My brother went to see a movie and payed for it but didnt even get to watch it cuz they said he and his cousins sneaked into another movie that had not begun and was on previews and he had been there before and knew that they sometimes switched the movies and that was what he thought was gonna happen and so they were waiting for their movie to start when he said manager and his buddies came in with a lighter ( mom said even show place six had flash lights) to look for them and when they were found they got kicked out and the manager didnt even want to refund the money back and my mom asked for footage proof to see if they had snuck in and manager declined, which tells me that it is b/S even mom said she was going to give it a bad rating and the manager says he will just delete it so just letting the people know of their rudeness and how my brother was cheated out of 20 bucks his allowance for the week.

The movie experience is okay. Two problems that may only bother me: (1) When Blue Bell Ice Cream had their health scare and shut down operations, Premiere Cinemas continued to display multiple signs showing they were selling Blue Bell. But when I approached the counter, I could see that they were scooping ice cream out of Blue BUNNY containers. I asked the young lady about it, and she admitted they did not have Blue Bell Ice Cream. It made me feel like the establishment I was trying to support was defrauding me. (2) My understanding is that theaters select the previews that are shown before movies. Some of the previews shown at Premiere Cinemas are inappropriate for those waiting to view religious movies, not just in content, but viewed as an attack against religious people.

Not once but twice they messed up! The first time we got our tickets everything was great we were early so we walked around the mall got back with more than enough time but they told us the wrong auditorium and we were late and everyone was seated but the guy was nice apologized and we got our money back. 2 weeks later we go we get our tickets AGAIN and they gave us the wrong time and this time they were not apologetic about it in fact they were very rude. The managers on duty said oh you can get your money back but didnt apologize at all the next manager we talked to was even more rude. We will not be going back.

This is a great movie theater including IMAX and 3D showings on the regular. Comfy seats and beer and wine available to bring into the theater with your popcorn and snacks. There is also a bar in the theater serving food. This theater has decent prices on tickets as well. My only gripe about watching movies here is that there is hardly any bass and far too much highs in the sound mix. Parts of movies are so loud that it literally hurts your ears. If they could adjust this, I would love coming here, but at this point, Id rather go elsewhere.

First time going and there were a crowd of young kids in the theater causing a minor ruckus that would make anyone angry as thinking they would only continue throughout the movie. The staff ensured everyone had a seat and talked to the rowdy bunch, moved and kicked out some as well. Much appreciated since the usher was not much older than the rowdy bunch himself. Comfy seats, average prices compared to other theaters, and appeared to have a good selection of refreshments.

Best place in Lubbock to watch a movie. The auditoriums are huge, its connected to the mall, which if youre going to be waiting awhile, it works out well. Free refills on drinks, theyll bring your order to you from the restaurant theyve got there. They have a rewards program/card that pays for itself. Their customer service is always excellent, as well as the quality of their theater. I prefer this over Cinemark or Alamo any day! Highly recommend!

Went to the movies Saturday they charged me 3 times & when I explained to the manager Aaron he was very rude rolled his eyes at me & tried to charge me again because he said they were having computer problems. He said they were just pending charges for me to calm down & shook his head in asked if hes a manager he said yes I said wow thats how managers act. So they were not pending charges I was charged $40.75 three times. Very rude!

This theater is anti gun so I can not recommend it. If a business does not respect your rights even when you are licensed to carry and served your country then they are bad in my book. I can understand them being against open carry because it could make other customers uncomfortable but they have both the 30.06 & 30.07 signs posted. This I can not accept this tells me they are completely against guns.

My family and I went last night to see the movie IT. I was very disappointed with the uncleanliness of the theater. Not only that but the people in the theater were loud abonoxious and really immature throughout the whole movie and nothing was done about it. People were talking, yelling, and literally taking pictures of the movie. That will be the last time I will ever spend my money there.

Large theater but workers are full in attitude. Also got charged for a bottle of water when I asked for a cup of water ( didnt ask for refund and tried keeping the bottle I paid for) , Also charge for a ticket when my daughter was under the age of 3. Popcorn was cold. Guy making the cotton candy was nice and offered some. One worker was sick as well..

Kudos to Senior Associate Director, John Sampson of Premiere Cinema. My date and I had a bit of a mix-up with our tickets and he fixed everything in a matter of minutes. He went above and beyond to make our entire experience wonderful. Theater itself is also great. Love the stadium seating. Picture and sound were perfect!

The staff was very helpful. I lost my favorite pandora bracelet, and one of the managers helped me look for it. He found it for me. They didnt have to let me in, but did and then helped me. I appreciate the experience!!! The movie theater has always been great! Thanks again

This movie theater rarely show any movie if at all where the main characters are black. They would rather show a silly movie that dont even last long in the theater. The excuse I got was they order what the people want to see, I dont know what people though.

Good theater but some of the better higher price seats have the same number as the row in front. Led to issues with trying to get seats we payed for. Had to get management huge hassle, but generally speaking the theater is good but not great.

Theres an IMAX in Lubbock!??! Yes, yes there is lol Pricey tickets, but worth it for the right movies. Case and point: I saw Interstellar for the first time at this IMAX. I will never forget that, its my favorite movie now of all time.

The theater is a disaster. Look behind the counter and see how nasty the floors and counters look. Even the lobby is covered in popcorn and nachos. The rows are so close together in the auditoriums, you can barely move.
