This place was great! I went with my family on a Thursday night, and had a blast. Check in was easy and awesome. You just write down the names of people playing, shoe size, and other preferences. Then, they take you to your lane, and come with your shoes; the lane computer is all set up. The equipment was very nice. I really liked the spare finder on the screen. It definitely helped :). The food was very nice. A bit pricey, but thats understandable. You look around and see what youre paying for. I definitely recommend making a reservation, especially on a weekend night. We did, and we didnt have to wait at all, despite the place being busy. The whole set up was nice. Comfy sitting area and clean approaches just added to the quality. The staff were very nice. Drinks were top notch. The only complaint I have is the music was a bit too loud. Maybe it was because it was night, but still, it was hard to hear other people talking sometimes. Regardless, it was a lot of fun. The atmosphere was classy, but not nose-up-in-the-air fancy. Will definitely be going again, and recommend this to anyone! It might be a bit expensive, but do a couple hours, because time flies when youre having fun.

My daughters friend had a small birthday party at Bowl & Barrel. I had never heard of it, but I had wanted to take my daughter bowling for a while. I was surprised to discover it was in City Centre! Were in the area pretty often, so that just made it all the more convenient for us. There is a bar and a kitchen attached to the lanes. We ordered a Margarita Pizza, which was quite good, but a bit on the salty side. The lanes were clean and modern. My daughter and I really enjoyed ourselves. Well be back!

Fantastic experience, outstanding customer service. Saw some friends having fun here on Facebook, so took my wife on a date to check it out. Had a slight communications issue when making my reservation, however, but quickly resolved and not a big deal. While there the manager came and found us and personally apologized for the issue and went above and beyond our expectations to insure we had a fantastic experience. Wow! Overall, great ambience, drinks and food. Look forward to going back with friends.

The atmosphere of Bowl & Barrel is really nice and the few drinks we ordered were good. Not sure I will return as it is pricey ($22/half hour + $6 shoe rental pp) and the young staff members are hardly attentive. The pins are also a little funny as mentioned in some of the other reviews. Not a big deal as we were just there for fun, but if you were more serious about it, I would avoid the string-type pins.

Service here is great, and food is really good (for bowling alley food). The layout is a bit strange though... the lanes and the bar are separated by a long high top, so you always have to go around the long high top to get to/from the bar from your lanes.... which can get kind of cramped when the every lane is occupied. Parking was easy (a couple near by garages) and the bathroom was clean.

Pin action was weird because the pins are attached to strings. The approaching lane is shorter too. The service was terrible, it took forever for someone to take our drink order and then she never checked back on us...we could see her off Im the corner chatting. I under stand this place is in City Centre, so the prices are more expensive but pricing was ridiculous.

AWESOME PLACE!! The drinks were a tad bit over priced, the food is really good. I came to have a bonding event with my wedding party and it was a Great event. The Manager Kendell is an awesome person. When our lanes were given away he jumped right in to correct the situation with a smile! Keep up the great work and we will definitely be back!!

Love the atmosphere and staff - sometimes the pins act a bit funky though, they are attached via strings I believe. Threw a great ball, knocked nine down and slid the tenth a good foot but it wouldnt fall... the scoring system gave me a strike anyway.

This bowling alley is good other than get ready to be punched in the gut when you get your drink receipt. 5 drinks added up to $62, I had two whiskey and cokes which were $16 a pop for a single. Other than pricey drinks it was a good time.

Great bowling alley that isnt always packed. Much better than the Bowlmor off of Bunker Hill. The lanes are well lit and the alley itself is very clean. The food is good and the staff is nice. Overall just a great place to go bowling.

Who exactly is running this place? Tried to schedule an event for a large party and cant get anyone on the phone to provide information. Unprofessional and very rude! They wont be open long with that type of customer service!

Great concept. Imagine a bowling alley with great fresh hand tossed pizza, cheese/snack platters, great selection of beers on tap and bartenders that can make great drinks. Definitely will be back.

Bowl & Barrel is a 14 lane boutique bowling alley with a Farm to Table Menu offering locally sourced items. They have a great beer and craft cocktail selection! The pizzas are amazing!

I wish this place was bigger, and a bit more modern. Prices were as expected for city centre. Not the best bowling ally Ive been too but it is in a nice area

Real nice place just not to bowl. Lanes crowned and the price wow.... Great beers but not for a go out bowl with family for a inexpensive evening.
