First of all let me say thank you to Saltwater Paradise & Team. I went to your store for an “estimate” on setting up my filtration system for my fish tank. My plan was to get 3 estimates and choose one I felt great about. After I talk to one pet store I called yours and made a visit. After talking to Miguel he took the time on explaining to me on what is needed and what is not. I felt that there was no pressure at all just a good conversation. Miquel had no problem with me meeting with the 3rd store and noted that he and his team were ready to fix my emergency. So I went ahead and selected saltwater paradise for service. Not only did they did service my tank the same day but my tank is running smoothly and everything is great. Fishes are happy and so am I. If anyone is interested with setup or maintenance or even saltwater fishes, I would say look at saltwater paradise first. Great saltwater fishes and great service... Thank you Miguel and team..

Ive had my saltwater tank for a few years now and have visited all the fish stores in the metroplex but recently discovered this place. I am very happy to shop here because the staff is always in a good mood and treat you like they enjoy helping you. J have bought several fish from here and so far have not lost any of them. Also the prices are very fair in comparison to the other places in the area. I like that i dont feel robbed when i buy stuff here plus the fact that every few months they have specials makes it even better. I was looking for some harlequin shrimp and the owner ordered me a pair for $69 when a pair at the other store was $100. Also bought a huge goby which was half price at $15 but it was $49 at another store even at full price it was cheaper. Thank you very much saltwater paradise I will continue to faithfully shop from you guys. See ya soon

this is the WORST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO......JUST BOUGHT 450.00 WORTH OF CORALS AND ONE FISH.....A FISH THAT DON SAID WAS REEF SAFE....AND HE NEW I HAVE A REEF TANK CAUSE NOT ONLY DID HE SELL ME CORAL BUT HE ALSO SAW A PIC OF MY TANK......SO I GET HOME WITH MY "REEF SAFE FISH" AND PUT IT IN MY TANK AFTER ACCLAMATION AND WHAT IS THE FIRST THING THIS FISH DOES.....START POPPING MY LPS AND NOT ONE BUT ALL OF THEM.....I CALL THE STORE IMMEDIATELY AND TELL THEM ABOUT IT.....WHAT DO THEY SAY...."WE CAN T AND DONT GUARANTEE ANY FISH TO BE REEF SAFE AND THEN HUNG UP ON US..........I AM BEYOND PISSED AND HE HAS NOT HEARD THE LAST FROM ME.......

Ive been to a lot of aquarium supply stores here in the dfw area and I can honestly say that this is the best experience I have ever had. The staff truly was friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been to other places and the staff seemed a bit snobbish and seemed too busy to help. At another location, a manager was causing a scene at the store. That store in particular is in Arlington and and is about 5 minutes from my home. I am now willing to take a 35 minute drive to Irving to visit Saltwater Paradise and will only go these guys whenever I need something. These guys are trustworthy and their products and services are very reasonably priced.

Dont trust this persons both men only there to fill there pockets Went to buy Two Clowns fish , ask if these fish where compatible with my tank and was told yes, paid for the fish and took them home to find out they werent they attached each other and kill some of my coral if I didnt ask him I could see this was my fault so who fault would you say, they seem not to care but only to take my money the only person there that knows is the little boy he told my wife those fish dont get along with each , he said he would give me credit but only haft, told him to keep the money I will never return there again would you ?

Miguel and the staff at Saltwater Paradise are amazing, I have moved 2 times in the last 3 years, and Miguel has been my first and only choice, The professionalism that is displayed everytime I have worked with Saltwater Paradise has been top notch. Miguel has made emergency services for my aquarium and always shows up anytime of the day needed. Also the selection of fish, coral and all products for the your saltwater aquarium are always the best of any other aquarium store in DFW. I recommend Saltwater Paradise to anyone who has a saltwater aquarium... I promis you will not be let down.

Migual and his crew are awesome. They are professional and very knowledgable about coral and saltwater fish. Migual has moved my 120 gallon reef tank in the last two years and have done an outstanding job. Fish/coral pricing is fair and consistent, compared to other fish stores who charge way too much. I now solely only buy my fish and coral from Saltwater Paradise. They also have awesome weekly specials. Give Migual your e-mail and you will get on the list for all the specials that is going on.

I bought a pair of unique paired clownfish and several gobies from saltwater paradise, all the fish were healthy and vibrant.The owner is really fun to chat with , he has humor and makes the hobby & purchase fun.I am a advanced reef keeper, but I was given some great advice that slipped my mind that busy day.I also like the fish holding tanks that have their own clean filter .Unlike many stores that tie all the tanks into one central filter.Easy to find shop and very clean.Thank you Ivan

The wife and I just visited Saltwater Paradise (5-14-12) and Brandon, co-owner, was more than helpful and assisted in answering our many noobish questions. Their corals looked abolutely beautiful and their prices werent insane like DNA or True Percula, I love both stores btw, and more importantly the wife and I are SO SO happy we no longer have to drive he 45 minutes to either DNA or True Percula! 5 STAR STORE!

Great friendly place to shop for fish and coral. Ive searched other nearby places and the prices are much cheaper here at SWP. Someone always greats you when you first enter the store. Always having great specials and joining the email listing allows you to be notified of all the sales.. Workers are familiar with SW knowledge and wont just sell you something to make money. Great place to check out! !

This is a GREAT STORE with GREAT PRICES! I have vistited other stores in the area, but I keep coming back to this one. They have a great staff and they are willing to help you out any way they can! They dont try to sell you stuff you dont need or dont want. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the hobby or getting into to it! Thomas

Be careful. They advertise a "special" price for the weekend. We make the drive all the way over there. To only find out it was a total lie. Even went back in to give them another chance I showed the ad, ghe fish was obviously available but REFUSED to honor the advertised price. DON DO IT! NOTHING BUT A SCAM!
