We will be taking our dog else where because the quality of grooming is poor. We have a high-spirited, small, mixed bread (poodle, cocker, yorky). It has been about a year since we began taking her to Pet Village. We take her quarterly, we have a picture on file for reference, & we recently began giving her a mild sedative to help keep her calm during the grooming process. Her first grooming was excellent! However, each appointment that followed got progressively less well done & increased in price by a few dollars. We have had to return our dog for follow ups after the scheduled the appointment to correct styling, uneven cutting, & not removing hair from ears. We spoke with the grooming manger when this occurred for the 2nd time, & she assured us that she would personally groom our dog the next time we brought her in. Well, that solution did not change anything. Again, our dog did not have the hair removed from her ears & her cut was uneven & stray hairs are present around her paws & pads of feet. Again the manager was addressed and her excuse was that our dog is too high strung. So instead of a solution, this manager tells us what is wrong with our dog. Clearly they no longer desire our business and that is ok with us.

pretty good. i know boutique shops are typically more expensive but i find them real expensive. theyd get so much more of my money if they were more reasonable. also, last visit i bought 3 clown loaches and two died. and no its not my water. 7.0ph frequent cleanings and the other loaches/fish i have are healthy as anything. seems like an honest shop though run by hard working owner. helpful on questions. only once did i run across someone that acted kind of pissy when i challenged his knowledge on something i knew he said that was wrong (regarding ph, water temps and cichlids). some 25 year oldish guy with glasses. just irritates me when shops give out wrong info so ill test on questions i already know the answer to and i suggest you do the same before blindly relying on their knowledge. most shops just cant say "i dont know" and the fish suffer for it

I took my cocker spaniel to this place 3x shame on me. 1 they didnt adhere to my instructions not to cut her hair on top of her head. 2nd just wanted my dog to get a bath. She didnt even smell clean or look as if she was brushed. 3rd I took her yet again b4 holiday for another bath thinking it shouldnt be bad just one more chance. This time she was clean but then i noticed she was shaved underneath her left leg. Why? Never had this type of issue with another groomer or had to deal with the unwelcoming ambience. Check your dogs before you leave!!!

Killed my parents dog and called and said, "you have to come get your dog, it died." Dog died due to being strangled while being given a bath. Dog had been taken to groomers numerous times before with no problem. Would advise everyone to think twice before using this groomer. Our dog was a family member and could never be replaced, and deserved better care than the treatment it recieved while in Pet Villages possession.

I loved this place. I went there for marine fish and some coral. I spoke to the owner and he was such a nice, helpful, and knowledgeable guy. Everything was clean, he had a great selection - some fish I had never seen before. His selection of coral was outstanding and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back, and will stay loyal to this place.

The owner of this place is a total jerk! Will never be back to this place. I dont see how they stay open. I guess convenience. That would be the only reason...Personally, I would rather drive the extra time to Petco or Petsmart. They have better prices anyway.

The owner is very rude. Never in my 60+yrs have I been treated the way I was treated today..You are depending on the community to thrive and if you continue to treat customer the way you talk to me you will be out of business soon.Buyer beware

Bout my best friend a turtle from here. I didnt really shop around on prices so im not sure if it was a good deal or not but my best friend is happy and they had great customer service and told us all we needed to know about the turtle.

they have the best variety of fish! ive purchased 4 freshwater fish from this store and i dont regret buying them at all. definitely reccomending this place over any other fish store.

They raised the Price of salt water to over $1 a gallon. and Ro is almost a dollar a gallon. I will never go buy water from them again.
