We had a beautiful ceremony outside with perfect weather and reception held in the Grand Ballroom at the Villa on July 29th, 2014. From everything from sales to the planning to the actual day of the event, it all went off without a hitch! Lauren Harrington was our fantastic sales chica who won over me, my mother and mother in law. She was extremely personable and kind and even gave us some appetizers as we sat down to talk numbers. We loved her and were very happy with our on-the-spot decision to chose The Villa. She made us feel like we were making a fantastic choice, and in the end, we agreed! Congratulations Lauren, on your new addition :) Our wedding coordinator was Chelsea Sabataso. Throughout the whole process, she was extremely flexible and accommodating, especially dealing with us since we live in Florida and would have to come up and deal with wedding specs on a fly! She was always an email or a phone call away and was a great communicator when I had any questions, or concerns. If she didnt know an answer right away, she would find out for me- even the crazy specific questions I would ask about measurements from table to ceiling! haha Extremely sweet and professional, an absolute asset to The Villa who has a keen sense for Hospitality. She was awesome, and deserves a raise ;) Down to the wedding day, everything went incredibly smoothly, and everyone seemed happy (and full!) at the end. I wish I actually got to eat everything, but the rumors are true, you dont eat at all on your wedding day! The set up was fantastic and everything that I wanted came to fruition in the way that I had envisioned it. The only problem I can think of was more of a communicational thing between house and DJ about when certain things would come out, i.e. the street cart and the Slush station, and cake. The food from what we DID have, was fantastic and a great "bang-for-your-buck". Kudos to the chef for making everyone happy! Thank you. One other thing I must add, we had an awesome "Bridal Attendant" the day of that was extremely sweet. She seemed well-trained, especially when I was getting ready to go to the ceremony on the golf cart, super helpful and calming. I could be absolutely wrong, but I think her name might have been Alex. She had glasses and was probably in her mid-twenties. The next weekend, my sister had attended a wedding at the Villa as well, and "Alex" remembered that she had a super serious shellfish allergy and made sure that the chef was aware of it. I appreciated her attentiveness to such a serious issue, she did a great job relieving us all of stress, especially with the allergy! We loved The Villa and would recommend it to anyone. Also, I spoke with Jason, another gentleman in Sales, and he was also very kind, sorry LH got the sale when you werent around! haha Joelle and Adam Bossi

We just had our wedding on 5/22/2016 and it was such a beautiful day. We could not have asked for anything better. We had the pleasure of working with Erinn Fleming from beginning to end. She was very attentive, accommodating, and made sure I was fed even though I had no appetite on my wedding day. She worked with us through all the details and made us very comfortable the entire time. Erinn is very responsive in email and in person. The upper management staff is also very responsive to emails and any concerns you may have. She is very encouraging in the event of bad weather forecast. She told me to cross our fingers for good weather even though it was forecasted to be 80% chance of rain and gloomy all day. The weather couldnt be any better on the actual day. No rain and an absolutely gorgeous spring day. The venue itself was beautiful both insides and outside. The manicured lawn was very pretty for photographs. The bridal suite was lovely and updated. It is a good spot to retreat in between things. The bridal attendant, Jen, was very funny and attentive as well. Erinn coordinated everything very well. Everything went smoothly and on time. Food for the most part was very good. Lots of alcohol choices for everyone. We had a blast during our wedding and it went by so fast! If we could we would go back and redo the day all over! I did not give a 5 because in the initial negotiation phase there were lots of confusion around the double vs. triple split meal fees. The fees were resolved by upper management but it should have been verbally explained by the person booking our initial contract base on our meal choices. It was not clearly explained to us what contributes to double split vs triple split meal fee. In addition, I felt that the venues method of serving cake is very wasteful. I know they are trying to be efficient and cut up everything in advance which is totally fine. I didnt know they would throw them away even if they are not eaten. I paid so much for the cake and they should at least give me the option of taking the uneaten slices home. Their policy of throwing out all cut cake even if uneaten is very wasteful and disappointing since everyone wanted more cake the next day. They should just cut one layer at a time or let the couple have the option of taking it home.

My husband and I are thrilled that we decided to hold our wedding at The Villa. I initially found The Villa through online research and scheduled an appointment to meet with both The Villa and Saphire Estate. Once we visited The Villa, we searched no more! Both the husband and I fell in love with the decor & the presentation of everything! We were also impressed with the menu selection. During our meetings/tours, we were fed small appetizers, which we thought were delicious. Being food people, we went ahead and booked the venue a little more than 2 years ago. During the time between our booking and our actual wedding (Sept 2014), we heard numerous good things about the Villa via friends and acquaintances who have attended weddings there - mainly about the food. We were stoked because the husband & I love food and definitely wanted to impress our family & friends with the food since you rarely hear good things about wedding food! During the two years of planning, the Villa was very helpful. Ashley Corbin is THE BEST!!! She was quick to respond to emails and return my phone calls. I had so many questions and requests for her. If she didnt know the answers, she quickly found them for me. As for my requests, she tried her best to fulfill them all - even making sure I had tabasco at every table during my wedding! She made sure everything went smoothly during my wedding - and it did. The villa is SUPER organized - which is great for stressed out brides. The day of my wedding, I sat back and just enjoyed the moment because The Villa made sure I didnt have to do a thing on the day of my wedding. Everything came out BEAUTIFUL! I had so many compliments regarding the decor (definitely get the up lighting - makes the room look so elegant!) and food. HIGHLY recommend the sliders/fries for late night - it was a HUGE hit. Thank you Ashley Corbin & and the team from The Villa for making my dream wedding coming true! I still have smiles every time I look at my wedding photos. Definitely recommend The Villa to all future brides - in fact, already recommending them to my friends!! :)
