$40K down, $800/month monthly fees + $20 cart + snob fest. Thats if you own a house in Carlton Woods. The deposit is like $90K if you dont, + $800 a month fees + $20 cart. The good news is theres two courses and hardly ever anyone on them. You can play any day you want and pretty much close to the time you would like. The courses are in impeccable condition. Practice area is top notch. No dumpy Igloo coolers full of garden hose water here every 5 holes here. Coolers full of bottled water and fresh fruit such as apples, oranges and bananas await you about every 3 holes along with machines that serve crushed ice. The Creekside course even has a snack stand "at the turn" with sandwhiches, hot dogs, munchies, etc that is all on the "honor" system Very expensive, but you get what you pay for. You wont find yourself playing with drunk white trash wearing blue jeans here. But there is some real serious snob factor. Good news is you dont have to play with them if you dont want. You wont be forced to join another group if you dont want
