movie in theaters for less than $2 until I visited Cinemark Movie 10. The selection of movies (newer releases) is solid; Ive been to the theater several times with my girlfriend and for the most part, enjoyed it each time. If youre in the mood for a movie night and dont want to break the bank, I highly recommend this theater. With that said, I give it three starts due to the fact there are very few people working there at any one time in addition to the fact that the theater tends to attract a younger, nosier crowd that dont mind being obnoxious because of the extremely low ticket prices.

I go here every week. Usually on Tuesday. Is it the latest greatest theater on the planet, or even in TX? No, not by a longshot. However, I can watch a movie here everyday of the week for what "the others" charge for one movie. The teenagers are just as unruly and people can be just as rude at the high priced theater. Bottom line on that is there are rude self serving people everywhere. In fact Id be more ticked off for paying $12 to see a movie and have people talking all through the movie a row ahead of me. Not up to date enough for your standards there are plenty of $10-15 theaters in town for you. Later.

This place is great and always packed so we arent the only ones who think so! Get there early for good movies or kids flicks. $1.50 movies during the week, $2 on weekend nights, but most importantly, $.75 all day Tuesdays!!! I believe they have senior discounts as well. For a "dollar theatre" the place is large with many screens, does have 3D movies and a small arcade inside. Staff does their job, but theyre usually high school kids, so can be lacking on their customer service skills, but theyll learn. Other than that and high prices of food (where is that NOT prevalent???) perfect 5 :)

Listen yall, this is a decent spot to catch post-release flicks a few weeks before they hit DVD. Its relatively clean, safe and the actual picture and sound quality is decent. Prices range from .75 cents to 3.75 depending on the day, time and whether flick is RD, HD of 3D. So yes, it gets crowded with screeming kids running about but... so? Ghetto, flithy? Nah. Dont hate! My only beef is that the snack are just as pricey as other movie spots which is kinda... odd; to pay 75c for a ticket and $5 for pop!! So yah, I bring my own :D

I really like this theater for the price. Its fun to take my kids to the movies without spending so much money. I feel like their snacks are more expensive though and they dont have the $5 kids pack like the other Cinemark locations that Ive been to. Thats a bummer. Every time we go, the audience is also always louder, kids crying, and people talking on their phones during the movie. Seriously this happens every time!!! Of course that can happen anywhere, but just seems very typical for this theater.

Otherwise known as the dollar theater! Movies come here a couple of months after they are released in regular theaters, but before they hit DVD. Movies are typically about two dollars, and only one dollar on Tuesdays. Concessions has the usual popcorn, candy, and soda fountains. The theater is located in the same complex as the coffeehouse iJava & Chai, which stays open late and a good place to hang out with friends after the movie. Minus one star because the floors are sticky. Why are the floors sticky.

Can not beat the price....I love it can take the whole family without feeling like ive been swindled and dnt mind buying popcon i actually have enough for it. Nothing else matters to me but that the family had a great time we can look over anything else. There isnt much diff from these folks and the one in the mall. You sure pay alot less. Nothing excites me like seeing the movie ive been waiting on up on the display...it makes me happy knowing my patient paid off. Lol

Dollar movies that cost 2.75... And $1.35 on "Dollar Night". Ive been coming here for years. Some of the seats are now broken and they dont seem to be fixing them. $4.06 for a box of candy, and the display box is 3.4 ounces while the box they actually give to customers is only 3.1 ounces. I can accept paying $4 for a $1 box of candy, but being squeezed for that .3 ounces is insulting. It feels like movie cinemas are taking cues from the airline industry.
