I came to see Jurassic World for the second time (I first saw it in a different theater, but it was so amazing I needed to see it again and Bow Tie was closest). Needless to say the movie was incredible even the second time around, but the first half hour I was so upset I couldnt focus on the film. I showed up carrying in a Poland Spring water bottle (already open), knowing they would tell me to toss it in the trash, but I have a medical excuse to have the water with me at all times, especially during a 2 hour movie. I thought the staff would be understanding and allow me to bring it in, but 2 staff members continued to tell me I couldnt have it as a third staff member (apparently not aware that my situation was already being taken care of) joined in the conversation. Finally,my mom showed up and asked to speak to a manager. She repeatedly said I couldnt bring in any outside drinks, despite my medical excuse, for "security reasons". Then, she looked at my bottle, saw it was Poland Spring, and immediately said that their water was the same as mine and there was no reason why I couldnt spend a ridiculous $4 on one of their bottles (even though it held half as much water as the bottle I already had). I was honestly disgusted with the managers determination to earn that petty $4 instead of allowing a person with an illness their right to sit comfortably in a long film. I will not be spending any more of my money at this theater for a very long time, or at least until they come to their senses and allow a simple bottle of water to pass through unnoticed. I wish I caught the managers name, because I would be spreading the word about her sad need to earn money off of ill customers. I lost a little faith in humanity today.

If a zero star rating was available, that is what I would have chosen. For the past 3 years my summer camp program has been bringing the children to the summer kids free movies. Last week one group attended the Tuesday movie with no issue. The Wednesday group arrived at the theater to find it closed. The teachers were told that the theater had been bought by a new company and was closed for a one day renovation and everything would be "up and running" by next week. This week one of our managers called on Monday night to try and ensure there would be a movie the next day. There was no way to contact a person through the phone and there was no automated message giving out information. The children arrived at the theater only to be told the summer movie program would not continue. The manager was extremely unsympathetic and borderline rude about the issue. All 14 very disappointed children had to turn around and return to school. Our summer camp and others in the area schedule their camp around this program and it is extremely disappointing that they could not continue it for the few weeks that remained. Im sure others arrived at the theater not realizing it was cancelled due to the lack of communication from the theater and its management.

This is my first time going since cinepolis took over bow tie. Terrible experience. They forced bag checks and even took my friends bags to be held at guest services. I have type one diabetes and had some sugary food in my bag incase of low blood sugar, I told the manager that I needed to keep that in my bag because I had diabetes. She continued to take it anyways and told me if I needed something I could go buy it here from her. This is ridiculous because I do not want to spend so much money on expensive food when I was carrying small granola bars. I bought a large popcorn and it was the size of the old Bow Ties size small, and both me and my friends agreed it was stale-tasting and extreamly salty (we didnt add any salt). There were five people in the theater, myself included and they sent employees in to check the room every ten-twenty minutes, which distracted you from the movie and gave an uncomfortable expiriance. There was popcorn all of the seats and a sticky floor, so poor cleaning service. After the movie we went back to guest services to get my friends bags back and no one was there we stood for five minutes and no one came so we just grabbed them ourselves and left. Next time Im going to a different theater. This one is terrible now.

I had an absolutely horrible experience. It was stressful and uncomfortable. The workers didnt smile, the theatre was obviously not cleaned, and the popcorn was stale and WAY too salty. A large popcorn was very small compared to other theatres. When we walked in they took our bags. The atmosphere was stressful and strict. I felt like I would be kicked out if I breathed! When the movie was over we went to go get our bags back and NO ONE WAS AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER! We waited for a little while for someone to come and help us but some one came, so we just went behind the counter, got our stuff and left. I had a dreadful experience, my friend had a panic attack just from the stress of being there. Never going back.

Hi, I recently purchased 2 tickets to see Deadpool the other day earlier in the morning. And after I paid for them I got to the theater and I had originally bought 2 tickets to see Deadpool the other day for my birthday with my girlfriend. I had work all day and when we finally got to the theater it was packed. When I walked up to the front and then showed them the email for my tickets they asked for ID. Im 18, it was my birthday.... And she wouldnt sell me my tickets because my girlfriend was 16 saying I wasnt her parent and then they made me go see ride along 2 which was terrible!!!!! It was the worst birthday ever. Id rather go to amc in Rockaway instead.

Ever since they change ownership from clearwater to cinepolis the service has goan down. There is never food during the day other then popcorn, whe i ask for new hotdogs they told me it would take and hour so i then ask for some Chicken strips And was told the same. Nacho and cheese were old and the manager when ask gave me an atitude. Customer service is not priority anylonger. The seats even at noon are dirty and full of popcorn. I live 2 min away i am a huge movie fan and I spend a couple of hundred dollars a month here and this is how they treat me wow. I rather drive to amc in Rockaway 30 for better service...

The movie theater is always cold, loud, and poorly manged... This is the 2nd time in 60 days this has happened to us... The 2 so called mangers, Erwin & Josh should be looking out for paying customers needs instead of looking at the a$$ on the popcorn girl.. I hope my 81 year old Father who went with me today dose not get sick, it was so cold in the theater.. What do you pay those people for anyway..??????? I Could not agree with you more...Unfortunately it is the only game in town. In addition, pricing has gotten out of hand. That may be an industry issue but we pay the bill. 1 water 1 soda 1 popcorn $17.00 dollars
