I booked my sons party, it was not worth the price, & very poor communication throughout the staff and different managers. When I 1st booked it one manager told me there was a deposit that went towards the party, non-refundable, and two tickets were included for the parents per say. Well my $50 was just to hold the space (thats not a deposit, thats a fee) and it didnt go towards the party, they had to go to the store to buy Pepperonis for a pizza I ordered days before, & the host was new, sweet, but didnt know what she was doing. Its obvious they dont do many parties here and now I see why. Movie was good, food was horrible, and a lot of incorrect information passed from one manager to another. Not going to say she, the 1st manager, lied but I just dont think she knew what she was talking about at the time and gave me wrong information. I didnt demand any kind of refunds because I dont mind paying for what I purchased but had I knew the deposit wasnt going towards my party & wouldnt get two free tickets included there is no way in hell I wouldve booked it. I basically paid $200 for a room and sucky pizza. Love the theater but wouldnt recommend hosting a party at all! If I wanted to spend $325(total paid) I wouldve went to an actual party facility that knows what they are doing. Very disappointed in such a great place.

An elderly lady a few seats down from me had to go inform "Jennifer" (the ticket taker girl) that the people behind her were chewing tobacco and were spitting it on the ground behind her. Some of the tobacco got on the elderly woman. Well "Jennifer " the ticket taker said "this was allowed and there is nothing they would do about this" I am absolutely appalled that either of the following scenarios are true... A) that this is allowed by theater management. B) this is NOT allowed and Jennifer was simply to much of a lazy good for nothing bum to help an old woman out with the pieces of crap that were spitting tobacco near her and all over the movie theater floors. I politely asked the gentleman to stop, as they were bothering the woman in front of them, as I could hear the elderly couples conversation about the situation. And they politely went and spit out their chew. I cant believe the theater staff werent willing to take care of the situation. Other than this, the movie theater itself is up to par with your average smaller, new, movie theaters.

$5 Tuesdays! What more can I say?! Hahaha. Its a small theater but you really cant beat this place on Tuesdays. Their XD theater isnt anything near as great as an IMAX theater but if you go a couple of weeks AFTER a new movie comes out, the experience is better because there will be less people so you have a better chance at getting a good seat. No need to mention their snack prices because of course theyre inflated like every other theater but since there are so many restaurants (and more to come) in the immediate area you can get something to eat before the movie so you dont feel the need to snack so much. Theres even a Tutti Frutti in the same lot so if you want a light snack beforehand, thats a good place to go. Get your froyo candy fix beforehand and maybe just buy a drink at the theater. Like I said though, $5 Tuesdays are where its at because what you save in your ticket you can spend on snacks. Om nom nom.

Tonight was not a good experience due to poor management. My sons friend was charged for 3 child tickets in lieu of 1 adult ticket resulting in being overcharged by roughly $12. In lieu of providing a refund of $12, the manager refunded only $8. Went we confronted the manager to request the remaining $4 he stated he would go count the cash drawer to see if it was over by $4. After having waited 15 minutes we noticed that he had instead gone to chat with others, in lieu of doing what he said. In the end we got the remaining $4, but the entire interaction was handled very poorly by the manager.

I read some of the other comments and wanted to give my experiences. I live near by. Very convenient. Been there a half dozen times or so. Never waited to get in. Self service concessions is pretty good, but was a little messy last couple times I went. The concessions and tickets are slightly more compared to a couple other theaters in the area. I like that there are no assigned seats. Although there are quite a few young people working there, all have been helpful and kind, never rude. Restrooms have always been clean and stocked. Theaters as well. Overall a great place to enjoy a movie.

Ive been to this theater three or four times now, and its always a pretty good experience. There is a sign posted about not allowing children in certain movies after a certain time of day, the attendants are always nice, and the theaters have always been pretty clean when Ive gone in. The only thing that I can think of that is slightly negative is that sometimes, theyre not fully staffed, so I have to wait in line for people to buy snacks and drinks before I can just get my ticket torn and walk in. (They narrow the entry so that the cashier performs the job of ticket-taker as well.)

I visited early on a Monday morning with my two parents. Two senior discount tickets and a discounted regular admissions ticket were less than two regular priced seats. There was only a single employee working the ticket office and the concession stand but they handled all the positions with aplomb. The theater itself was extraordinarily clean and the seats comfortable. Normally movie theaters in Texas tend to be very cold and you need to carry a jacket or sweater with you but in this theater the climate was perfect for me (shorts and t-shirt).

Neither kiosk worked. Tried to use Fandango gift card only to learn that this theater cant accept them except online. Waited in line while one poor cashier handled everyone while three workers stood talking by ticket booth. Asked to talk to manager about Fandango. Spoke with a manager who only repeated the fact that they dont take Fandango but couldnt explain why Fandango website says they are accepted here. When I shared that neither kiosk was working, the managers very helpful response was that it should be.

I absolutely LOVE this movie theater. Its one of the few places I know that you can see a movie on opening weekend and not have to wait in a horrendously long line or have the theater itself be packed. The seats are very comfortable, they rock back, and the arm rest can be lifted. The staff is friendly and I like the self serve aspect of the concession area. Parking is ample and you can buy tickets outside from a kiosk or inside. So much less crowded than heading to the Woodlands!

Worst place ever. I wouldnt recommended this place to anyone who usually attend I pic movie, Silverado, and AMC......I would even score movie tavern higher than this place. One thing that sucks is that you cannot pick out your own seats. Second food is pricey and not worth it. They do not have great food options either. Chairs are not comfortable at all....I will never return to this one eever!!! Such a horrible experience together.
